    Mr. Wayne and his team did a great job at our wedding.
    The guest are still talking about the food. And he threw in an ice sculpture with our package that added a great touch to our reception.

    We were so impressed with the menu and prices at Classic Catering Design. Wayne, the owner, is an absolute professional. I highly recommend his catering services for any occasion. He and his staff provide quality service at an affordable price. My wedding guests are still raving over the meatballs!

    My hopes for catering were that the food be delicious, the presentation be pretty, and the cost be affordable. Wayne with Classic Catering met all my expectations on those points. There was also a lovely ice sculpture that was included.
    However, they missed the mark on their service and fulfillment of contract on the day of our wedding. My husband has a food allergy that we had addressed from day one of our discussions with Wayne. Our event coordinator approached a server before food was served to be certain there was a special plate for the groom and she was assured there was. When my husband was served, his plate contained food he is allergic to. Thankfully I noticed, because he was busy talking and enjoying the day! They quickly got him a new plate, but the same server who said there was a Groom's plate seemed to not know anything about that discussion!
    My contract also stipulated that I wanted kid's meals for the many children that were in attendance. I had informed the parents that their kids would be served kid-friendly meals, but kid's meals were nowhere to be found on the day of the event. Of course, all the kids ate, but Wayne didn't tell me or my coordinator anything about the missing kid's meals until a few days later via email.
    A guest asked about salt and pepper, as they were missing from the tables. There was no salt and pepper to be found, apparently. Another guest told me that at his table there were plates for eight guests, but only silverware for five.
    Finally, throughout our planning, I found Wayne was not as responsive as I had desired by phone or by email. There were times I would have to follow up two or three times before I received a response.
    There was no question of the quality or taste of the food on the day of our event, but the taste in my mouth is bitter and sour after the fact.
