All the little details a bride may forget they bring to your attention. The food was great, they arrived on time and had the reception set up very nice with decor as well. I was very pleased. -
User1928098 Sent on 11/18/2014We explored so many options for our wedding reception, and then we found this awesome family! This catering company is amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, I almost couldn't narrow down our options for the wedding day. I wanted everything I had originally tasted when we first met Classic Catering. I strongly recommend this team over others. They are so easy to work with and the food will knock your socks off! -
User1865831 Sent on 10/15/2014Our daughter got engaged in October 2013 and immediately wanted an October 2014 wedding. We ‘interviewed’ quite a few caterers and I have to tell you, we saw some pretty professional people- we also had a jolt of reality. We interviewed caterers that not only charged an arm and leg for a cake- but then added charges to cut it, plate it and provide a fork to eat it!!! Some required us to PAY for the tasting!!! The offices were glorious, the fliers and brochures were professional and very chic- one offered a ‘wedding planner’ that included a bride attendant to follow our daughter around all night to keep her drink full and assist in the bathroom!!! We were in sticker shock for the prices these places changed- for very little food but a lot of frou-frou. When we walked into Joe’s modest office- with the pictures of all the famous people and autographs, we knew we walked into a true family business. His wife Millie was there, and Denise came running by. Joe proudly showed us picture after picture (after picture after picture) of their work!! We ate a meal that left us satisfied till the next day!! Everything was so delicious!! We were sold. Over the course of the next year we touched base occasionally and Joe was so willing to help and guide me -this was our first wedding and when the photographer asked for a timeline I panicked- me?? Joe provided me a few samples!! Table centerpieces… make?? Me?? Joe gave some suggestions! You name it, he was there… the day before the wedding I worried about something else. I called him and he very patiently told me ‘done’! and then kindly told me to ‘relax’ it was under control. And, IT WAS!!! The entire reception went off without a hitch. The tables were set the way I envisioned, the food was delicious, the servers were phenomenal, and the night could not have flowed better. Denise was the most organized floor manager that I have ever met- she is invaluable!! Joe called a few days later to check and make sure I was happy. YES!

Their professionalism from the first time we called, to our tasting consultation, to the day of our event, was top notch! Classic Catering's menu items were just so delicious...my guests were talking about it for weeks! Thank you Classic Catering for a job well done! We appreciate all you did for us.

User2157681 Sent on 06/01/2015First let me say oh my goodness! I have never had chicken at a wedding that wasn't dry! They really know their stuff! They know what to do in order to keep food amazingly delicious when cooking in large quantities. I had the chicken rollitini with asparagus and prociuto (sp?) in the middle with vodka sauce. So delicious. And the specialty iced tea is to die for. The servers were the most hospitable people. And the bartender always had a smile on his face. When we came in he told us the cash bar was almost up, but he reserved some for the wedding party which was very kind of him. Also something happened to the cake and the servers fixed it.
The decor they added to the room was perfect! I didn't even know they were going to do that. Things like birdcages, burlap, little cute signs with sayings at the bar, ... all those little touches. It went with the sort of theme perfectly.
Joe and Millie are a great team. They are from New York and bring the NY personalities with them. Joe can be quite outspoken and go overboard with some of his comments (some I really did not appreciate) but I do understand that is where he comes from and he is just used to that. Millie balances all that out in a lovely way with her motherly and welcoming countenance. Main point: don't let his personality or anything else there push you away, this is an amazing deal with great food that for once, at a large gathering, sat well with me. :) Thanks Classic! -

Kimberly Sent on 05/20/2010They were very nice getting everything ready for the wedding. When the wedding day came they were late putting up linens. Told us we could not have our chairs covers cause they did not fit... surprise surprise we made them fit. They tried to charge an extra $900 after being paid for optional gratuity.. Told us they were provide us complimentary champagne we ened up having to pay $200 for this that was supposed to be complimentary, they were rude at my wedding and i will never recommend them to anyone. -

I sent a message asking for a quote, they responded with a generic thanks for choosing us. I hadn't chosen them, I wanted information. I had to Q and A information out of them and guess what I was supposed to do to get the price.
