    We loved classic, their selection 100% met our needs, from linens to china, glasses, tables chairs and lighting, we were VERY happy!

    If you are having a party or wedding in the Sonoma/Napa wine country – this your go to vendor for all of your rental needs. They have nice wine glasses – you know what I mean – REAL WINE GLASSES that are not the thick, heavy glass ones! If you are serving wine – do your guests a favor and get the nice glasses – it makes a WORLD of difference.
    We used Classic Party Rentals for our vineyard wedding – and we were so lucky because they were almost a one stop shop for everything that we needed. Take the stress out of your event and have them handle all of the details – you will be so glad that you did!! Thank you so much for everything!

    I found this company online and gave them a call - which at that time, they gave me quotes for tablecloths, banquet tables, round tables, chairs, chafer dishes, and chafer pans. The quote was reasonable and the delivery showed up on time and they picked up on time. Sheena was great about responding to my multiple email questions.

    We enjoyed working with Classic for our event. Staff was very helpful and we got everything we wanted and stayed withiun our budget. I love the selections and colors from chairs, to chaircovers to linens, and chargers. We rented most of the items we needed from them. We chose them because it was convenient, and prices were reasonable. The reps that helped us were also super friend and professional. Everything went well, and the room looked gorgeous. We'd recommend them for sure.

    Great Service

    Classic Party Rentals was easy to work with for a good price but I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the chargers we rented for my wedding - they had definitely seen better days. I don't blame the company as everything in the wedding industry is a little rough around the edges with the wedding boom!

    I would highly recommend classic party rentals for any event rental. We rented our ceremony chairs from the store in Napa. From the time we contacted them through the day of the wedding I felt confident that because of their timeliness, professionalism and flexibility I would have no problems on the day of the wedding. They were also able to work with me when I added extra chairs just days before our event. Chairs were in decent condition.

    Classic Party Rentals has the most extensive event rental selection in the area, so was the obvious choice. They also have the most competitive rates and great design studio where you can go and see the product prior to the event, to make sure everything goes well together and it's exactly what you want. The service was great, and while there was a mix-up with delivery (an hour past the latest delivery time in the window), they were kind enough to unload the rentals and come back the next morning for setup. While this did cause us a little extra stress the day before and day of our wedding, they recovered nicely and the wedding turned out beautifully. Thank you, Classic, for your incredible product and affordable prices!

    Classic Party Rentals was great for my linens and glassware. They seemed to have reasonable prices. I decided to add water goblets at the last minute and they were more than willing and able.

    Everything was on time and arrived just how I had ordered it. I had a very simple wedding, and everything I needed that was beautifully showcased in their showroom showed up the same 2 days before my wedding. They were one of those vendors that I didn't even have to really think about or worry about. They were also responsive in answering my questions and last minute requests. I did work through my reception/ceremony site, so maybe that's why my experience was different than the previous reviewers'. I would definitely recommend using Classic Party Rentals in Napa!

    Classic Party Rentals appears to have a big monopoly in the overpriced-table-and-chair-rental market in Napa. If you're planning a large wedding, there are not a lot of others to choose from. What can I say? They were very adequate with their product selection. My fiance and I were surprised by how expensive some things are. $4 and up for a charger (and yes, that's a plate that never actually touches food!). $9 for a chiavari chair. $4 for the chair cushion. $3 for chair set up and cushion tying. We had no idea chairs were so expensive, but to be honest, we never compared these prices with others, so maybe we were getting a bargain?!

    We also booked CPR for our rehearsal dinner, and we had a 4 hour window for delivery. The drivers showed up 2 hours early, couldn't enter the gate, and then demanded to be compensated extra for their time waiting.

    Overall, we ended up liking the quality of the chairs and linens, but when you spend over $10,000 on rental equipment, I would expect more professional service.

    Classic is really great because they have a ton of stuff to pick from and you can really make your event your own by customizing it with all of their rentals choices. We rented chairs, cocktail tables, linens, heaters, our dance floor and a few other odds and ends and it was great. They delivered everything on time and we really didn't have any problems at all.
    The consultant we worked with I think was pretty swamped and so it was at times challenging to get a hold of her and to get our order updated correctly but everything ended up working out great.

    I worked with Classic in both St. Helena and Napa. As I was trying to plan a wedding from a distance and had started a new job it was difficult to fit in everything into a weekend. Classic was relatively flexible in helping me out and responsed to my emails in a timely fashion. However when I went into the St. Helena store the woman that worked there was unfriendly and snobby- she had said my appointment was not on the books (I called the St. Helena number but I guess it goes to Napa and I was not told that my appointment was in Napa though I wanted to go to St. Helena), the woman acted like the mix up was my fault and had a "what do you want" attitude. This was actually they 2nd time I had met her and she was not much more helpful the first time. I had to order through my caterer and so they acted like they didn't need to really help me- very frustrating experience.

    Classic Party Rentals showed up 2 full hours late to the venue. We rented all the event furniture from this company and because of their delayed delivery, we were forced to start the ceremony at least an hour late. The wedding guests saw the venue being setup as they were arriving - it was unbelievably embarrassing. We never received an apology or any kind of reimbursement for this huge mishap. My wedding planner said this happened a few months ago at another event. Do not use this company! They are extremely unreliable.

    I do not recommend this vendor for rentals. My experience started off well enough as they had attractive items in the Napa and St. Helena showroom to choose from and the sales people were nice to work with. I chose this particular rental company because they had a certain hurricane lamp style on their website and featured in their showroom which I liked for my daughter's wedding which was outdoors at our home.
    About a month before the wedding I attempted to contact the sales associate that I had been working with at Classic Party. She was very unresponsive to a couple of small changes that we were making, adding a few tables and changing table sizes for some of the tables. Eventually after about 3 weeks of trying my wedding planner was able to get the changes confirmed. Two days before the wedding I got a phone call that the hurricane lamps which had been on the contract for 8 months had never existed in their actual inventory in their warehouse! They subsituted some other lamps but it was not the look that I had wanted and I had already purchased dozens of 6" pillar candles for hurricane lamps that now would not fit in the lamps being substituted! As if this was not bad enough, on the very next day, having paid for an early morning delivery time and setup, the truck arrived and unloaded the most beat up and dirty heaters. They were dirty, dented and the instruction labels were peeling off. Even the truck drivers were appalled. I sent them back and some others were delivered later in the day but my idea of having this delivery over with in the morning was ruined. Further, the 130 chairs for the ceremony which had also been put on the contract 8 months earlier had never been loaded on the truck and we were also missing some of the dinner dishes.
    Finally, at 4:00 in the afternoon the 3rd truck delivery arrived with the ceremony chairs. At that point we were starting the rehearsal. The general manager of CPR actually tried to talk me into waiting until the next morning to receive all the missing items! As if I would like to extend the stress of this horrible experience right into the actual day of my daughter's wedding. Do not use this vendor.
