    Great people to work with!

    We used the event center for both our daughters' weddings and was very happy with them. Alicia and staff were always willing to answer any questions that would come up and help in any way they could. The facility was beautiful even before we added our touch. I would definately recommend them.

    Top notch venue with stellar staff that went the extra mile to make our daughter’s wedding absolutely perfect!

    We were so pleasantly pleased with how easy it was to work with the Clay County Regional Events Center staff when planning our daughter’s wedding. We are from out of state and planning an Iowa wedding initially felt daunting, but great communication and a few in-person visits helped make the wedding reception truly remarkable. The “gold package” was definitely worth the money! We also received many compliments on the meal as well. It was overall a wonderful venue and we would highly recommend it to others.

    Anderson Wedding

    The Events center was so easy to work with. They were very accommodating. They wanted the wedding to be the bride and groom's wedding. I felt they wanted to make it special for the bride and groom.

    Elegant Venue

    We had nothing but great things said about this venue by our guests, they loved the food, they loved the space, and the location. For us the value for money was great in comparison to other venues in the area. The different packages you can choose was great and they even have multiple venue spaces to choose from that will fit into anyone's budget. Coordinator there made planning very easy and helpful with all the stress of a wedding. The food you do have to get through the venue but it's amazing I wouldn't have picked any other caterer - i'm still getting compliments on how good it was!

    Amazing Venue!!!

    We would highly recommend the Clay County Event Center for your wedding. Alicia was wonderful to work with. She was able to accommodate having the ceremony and reception in the same room. The food was outstanding and had many of the guests complimenting how delicious it was. Thank you for making our daughter's wedding a memorable event!
