I have received a truly one of a kind, tailored to me memory that captures awesome moments. It's our own wonderful video made like no other I have ever seen!   I can not say enough great things about Clayton Taylor Films! He was very professional. He asked questions to find out what was important and made a video that we will cherish for many years! On our wedding day he was flexible and barely noticeable throughout most of the days events He got our video back to us before we even made it home from our honeymoon! I would recommend him for any event where you want to capture the events and the sentimental moments that mean the most! Thanks Clayton for helping to make the memories of our wedding last a lifetime!

  We could not be more thrilled that Clay was our videographer. He was the first one to arrive and the last one to leave on our wedding day. The quality of his work is incredible. He was able to capture every aspect and detail of my wedding day and create a video that we will cherish forever. Not to mention he works incredibly quickly, our wedding was on a Saturday and we had the highlight video by Tuesday! If you are looking for a professional videographer with top of the line equipment and a work ethic that is second to none, Clayton Taylor Films is your guy!

  There's a difference in quality between hiring a videographer and a cinematographer. You'd want to hire a cinematographer if you want a movie like quality work. Clayton's work is top-notch. I did a lot of research online, read a lot of reviews, and watched many highlight videos - Only one stood out that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Clayton at Clayton Taylor Films was very easy to work with before, during and after the wedding. Before the wedding, Clayton was very accommodating. He met with us personally to discuss the details of our big day. He was also great with keeping our budget in mind, and creating a package just for us. On our big day, his team was very polite and made sure that we were comfortable in front of the camera. Everything went smoothly and followed the timeline that we provided them. Even though they'd never worked with our photographer prior to our wedding, they worked together and made a great team. As far as the final product goes, I was blown away as soon as I played the dvd. The intro, the menus, the editing, the transitions, music, clarity, etc... All I can say was WOW!!! It was worth every penny. You may be able to find a cheaper guy but you get what you pay for. Clayton and his team are well worth it.

  I wrote a positive review previously about this vendor about a year ago, right after my wedding. However, I wish to edit it based on what has happened since. After my wedding, which was in May of 2015, I promptly received a 4 minute compilation video that I was promised. The video was very well done and I have no complaints about that. Since then, I have not heard one thing from Clayton, and it has been over a year. I was supposed to receive footage of my wedding ceremony and reception, but I have not. I have reached out to both Clayton and the company that contracted him countless times. According to the company, he went AWOL, and no one can get in touch with him. I even checked myself. He unfriended me on facebook and is not answering my emails. I even gave him a chance to make it right before writing this review, but no response. My husband and I are still fighting to get our video, mostly because we want to show it to his grandmother who was not able to attend the wedding. But also because we paid for it. This process has been absurd and surreal and I don't wish this on anyone else. I have been way too forgiving in the past year in regards to this, but that is over. That being said, I strongly recommend not working with Clayton. He has been extremely unprofessional and non-communicative.

As of today, 4/19/216, I have received the short video but nothing else. I have sent several emails to Clayton's address for his site and have left several phone messages on the voice mail of the number I found on a website that is disconnected. His work is very nice but the follow up from him and Sweet Lovely has been horrible.   I met with Clayton in June 2015. We had an amazing chat and our meeting lasted for two hours. He sounded great, but was a little pricey. So we worked out a payment plan over the next six months for my wedding. We emailed a little that week, getting the contract signed and services set up.
  
  And that was the last I heard from him.
  
  About two weeks before my wedding, my wedding planner was working on finalizing details with all my vendors. She called Clayton repeatedly, but he did not answer or return her phone calls. It was not until she emailed him trying to track him down that she finally got a response. Clayton wrote back something to the tune of, "Well, our deadline of payment passed and she didn't pay me, so I'm not doing the wedding."
  
  Now, I understand that I owed paying him on time, but in my opinion here is what a PROFESSIONAL would do:
  
  -Send a reminder that the invoice is due as the date approaches
  -Keep contact with your client to ensure payment happens
  -Warn the client that if she does not pay, services will not be performed
  
  (Believe me, you'll get paid after those three things)
  
  Anyone who has planned a wedding or worked in a wedding learns that the bride has a lot of details she's working through. There are a lot of moving pieces. If you want to get paid, you need to make sure you pop up on her radar. Things slip through the cracks sometimes, as Clayton did with me. Sending one invoice in June and not making a peep until October and waiting to be paid... well, that's not always going to get you your money. In addition to this, he did NOT inform me or my wedding planner that our payment date had lapsed. He did not contact us to say he would not be doing our wedding. We had to track him down to find out what his deal was.
  
  Finally, he will tell you he is not full time with this job. His real full time job is nursing. Wedding videos are a side gig for him. I strongly advice caution when you consider using this videographer.
