  Most beautiful pieces EVER!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Megan and her business! We literally had ONE meeting and she went above and beyond my invitation suite dreams. I can't tell you how many people said our invitation was the most beautiful one they had ever received- all thanks to Megan! She also created memorable programs, signs, escort cards, and even went along with my crazy idea for a handwritten thank you note at every place setting. If I could do it all again- I'd pick Cleggraphy Designs every time.

  We love everything that Megan made for us for our wedding! She also coordinated our wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of! We are so thankful that she was there to help us. We highly recommend her for signage, invitations, place cards, day of the wedding coordinating, etc! She does it all!

  Cleggraphy Designs is so wonderful! Megan is such a treat to work with, she was so professional and made sure that the product she gave me was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her work - it's some of the best I've ever seen!

  I asked Megan to make place cards for my bridal table at our wedding reception. I purchased the place cards myself, mailed them to Megan, and within a few days they were back in my mailbox! Megan was completely professional, timely, and did beautiful work.

She was always professional and when I had no idea what I wanted Megan provided incredible suggestions. She was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her for any wedding or event.

  Megan wrote a quote from a favorite song of mine & my husband's in her beautiful calligraphy handwriting. She was really helpful in picking out the right colors of the paper and the ink since I had no idea what direction I wanted to go in! On the back of the paper, I wrote a letter that to my husband that he read on the morning of our wedding. We later framed it in a double-sided glass frame so you can see both sides. Megan was so helpful, professional, kind, affordable and efficient! She knew I was in a time crunch and she was able to make the perfect little gift with a meaningful quote that was a huge part of our wedding day.   Lack of attention to detail

  I spent over 4K with Cleggraphy Designs and despite the outcome being good, for the price I paid, I wasn't not happy with the process. I also wasn't 100% sold on the outcome and the attention to detail paid to such an expensive suite. I ended up using another designer for my day of details because it was so frustrating to work with Megan! These were the issues I had:
  
  Timing:
  Despite raising time concerns & upcoming holidays (sent an email about these concerns on Dec 5) we started pretty late after payment was made (I signed the contract on Dec 5 and didn't get a first proof until Dec 14)
  Proofs were not exactly what I had asked for and I had to call this out multiple times, which stressed the timeline - attention to detail just wasn't there
  The expectation became that I had to respond within a few hours of receiving proofs which I felt was crazy!
  Outcome & Details:
  The backing of the envelope doesn't look like the proof.
  I never saw a final full invite suite put together and the outcome was not what I had envisioned. I won't get into details on my suite, but really there was not a lot of attention to detail in the process. In fact, she even spelled things wrong in the proofs!
  I never got to see the envelope calligraphy style. Given this was over $2.75 per envelope for 160+ envelopes, I was shocked to get no information on this...
  The cost tradeoffs were not clearly stated at the beginning on certain choices and "hidden charges" were pretty high!
  Other:
  I know its technically out of her hands, but our invites took 2+ weeks to arrive which was extremely out of line with my expectation. I still have people who haven't received their invites over 2 weeks later. Just overall really impacts my experience and satisfaction. In fact, some people got two invites - super odd and again attention to detail is important
  
  Overall would have loved to recommend but really cannot!
