    Amazing jewelry store

    We decided to have a custom engagement ring made as I could not find what I was looking for. After wasting a couple months at another big names jewelry store, we took my idea to CMI. Within 1 week we had the ring mold back and shortly after that the actual ring and matching wedding band. I can not recommend CMI enough to everyone in the market for jewelry. You never feel pressured or overwhelmed there. The customer service is out of this world!

    Forget diamonds have CMI your BBF

    CMI's customer service is amazing! We bought both of our engagement rings there and then got our bands. They were able to help us find the perfect wedding band to compliment our different engagement rings. Highly recommend this team

    Hands down the best jeweler I have ever been to! My fiance and I were shopping for engagement rings, and being non-traditional I did not want a diamond. Every single jeweler we went to prior to CMI pressured us into diamonds, diamonds, and more diamonds. I was told why certain things would not work and was not given other options. When we went to CMI we talked with Philicia who was amazing in helping pick out the setting and giving us ideas on stones. Their selection was amazing and Philicia let us spend as much time as we wanted trying on different styles. She helped us narrow down favorites, and suggested the band we ended up selecting! She scoured the gem markets for a pear shaped Tsavorite and a few weeks later it was in the store. It was beautiful, everything we wanted, and totally me. There was absolutely no pressure to buy at any point during our shopping experience, and we even got a discount for the future when we bought our bands (which we have also done!). CMI is amazing and I won't be going to any "big box" jewelry stores again!

    We used CMI for my engagement ring and both wedding bands for my husband and I. Felicia was wonderful and super knowledgeable. She helped us stay within budget and still get beautiful rings! They are always prompt with resizing rings and are always willing to clean my engagement ring whenever I go to shop there.

    My fiance and I decided to ring shop together so he would have an idea of the type of engagement ring I would prefer. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We did not feel rushed nor pressured in any way even though it was a bit of an overwhelming experience for us both. They had a large selection which made finding numerous rings for him to choose from a breeze. We plan to go back and purchase our bands there. I highly recommend this business!! It was a far better experience than those I have had in larger chain stores.

    We have LOVED working with CMI! My fiance went there under a recommendation from a friend to pick out my engagement ring. They were so helpful during that entire process (he had not idea what to get :)) - I love my ring! We then went back to have my ring sized and pick out wedding bands. Again, they made everything really easy and seamless - I think we had both picked out our bands and left in under 45 minutes! Definitely recommend CMI to anyone looking for the best service and quality!

    What a fabulous experience no matter the occasion! I personally had the pleasure of working with CMI when my boyfriend and I started talking about rings and getting married. It is almost impossible to not get suckered in with the Diamonds Direct radio commercials making you think that is the ONLY place to go, but honestly people do yourself a favor and go to CMI. I went to both places and bottom line there is no comparison. Diamonds Direct only showed me 2 diamonds - one had a black speck that they said no one would ever be able to see, then another diamond that was cleary yellowish. So it cracks me up to hear commercials where they brag about the number of diamonds you get to pick from. I got TWO!! I went to CMI and I was shown 6 diamonds in our price range. SIX!!! NONE with black specks, not a single one was yellow. CMI will showcase their diamonds on a white board so that you can see the clarity and bright crystal color. While looking at all of them, CMI will actually teach you all about the diamonds and educate you on what is about to be a LARGE purchase and also something you are going to wear the rest of your life. The service was unbeatable. One and one - you go into your own room to look and talk about all your options. At Diamonds Direct, I was lucky if I could hear the sales person (and yes I say sales because it could easily be compared to buying a car) I got a few elbows of people walking by - just complete chaos. If you want to know that you are making the best decision and absolutely getting the best and most for your money then definitely take the time to go to CMI! I can 99.9% promise you even if you do go check out Diamonds Direct you will totally appreciate and LOVE the experience at CMI so much better! Kim and Tim and his team are just so GREAT!!! CMI does not need commercials as their service and product speaks for itself. Word of mouth for such outstanding experience goes a lot further than commercials on the radio!

    After my fiance worked with the jewlers at CMI to come up with the PERFECT engagement ring I knew we would have to go back to get our wedding bands. We loved the individual attention that we got from the moment we walked in the door. The sales person was friendly, asked questions and helped us find bands that fit our personal styles AND budget. He offered great feedback and even steered us away from a pricey designer towards an equally beautiful but far less expensive set. We would definitely recommend CMI to anyone looking!

    Wonderful experience! My fiance walked into several jewelry stores in his work clothes and they didn't give him the time of day! He walked right in at CMI and was treated like he was the only customer in the store. When we went in to have my ring resized.... First of all, it was so fast! They caked back within an hour! Secondly, just in conversation we were talking about check ups to ensure that the diamond wasn't lose or anything and I mentioned my necklace was loose. They immediately took my necklace, which wasn't purchased there, tightened the setting and cleaned it for me, for free! Amazing experience and we'll never shop at another jewelry store!!!!

    CMI Jewelry had the wedding set from the True Knots Collection I just had to have! They are the only dealer in North Carolina who has it. It's the same general price you would pay for any other designer ring. I got lucky and had a diamond of my own to use as the center stone, so my ring was very reasonable and appraised for more than 5,000 over what I actually paid for the wedding set. I am a return customer also, so now I get little discounts on things for getting more. They will work with people and the more you buy the more you save. It's an amazing store and I will not being going to these big corporate stores again. I will drive the hour and a half to go see Tim and the gang. They do not work for commission so that means they are not worried about being pushy. I will continue to go back until I am stationed somewhere else. Oh, speaking of that, they told me to mail my ring in for the inspections anytime even after I leave the area. They stand behind their products.

    I've used CMI for my fiance's engagement ring, wedding band and my wedding ring. The professionalism, staff and value of what I've received has been amazing. Every time I go in to CMI, they remember my name and make sure to clean all of our rings. It has been a great experience and I will be buying jewelry from CMI for years to come!

    My husband and I purchased my diamond wedding band at CMI almost 10 years ago. Since then, I have continued to work with CMI on the maintenance and care of all of my fine jewelry. Their service is exceptional and my overall experience at CMI has been well beyond my expectations. The owners of CMI are friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful every time I go in. I recommend CMI to all my friends. Go to CMI first when looking for beautiful jewelry before going anywhere else.

    CMI is a hidden gem. My husband and I went there to look for engagement and wedding bands and found everything we wanted for a great price! Kim is very knowledgable and helped us get exactly what we wanted.

    CMI was so flexible and really bent over backwards to get me what I wanted. My engagement ring and wedding band are both gorgeous! I feel like I got a great deal on both. The employees there were great as well. They were very patient and not pushy at all. I highly recommend them!

    The service provided by Keith Rivenbark of CMI Jewelry in helping my design my wedding day jewlery was exceptional. Keith helped me design the engagement ring and wedding band of my dreams. He also worked with my husband to select a necklace and earings that looked stunning with my wedding gown.     After going to a number of other stores, we finally went back to CMI to speak to Alan Little. He was professional and listened to our concerns. At one point, my diamond was loose, and he took special care to make sure it was all right before I left. I'll be going back for as long as they're still in business to do my jewelry shopping.

    CMI has excellent quality jewelry with incredible service. I was engaged for 1.5 years before the wedding and was terribly rough with my ring. All repairs I needed were done within a couple days to one week and never broke the bank... even when I completely broke my ring (with the help of my German Shepherd Puppy:) I will continue to give them my business for years to come

    CMI is the place to go if you don't want to pay unnecessary overhead and markups for chain businesses and people who work on commission. We enjoyed walking into CMI knowing that our experience would be pleasant and pressure-free. The staff is well-educated, friendly, and will work with you to fit your budget needs.

    Keith is AMAZING!!!! We had a limited budget and Keith at CMI helped us to get an incredible deal on exactly what we wanted. I honestly don't know why people go anywhere else. These guys are the best in Raleigh!!!!

    I loved this jeweler. They were the only place we could find with a reasonable price and terrific selection of the stone we were looking for in a ring. When we arrived they welcomed us, put a 2 carat ring on my finger to walk around and look with as she went to the back to find the stone we wanted. We were very pleased with the time they spent with us and the prices. They are a wholesaler, but they have amazing prices and an amazing show room. I definitely recommend this jeweler.

    Love CMI. You are made to feel very special when you walk in the door. Metals were so expensive and I wanted white metal...platinum was out of site so we used paladium (which is just as beautiful and scratch resistant). I decided on a Saphire as my main stone with diamonds around the center stone and on the shank. I love this ring. The Saphire is is a beautiful shade of blue and just perfect. Both of our rings have a beautiful color. I plan to return to CMI for jewelry in the future.

    In general, we were very pleased with the service we received at CMI. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased our wedding bands there, and are happy with them. The only hitch in our experience at CMI was that my husband was incorrectly fitted for his ring. Aside from that, it was great experience.

    The day before the wedding my fiancee went to CMI to pick up a gift certificate for me for one of my attendants. He got to looking at the rings and found a great value and decided to update my ring. The store had to put the ring together and they delivered it to him at our rehearsal Friday night so I would have it for Saturday. CMI went out of their way to make sure everything was ready for us. They even cleaned and buffed our wedding bands for free.

    CMI is the way to go. This is not a run of the mill cookie cutter jewerly store. This group is very passionate, attentive, and appreciative. My fiance sought advice on re-setting a family heirloom diamond and they were great. We shopped around several places for our wedding bands, but ended up going with CMI in the end simply based on trust.
