Thank you for a wonderful wedding experience. The entire event from planning through the event day could not have been handled more professionally. The Event Planner was always available and prepared to answer questions and provide guidance. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Our guests commented the food was exceptional and the venue was beautiful. We can not say enough!! A hidden gem!!

Coatesville Country Club was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. We were a young couple and other venues we visited did not want to give us the time of day but Lori was so sweet and professional from day one. She listened to every one of my requests and had such a "can-do" attitude about each one. She gave her expert advise when needed but still let us make the decisions. The staff did such an amazing job as well, Amy was my bridal attendant for the day of and I had her running all over the place but she did it all with a smile and such a sweet attitude. I'm so grateful for the team at CCC for helping to make my wedding day even more perfect than I could have imagined! This place is a hidden gem, people are still raving about the great food and about how much fun this place was for our reception. You won't go wrong picking Lori and Coatesville Country Club for your special day. I seriously couldn't be happier that we had our reception here. :)

As I was planning my wedding, people constantly told me that there will be something that goes wrong, but you will be the only person to notice. Well, our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and that is all due to Lori (events manager) and the romantic venue of CCC. Lori was so fun and easy to work with. She listened to all of my ideas and helped make my visions come true. There was not one second of the wedding planning process where I felt stressed about the venue because I had complete confidence in Lori.
During the wedding tons of the guests commented about the fabulous food and the generous portions. No one was left hungry at the wedding, that is for sure! Taking pictures was also super easy, as CCC provided golf carts to take us to prime photo spots. Finally, my husband and I felt like royalty all night at the way the staff treated us.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lori and this wedding venue. If you are on the fence, don't be. Coatesville Country Club will take care of all of your wedding needs, and you will not be disappointed!!

Everyone at Coatesville made our wedding day the most amazing! Lori (Events Manager) and Laurie (Banquet Manager) thought of everything I couldn't and were there for my husband and I every step of the day. Thank you so much!!!!

I honestly couldn't be anymore happier with the Coatesville Country Club! They really made everything perfect that day! Special shout out to Lori for returning every email I had even on vacation! Amy to answering all of my texts and giving me her number knowing full well I'd be blowing her up! Haha! Everyone else that day was just amazing. Food was delicious. I could go on and on! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I could not be more happier with the level of professionalism and service we received from Lori and the Coatesville Country Club staff. They worked with us to help us stay within our budget, even offered ideas and alternatives that would help the day go smoothly. I was extremely pleased with the fact that every step of the way, Lori was always available to answer any questions or to meet face to face with my vendors. The food was great, the decorations and layout was perfect, and our guest had a great time. Our day turned out beautiful, beyond what we had hoped for and it was all thanks to the dedication and commitment to providing great customer service that the Coatesville Country Club staff embodies. Words can not express our level of gratitude to them. I would definitely recommend them for your special event. You will not be disappointed.

Wow! The Coatesville Country Club was the PERFECT place to hold our wedding. Lori, the wedding coordinator, was truly incredible. I felt like I could have trusted her with my life! Anything we needed, any crazy request we had, any weird accommodation our guests required at the last minute - Lori made it happen with a breeze. And her team - wow!! Our wedding was two months ago, and I still have guests that attended our wedding telling me great things that the team at the Country Club did for them, or how their needs were accommodated so smoothly, that we didn't even know happened during our big day! One of my relatives actually told me that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and I have no doubt in my mind that this was because of Lori and her team's efforts! We didn't have to worry about a single thing, yet the wedding was absolutely beautiful. Lori and her team handled all of set-up and clean-up, including all of our little decorations that we dropped off the day before. Her chef assembled our wedding cake the day of the wedding, AND MADE THE BEST FOOD!! Her bartender made an effort to meet my husband and I, wish us congratulations, and was just the sweetest and most helpful to my guests. I really couldn't say enough great things about the Coatesville Country Club and all of the staff there!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Choosing a wedding venue is one of the biggest and toughest decisions of wedding planning, but please, do yourself a favor and book the Coatesville Country Club! You will absolutely not be disappointed, and I'm sure you'll get everything you've ever hoped for your wedding and much, much more!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lori and her team at Coatesville Country Club. My daughter, last minute, decided she wanted a sweet 16 bday party. Her bday is a few days before Christmas so I was nervous about finding a venue and taking care of all the little details that go along with planning a party. Lori went above and beyond in every respect. She made the whole process practically stress free! It was wonderful! I was more than pleasantly surprised at how everything came together seamlessly. Lori and her staff made my daughter's bday so very special. According to her, it was a hit and everyone at school was talking about it. From the decor, to the food, to the service, everything was A+

Lori the Banquet Manager & Laurie the Bartender are the utmost best at their craft!!! And the food is delic! Whether you are managing the event or a guest with CCC, they are a joy to work with and will make your event a joyous time!!

CCC was the BEST venue and TEAM to work with for our wedding! We searched high and low for a venue that fit us and nothing compared to the beauty and service we received here.
Lori, the event planner, is the kindest and most flexible person to work with. She and her team really go above and beyond to accommodate ANY wants/needs you have for your big day. She consistently checks in throughout the planning process and responds super-fast 7 days a week! She helped me think of details I would have missed otherwise.
The food is delicious! If you are considering CCC and another venue, try the food and you will choose them :) We had a great experience at our tasting and we were allowed to bring our parents with us. They accommodated all of our dietary concerns with no problem. The food was just as delicious on our big day. Not a single guest had any complaints and we still have people raving to us about how good it was!
Our other vendors really enjoyed CCC and the staff as well and made a point to tell my husband and I how awesome they were to work with!
We were really looking forward to taking our entire wedding party out on golf carts for pictures, but the weather did not cooperate with us. Even so, we had multiple spots for fantastic pictures! The golf carts will be an added bonus for anyone who gets a beautiful day!
Hands down, THE BEST experience ever! We will recommend this gem to everyone we know and will definitely be using it for all of our parties moving forward. Take a tour and see for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience at the Coatesville Country Club. The event coordinator was very helpful in the entire process from the initial phone call, the menu selection, set up for the event, and with any questions till the end of our Sweet 16 Party. The banquet hall was beautiful and the food was delicious. The staff was professional and friendly.

Scott High School Class of '67 held its 50th reunion at the Coatesville Country Club. We are repeat customers . . .we also held our 45th reunion there. The organization, food and decor were all excellent for our group of 150 people. Many classmates made a special effort to tell the committee organizers how much they enjoyed everything about our event and what a great job the staff did in accommodating our wishes and special requests. Every detail was exactly as planned. Our room and tables looked amazing! The Coatesville Country Club venue for a wedding, shower, reunion or any type of party is a perfect choice!

My overall experience was simply wonderful! Lori, the event coordinator helped every step of the way. I had a million questions and she answered every one of them in a timely manner. The day of our wedding, the staff were super friendly and assertive. If I could, I would do it all over again!

I am an experienced wedding and event planner and have worked with many venues, The Coatesville Country Club is by far one of the best that I've worked with in this area. Lori Lesyk and her staff are so professional, if I could use them for every event I would! The venue itself is perfect for any event, especially weddings. The outside terrace is perfect for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Not only is the venue nice but the food is excellent as well. I've had two events at the Country Club and on both occasions my guests were wow'd in every way.

Lori Lesyk completely sold us on this club. My fiancé and I were trying to decide between multiple venues, and she was the icing on the cake. We went in to meet her and were blown away by the friendliness with which we were received. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. She and Britney gave me a day that I will never forget and I can't thank them enough for that. The service from all of her staff was truly exceptional.
The food was excellent. I really had a hard time choosing items because they were all so good. A year long membership is part of their wedding package and I assure you that we will be using ours frequently to eat at the club.
Masters Baker worked with the country club for our cake, and it was fantastic. We had many compliments.
They paid attention to every detail - even the ones that I didn't know I needed attention to. They met every need I had with a smile. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

This review is based on 2 Weddings and 2 bridal showers that we have hosted in the last 3 years! So that's 4 big events in a short span of time. Coatesville Country Club gets the highest marks from us as they certainly went over and above. The true measure is the experience of your closest friends and family and their comments in the days and weeks after the event. The club setting is truly Magnificent and beautiful as the Coatesville Country Club is tucked away in the hillside closest to Hibernia Park. Huge bright and open room, golf course and lake views through large windows. The setting cannot be beat and parking is excellent for all guests especially older guests and guest with mobility challenges who can literally be dropped off at the front door. Lori and her staff go out of there way to make everyone feel welcome! Most importantly food is on point and we have many foodies in our family. Laurie is especially attentive to the needs of the hosts and the guests. The staff was very accommodating throughout the planning process. They made it easy. Marty and Anita

I have to say, I'm so glad we picked the Coatesville Country Club for our wedding, it is definitely a hidden gem! From the moment we first spoke to and met with the wedding planner Lori we felt so comfortable and she was so personable it really helped destress the whole situation. Her experience and expertise really helped create a beautiful day! The wedding was flawless, and we even dropped off some stuff,including parts to make a candy buffet, and it was set up beautifully for us which really was awesome and relieved is from another crazy thing that day. From the moment we walked into our reception we were welcomed by staff and the wedding party had our own server, Brittany, that was also awesome and really made our wedding day great. I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Lori and her staff, they made our wedding an amazing experience, and I couldn't be any more pleased! I haven't stopped recommending them to everyone, and my unmarried family is definetly considering!

My husband and I couldn't have been more thrilled with our reception at the Coatesville County Club! It was absolutely stunning, the staff are top-notch professionals, and the food was amazing! Lori is absolutely wonderful to work with! She had everything set up and decorated the way we wanted it to be and helped us every step of the way! Our wedding was the best day of our lives. It was absolutely perfect and I owe that in part to everyone at CCC! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My fiancé and I decided on the Coatesville Country Club after an exhaustive Chester County venue search. We really struggled to find a venue to comfortably accommodate 200+ that was affordable, close to the church in Downingtown, and near a hotel for our out of town guests. I also wanted a beautiful space that didnt look dated, with natural lighting and the ability to upgrade items like table linens and chairs. As an interior designer I had high expectations for my wedding. Lori Lesyk, the club manager, gave me all of the above plus more! She coordinated all of the rentals which included gold chiavari chairs in both the ballroom and the terrace (which overlooks the golf course), cream damask stripe table linens in the ballroom and eggplant stripe linens on the terrace and various sized round tables to accommodate tables of 8, 9, and 10. Lori and her staff also set up all of the additional decor we brought to my exact specifications. Our four course dinner, which included an incredible mushroom soup, was served efficiently and all of the staff was so friendly. My guests were so complimentary. We also had an open bar with 4 beer options and when I asked Lori if we could substitute one of the light beers for Blue Moon (my fav) she said that was no problem AND no additional cost! She also special ordered vanilla vodka for my signature drink, again for no up-charge! Lastly, cake from Master's Baker and centerpieces from Blue Moon Florist were included in the package. I upgraded my centerpieces but because so much was already included in the base package it was very affordable to do so. The final bill which included all the menu additions, rentals, and flower upgrades was still under our budget, which was developed after visiting another local country club. Also, it is super close to a brand new Courtyard Marriott, approx. 10 minutes away. With 80 of our guests, we continued the party at the Marriott's fire pit! It was the absolute best day!! Thanks Lori and CCC!!

They were such a pleasure to work with. Anything I asked for they did to make sure our day turned out exactly as I wanted. I worked with the manager Lori who was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. She always responded quickly. She offered suggestions/recommendations on things I had not thought of. The location is perfect. We were able to take pictures onsite so our guests did not have a long wait for us. They worked well with our other vendors (DJ, Decorator, Photographer and day of Coordinator). It was a perfect day.

Laura DelPercio, Club Manager, and her staff did an outstanding job for our event. This is our 5th year celebrating our Anniversary at the Coatesville Country Club. We had 300 guests that Laura and staff managed beautifully. There is absolutely nothing that could have been improved upon during the entire affair. Excellent job! I have had nothing but wonderful feedback from all of our guests. We'll definitely be back next year!

Coatesville Country Club and Laura DelPercio were absolutely a pleasure to work with!! As soon as we walked into the club my now husband and I knew this would be where we would become husband and wife! We had originally planned to get married out on gorgeous golf course but the weather didn't seem like it was going to cooperate on wedding day so we made the decision to move the ceremony inside. It was perfect and even though the weather actually held out, we had. I regrets because the room and the view were still amazing.

The food is to die for too!! The food that we had on tasting day was delicious and it was just the same caliber on wedding day. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this venue and Laura!!
