From our first escorted tour, we were extremely impressed and very excited to think that we could have visited our last venue. Having three packages to customize our day, and the list of additional add ons was by far the thing that confirmed our decision to choose Cobb Hill as our venue of choice. Leading up to our wedding date, we shared numerous emails to answer many of our inquiries, each was responded to with short turn around time. On the day we arrived at Cobb Hill Estate, the Inn keeper gave us a detailed overview and provided contact information and encouraged us to reach out if we had any issues. We did reach out on day two and received a quick response and a resolution to our issue. Overall, having access to the entire Estate and having a large number of our guests staying on campus, we truly enjoyed our experience with Cobb Hill Estate and would highly recommend it for your special day!

My son's wedding at Cobb Hill Estate was the most unique wedding I've ever attended. The venue is incredible between the views and the experience that they provide. It's some of the little things that make this place so awesome like the cabin on the hillside and the old rustic barn. The road getting up the mountain is long and gravel, but wow is it worth it! Couldn't be happier with our experience at Cobb Hill Estate.

This estate is absolutely perfect. I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a venue that is surrounded by nature, gorgeous views, top-notch accommodations, and that can accommodate the whole wedding party! The staff is awesome and everything went very smoothly. Thanks Cobb Hill Estate!

Cobb Hill Estate was the perfect place for us to have our wedding. The best word we have been able to come up with to describe this property, is magical. We spent five amazing nights on the property with our wedding party, which was such an amazing way to extend the festivities.
As a place to stay, Cobb Hill blew us away. The house was well stocked, beds comfortable and cozy, and the hot tub was such a plus! Every single space in this house is beautiful and unique and our guests really enjoyed relaxing around the property. We had our rehearsal dinner on the property as well. Despite the fact that I down poured all day, we had plenty of space inside for 30+ people and were able to enjoy the evening.
The wedding day was perfect. There was enough space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready downstairs while the bride and bridesmaids could be out of sight in the beautiful master bedroom. The massive front porch offered a wonderful gathering area as immediate family arrived.
Guests were in awe of the views, flower gardens, and beauty all around. We had a beautiful sunset, during which the guests strolled around the property to take in all the different views and explore each nook and cranny of the lawn. We had a fire in the evening, which was a great touch. The property is so beautiful, there is almost nothing that needs to be decorated further.
We didn’t find that we were in need of anything. There were more than enough chairs, tables, and all other promised supplies. It seemed that any last minute thing we thought of, was already provided.
The staff was always sweet and accommodating in the months leading up to our wedding. They offered suggested vendors and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They were quick to address any concerns that came up.
We got lucky with the weather on our wedding day, but even on a gloomy day, this venue is amazing. The owner has truly done a wonderful job turning it into a place of wonder.

Cobb Hill Estate was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. The venue was blooming with flowers and the views were breathtaking. My daughter had a vision for decorations and there was something meaningful at every corner (antiques, pictures, lighting at night, corn hole, etc.) The sunset pictures are soooo romantic!! All of our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue, it was the "best wedding they had ever been to!" Our guests stayed in Keene and we rented buses from First Student in Keene to transport them. They were great too!

The staff was very flexible and accommodating in our requests. They usually got back via email within a day or so. The wedding site exceeded our expectations as there were 3 new tents there for our wedding! The new reception tent is "pole-less" and fit our guests comfortably (170) with 23 round tables seating 8 guests each. There is a large catering tent and grill area which are extra, but well worth it! Your caterer will thank you!

The main house was large enough for the bridesmaids and additional guests and the Carriage House housed the groomsmen. There is a fee for extra nights in the main house and Carriage House, but again....well worth it! The house had more than enough room and supplies in the kitchen. We had an assigned contact (Chris) during our stay and he was great! We asked for the lawn to be cut and the next day, it was cut. He had answers to all of our questions. We also rented the "Cantina" which is in the attached barn (separate fee and comes with the house band which was great!) They played at our rehearsal/welcome party at the Carriage House.

I would highly recommend Cobb Hill for your wedding. It is well worth the money! I would recommend hiring a wedding planner in the area to assist you with the details. We used Memorable Events and she was great!

Cobb Hill Estate is absolutely Gorgeous! My wife and I planned the hell out of our wedding and we're happy to say we didn't lose our minds in the process. Everything went off without a hitch. There is not one thing that we could think of that we would have done differently. The view from the venue is amazing. The weather thankfully cooperated. Every guest at the wedding loved the scenery. Great value for what you're getting. If you love the outdoors, and want an outdoor venue, this is the place. The driveway up is dirt, but well maintained and worth it!

I truly cant speak highly enough of Cobb Hill Estates, I guess I start with the breath taking views, the peace and serenity and beauty that just all takes your breath away while you are there- its truly spectacular! The staff at Cobb Hill are amazing as well, they are friendly, down to earth, helpful, and fun! They are so kind and do everything in their power to be sure you have nothing short of the best experience ever- with no stress! They are amazing, if you want to have a venue that will truly take your breath away, and imprint the best memories ever- check out this incredible venue- they are amazing!!

Cobb Hill Estate provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding in August. We would describe the venue as rustic and elegant with beautiful wildflowers and even more beautiful views of Mount Monadnock. When you first visit you will notice the dirt road that winds through the trees - but this road gives way to spectacular views and a truly "wow" moment for every guest as they arrived... best yet we were able to transform the space into the perfect wedding for us as a couple with the venue allowing us to really do anything we wanted (provided we didn't burn the place down).

We found the team to be responsive and flexible to our needs (when we needed to get in touch or visit the property). With people staying in the main house, the carriage house, and camping we were able to have a large number of our friends and family stay on-site to help us set up and to really enjoy a full weekend instead of just one day for the wedding. We also appreciated the fact that the tent, chairs, and tables were already at the venue giving us an opportunity to set up on Thursday when we arrived.

Even better - because it is also a vacation rental we now have a place to go back to with friends and family in the future. We strongly recommend Cobb Hill Estate.

Cobb Hill is New Hampshire. If you want a private location with the flexability to do basically whatever you want, Cobb Hill is it! I loved that we were able to stay for an ENTIRE weekend, Thursday night - Monday morning. My closest friends and family were also able to stay with us. On the wedding night us newlyweds were able to stay in a private cabin far away from the rest of the family. A carriage house is also available for rent which was great for the "after party" and where friends could continue on into the night. Absolutley gorgeous location with amazing views. Almost a year later and we still have people telling us how amazing our wedding was and how awesome the location was. I plan on going back with family for a non-wedding weekend just to spend some time there. Very peaceful. Oh and a hot tub is on the premis.... it was absolutley great to have the night of the wedding because our bodies needed to relax!!

Cobb Hill Estate is a gem in southwestern New Hampshire! The view of Mount Monadnock was a perfect backdrop to start our married life together.

The staff at Cobb Hill Estates was easy to work with throughout the process, provided clear communication, and all were invested in the success of our weekend. Elli and I would highly recommend Cobb Hill as a wedding venue!

My now husband and I had the most spectacular wedding held at Cobb Hill Estates! I wish I could relive the day everyday! Everything from the initial tour to clean up was personal, professional, and perfect! Working with the Cobb Hill Estate property managers was extremely helpful. They provided us with a list of multiple preferred vendors, however also allowing us to choose our own. Our vendors, such as band, photographer, caterer, etc. also enjoyed hosting at the estate. The Cobb Hill property is stunning! The view of Mt. Monadnock, neighboring lakes and quaint New Hampshire villages was beautiful. The housing was clean and comfortable for our guests to sleep and relax. We chose Cobb Hill for its rustic vibe. The mile long dirt road drive up to the property and families of goats wondering about gave our guest an experience to remember. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Cobb Hill Estate to any classic, elegant, and outdoor loving bride and groom. Thank you Cobb Hill!!

Cobb Hill Estate was the perfect venue for our New England country wedding! The bridal party were happy and comfortable in the main house and the carriage house for the weekend activities! The ceremony site has a spectacular view! We enjoyed a great dinner and dance party under the tent! I don't know how we could top this special day!

Our wedding was on May 20th 2012. Cobb hill estate allowed us to have a very beautiful and simple wedding. We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to arrange and decorate things the way we wanted to. The kitchen was close by and came in handy as we had friends come in and prepare the meal for us at the reception. Also the large house provided a place for our friends and family to stay.Our guests really enjoyed the beautiful view and natural surroundings with all the beautiful flowers that were blooming at that time. Cobb hill really made our wedding special.

A beautiful venue for our wedding with a spectacular view! We were able to have our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all in the same location, as well as provide lodging for our wedding party onsite. Having everything in one location that was all ours for the weekend made it even more special. All of our guests are still raving about the wedding and the scenery (and an amazing sunset.) We would highly recommend Cobb Hill to anyone else looking to have their wedding in Southern NH.

Cobb Hill Estate was exactly the kind of naturally beautiful spot we were looking for to get married. Incredible panoramic view of NH, VT and MA from our ceremony spot and a beautiful wedding rental package that included all tables, chairs, and reception tent. Great value for a beautiful space with all the wedding fixins included. Staff was very polite and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had, but gave us space on our special day. So glad we chose Cobb Hill for our wedding--we'd do it again in a heartbeat!

we really had an amazing wedding. I was able to house my entire wedding party a long with the grooms mother and flower girls. with no place to have to travel to and having the wedding right outside it was perfect evening. They provide the tent chairs and tables along with the dance floor. And had great recommendations for local food and music.

If you are looking for a nice retreat in the top of a mountain with lots of privacy this is it! The view is spectacular! Other than that our experience was awful. Lack of communication between everybody! We had the place from Thursday to Tuesday, and when we first arrived, the grounds keeper (if you could call him that because he knew nothing about the place, or how to fix any of the issues we had there) said we were a day early...only after we called him to ask a question. Then on that Monday we had another guy come who was "inspecting the grounds" while we were supposed to be on our mini honeymoon. Had to send my husband out there fyi find out what was going on, then the guy checked his email and realized he was a day early! Also had a woman showing the property on that Monday, the port a potty emptying truck came, and the guy tried to tell us we were there for an extra night, and wanted to charge us an extra $1000.00! The communication is terrible and if it wasn't such a beautiful place, and a great time I would've been so disappointed! Was treated very poorly to say the least!
