  The perfect honeymoon

  Jen at Compass Travel was phenomenal throughout the trip planning process. She helped us plan our honeymoon, which we took immediately after our wedding. Jen significantly lightened the load on our end, allowing us to put our planning energy into our big day while still knowing we’d have a perfectly planned honeymoon waiting for us once we finally tied the knot. During the planning process, there was a hiccup with one of the travel companies, but Jen was great at reaching out to them and trying to secure a refund for us. During the trip itself, we decided we wanted to change one of our hotel reservations, and we simply sent a message to Jen and she found more suitable hotels and took care of the booking for us. We’ve already recommended Jen to our families and friends, and we’ll certainly look to work with her again for any future vacations we take.

  Absolutely amazing experience

  Jennifer booked and created what was the best trip ever for our family and a large group of friends. We booked a cruise on NCL and without Jennifer's help, we wouldn't have jumped to the Haven and SO glad we did. She found and mapped out a private catamaran excursion for us that blew away anything else we could have ever imagined. She made sure all the excursions and our experience on and off the ship was top notch. We have been telling everyone we know how great she was.

  Highly recommend for your honeymoon!

  BRIDES AND GROOMS.. and anyone else planning a big trip!! We highly recommend Jen for all your vacation planning needs. She helped us plan our dream honeymoon to Aruba in budget and we still got to do everything we wanted to. Her expertise and service was top notch and she answered every question we had. She suggested options for excursions and booked them for us as well so we didn't have to worry about them. She made planning our trip stress free so we could just enjoy from the second we landed. Please, please, please call her and schedule a consultation.. you won't regret it!!

  My husband and I had Jennifer help us plan our honeymoon to Croatia, and I am so glad that we did. She was amazing throughout the whole process. I was hesitant to hire someone to help plan our honeymoon, as it was something I planned to do myself but found myself way to overwhelmed with wedding planning to also be planning a honeymoon. When we started corresponding with Jennifer, she made everything so simple. She was patient, extremely responsive, and thorough. I plan to use her again in the future for any big trips and have already recommended her to family and friends.

  Before I review Jennifer Kon of Compass Travel, I believe it is beneficial to describe the type of customer I am. I read review after review to even allow myself to consider a product or person in this case. I tend to be indecisive and therefore, this leads me down various new directions, ideas, and must haves. I work hard for my money so making a decision to allow a travel agent, like Jen, who I have not met a risky predicament for me. However, I can promise you that she works hard and long for her clients. It was not rare to write her an email at odd hours of the night with a trivial question when it came to planning my honeymoon. Jennifer answered promptly and went above and beyond to give me as much detail as possible to help me narrow where I wanted to travel. Not only did she supply me with awesome resorts and break down the pros and cons, I had her scrap those ideas after deciding I wanted to look into another part of the world to be more cost effective. Never did she convey any frustration with my repeative questions...which ended up being over 50 email correspondences and at least 10 phone calls. She was a straight shooter that didn't waste my time. This is in reference to the fact we weren't planning on blowing tons of money which would result in less of a profit for her. She was very professional which is why I am taking the time to express my graitude for her patience and flexibility as my work schedule us crazy. After a month of chatting we sealed the deal and she is still checking in on us to make sure we are happy with our choice. I highly recommend Jennifer and I am satisfied with taking a chance to trust a stranger.

  Service was great; however, I would've chosen a different hotel. I like this recommendation since it was newly renovated and that's what we like to stay in (new or recently renovated places), but the location was really far. We did really enjoy our trip and the lengths Jennifer went to satisfy us was awesome! Thanks for help!!
