Claire & Jack Woods Wedding
I was the maid of honor for my sisters wedding and I hired Ronald for the DJ and his wife Abigail for the day-of-coordinator, and they were awesome! We simply couldn't of done it if we didn't pay the extra money to have Abigail help us on the day of! She was incredible, she helped with every single minute of the schedule for the day of and she took over for point of contact for all vendors which made me be able to actually have fun on the day of the wedding! She filled in all the blanks and things I hadn't thought of.
Ronald did great! we worked off a song schedule and we got to input every song we wanted to have played during every minute of the wedding. Everything was seamless and he was very professional. We ended up not having enough songs during the reception but he was professional and polite about getting more songs on the playlist!
Overall very happy with our decision to hire them and they were both very kind and efficient and made the whole process of their wedding day perfect! If we ever need a DJ again we will definitely book them!Complete Sound's reply:

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ than Rondale! One of my coworkers had hired him for her ceremony and recommended him. We had a call a few weeks before our wedding with him and his wife and they were kind as well as thorough, going through each part of our itinerary and making sure they had every detail correct. On our wedding day, Rondale arrived with plenty of time to setup and had great attention to detail with the sound quality and flow of our ceremony. The cocktail hour and reception were incredible – he nailed the vibe we wanted and kept our guests happy and entertained. Definitely recommend hiring Complete Sound if you’re looking for a DJ who is thorough, kind and a joy to work with!Complete Sound's reply:

I've seen Rondale DJ at two other weddings before I hired him for mine. There was no question he was who I wanted. So many friends from all three weddings agreed he is the best they've seen. He chooses fun, clean songs and gets people dancing so well. He smoothly worked in my special requests, and had some great suggestions when I didn't have a song in mind. His announcing is perfect as well- I've seen a few awkward DJs in my time! He was so helpful and professional to work with in the planning, and talked extensively with my coordinator and live musicians to make all of the timing and transitions flawless. 11/10, would recommend, hope he DJs another friend's wedding so I can enjoy his skills again!Complete Sound's reply:

Rondale & Abigail are truly the best!! Communication was so easy — they are so easy to talk to, and they always respond within 24 hours! We had 2 zoom calls before the wedding & they had every detail down flat. Rondale was so great at the wedding - equipment was awesome, sound/music was exactly what we wanted & needed, and he helped hype people up when necessary! I’m so thankful — music is so important to us & we had the time of our lives dancing the night away!Complete Sound's reply:

Rondale did an amazing job!
He made the reception about us not him. He was flexible with requests and was was entertaining not loud and obnoxious. He gets 5 stars all the way around.
One of my guests are using him at her reception in October 2023 because she was impressed with his work and he is not over priced.Complete Sound's reply:

DJ Rondale was AMAZING!! He was so easy to communicate with, and a great price for the quality of service we got. He kept the party going all night long! If you’re looking for reasonably priced, sweet DJ, call Rondale!

I am so thankful we found Rondale and Abigail, Complete Sound, for our big day! They absolutely made our wedding and reception the best I could’ve ever imagined. From our first initial meeting to end we knew we made the absolute best decision in hiring them. They were the easiest people to work with, and made everything about our wedding amazing! We live in SF, CA and due to the pandemic we could not travel to TX for vender meetings. We did everything virtually and finding a DJ seemed imposible to contact. When I contacted complete sound, I got a rapid response! They answered all my questions and gave me a price range in our budget. The meetings were so smooth thanks to Abigails response and professionalism. Róndale is very talented!! He knew exactly what we were looking for and more. I LOVED working with Complete Sound Rental! They were such an amazing addition to my ceremony and cake and punch reception! Rondale and Abigail went above and beyond for our big day and hiring them was a great choice! From our first phone call I could tell how passionate they both are about weddings and entertainment. Communication was clear throughout the entire process and they delivered on everything they promised. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of having Complete Sound Rental at our wedding. Rondale provided all the needed equipment, getting the area set up and even sang at our wedding. It really is a complete service. One thing you need to know is you can count on these people to be responsive and professional. They did an amazing job at our wedding and only had a couple weeks to prepare. Top shelf company. I highly recommend!! -

Working with Rondale for our wedding was such a gift! Before contacting him, we were thinking of working with another sound company, but our interactions with them were completely overwhelming. Rondale made everything so simple, supported us, helped us strategize, did an excellent job helping up with set up, and brought such a happy, positive vibe to our day. Rondale is fabulous! He brought his business up to Wisconsin for my wedding. He sang and played for the ceremony and he had an awesome setup for our reception and was a great emcee! We hired complete sound for our wedding and they failed to play majority songs we wanted even though we spent a lot of time putting together an exact playlist for them which they claimed they never received until the end of the night when they realized they had in fact received our playlist. Even when they realized they had received our playlist the DJ still was not playing the songs from the list. We had also given the DJ what we wanted our last group dance and our final dance and the DJ played what was supposed to be our private dance as the last group dance so we had to change our private dance song. We were very disappointed by this experience and bummed that we were unable to listen to so many songs we wanted to on our wedding day. We were not followed up with after our wedding with an apology or anything. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.Complete Sound's reply:

I apologize for your disappointment with the music selections that we played at your wedding. Unfortunately your dance time playlist was accidentally not included in the DJ notes at first but we did correct that as soon as the error was brought to our attention.
We truly strive to do an excellent job helping couples with their wedding music and to correct any mistakes as soon as they are brought to our attention.
We value your feedback and how it helps us improve our services and eliminate mistakes in the future.
We take full responsibility for how that communication error affected your wedding day.
We have taken steps to update our communication and note preparing processes to ensure this doesn’t happen a second time.
