    Yanira was so sweet and helpful. They were the only boutique that had my dream dress by Venus Bridal. Not only did Yanira make my experience so nice and memorable but she also did not make me feel pressured into buying a dress. I was undecided between my dream wedding gown that was $899 and another one that was $1099 and she helped me pick the one that looked best which was my dream wedding dress. She could have pressured me into buying the higher priced gown but she didn't. She was honest and extremely helpful. She was VERY knowledgeable about the bridal gown styles. Thanks to her I left with the PERFECT dress for me. I highly recommend this bridal boutique.

    I am SO HAPPY I went to this Boutique. They have an awesome selection of beautiful designer dresses and reasonable prices. The service is perfect. Thank you so much Concepcion Bridal I will always recommend you ladies to everyone I know!

    As soon as I walked in Concepcion Bridal I felt so welcomed! The ladies there took their time with me and helping me find the perfect wedding dress! I am highly satisfied with their service and I will be sending my friends. They have high quality gowns at the best prices! I will recommend with shop to anyone.

    Thanks to this store I was able to have my dream wedding on a budget and short notice. The ladies here are very nice. They did not pressure me into buying something I did not want. The best part is I was able to find the perfect wedding dress for $500 including my alterations. If you have not been to this store, I encourage everyone to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

    I had a pleasant experience at this boutique last Saturday. We drove from from Lees Summit, Missouri so it was a 1 hour drive for us but well worth it. This boutique offers awesome service and their designer dresses are exquisite. I bought a Mori Lee wedding gown in my size that I am absolutely in love with. I had to get on here and write a review. If you are looking for a dress go to to this Boutique! They seriously have ALL sizes. I am a size 26.

    Treated me disrespectfully and accused me of lying about a dress that had absolutely not been worn. Ensured that owner would call me which did not happen. Owner is always in a meeting when I call....

    Utterly Horrible!

    This makes me sad that I have to do this since I had such high hopes in the beginning after seeing the great reviews and noting that there hadn't been a bad one in a while. My first Appointment was May 3rd 2022 at 10am. I had this confirmed via an email confirmation. We arrived slightly early and waited an extra 15 minutes for them to open which I was more than happy to do. After we were let into the building we were informed that the woman who would be running my bridal appointments was running a bit late; again, no big deal. Everyone is late sometimes and we were told we could look around at dresses in the meantime. My mother and bridesmaid looked around with me for about 20 minutes, since they don't have a huge selection of dresses, before we were told she was still going to be a bit later. This is the kicker, we left, went to the salvation army across the street to give her more time, came back at 10:45 and she still wasn't there. It's one thing to be 10 minutes late to an appointment, it's another to be 45. She arrived at 11 and I finally was able to try on 3 dresses in a total of 18 minutes, feeling rushed and unwanted. They didn't listen to a thing I said since one of the 3 dresses I tried on was a mermaid gown that I specifically told them not to put me in. It was only the fact that the gown I chose was the one that I'd been obsessed over based on pictures. So I bought the dress. I mean when you love it you love it. Here's where it gets real messy. June 3rd I paid off my 1400 dollar dress, and they claim that 28th of that same month they gave me a call notifying me of the fact that my dress had been discontinued and that I would have to take the floor model. If that was the case, why would you have a discontinued dress out on your floor and not notify the bride of it before she decides to purchase it. This is a big factor into pricing as well. I paid full price for my gown after she "discounted" it $25 to "make up for being late". This as such is noted on the contract I signed when I first paid my deposit. Let alone, I never received said call. I have looked back through my call logs two days before and two days after June 28th as well as digging for the number of the store in general. The number does not appear once. They claim I did not answer which if I wasn't called, obviously I didn't. I suggested kindly that perhaps it was just a simple misclick on their part. A simple typing of like a 2 instead of a 3. The lady, who I can only assume is the owner with how she spoke, clearly told me I must be mistaken because there was absolutely no way one of them could have gotten it wrong EVEN AFTER I showed her my call logs in person. My mother and I decided we would just take the dress, that I paid off on June 3rd, a whole 25 days before she claimed to have called me, and attempt to get alterations done elsewhere. This dress is a size 20, I am a size 6 for most clothing. I have been in tears most of today trying to figure out how I'm going to get this altered without destroying the dress and all the fabric. It's one thing to drop a dress a size, it's another to drop it 14 sizes. Dropping that many sizes you have the risk of ruining the dress or not having it look the way it was intended since you have to take away and cut much of the fabric in the back. Especially since this dress comes with a zipper, alterations would mean removal of the zipper, cutting off about 4-5 inches of fabric on both sides to bring it in, and combining it into the skirt while hoping it doesn't look funny while doing so. I'm 5" and we will also need to have the straps cut down about 4 inches as well, and this is just based on our estimates. I never let her measure me as at that point I was over it. My honest opinion, if you are just buying a dress in your size this this might be the place for you but please pay attention to everything and I sincerely recommend any brides not to visit this store. Clearly the ownership doesn't know how to handle a bridal appointment nor common courtesy when it comes to notifying their patrons of stocking. Let alone after doing research and calling multiple other bridal stores in the area, come to find out my gown has not been discontinued and they lied to my face about it being discontinued, essentially swindling me into taking a dress that was to big and couldn't be altered. Unfortunately, they have done nothing to attempt to resolve the situation nor made any offers to do a partial refund or exchange of any kind. I am heartbroken and looking into possible legal help because of this store. Don't go here, they don't know what they are doing.

    Our records show we had contacted your cellphone number on June 28th, 2022 at 1:55p.m. and had left you voicemail to let you know that the bridal gown was discontinued and we did not get a response. Wedding dress designers update styles every 3 months and 90% of wedding dresses need alterations. We are very experienced in this industry and have been in business for over 20 years. We apologize that the consultant did not recognize you on the day of your fitting. We work with many clients and bridal party on daily basis. On Friday August 5th, 2022, you arrived for your fitting and you stated that you would be getting the dress altered elsewhere. Our consultant stated that is completely okay. Kira, you never expressed any concerns to management and you took the dress home. You signed a form indicating that you fully inspected the wedding dress. You agreed the dress is in new/perfect conditions. We have try to work with you but you have contacted the store several times harassing and speaking with profanity to our employees and that behavior is unacceptable.
