Highly Organized, Professional, and Reassuring

Sarah truly helped keep us at ease leading up to the wedding. She was very attentive to our desires, and was comfortable giving advice where we didn't know what to do/how to approach something! She was very responsive and extremely organized! She took care of everything behind the scenes and handled our huge wedding party so incredibly well. We absolutely will recommend her to our friends and we recommend her to anyone to have that truly unforgettably beautiful day marrying your best friend!! :)

Peace of mind

With only three months to plan my daughter's wedding, we had to move quickly and make most of the large planning decisions on our own. Our venue required a day-of coordinator and we hired Sarah. We had no concept of the peace of mind Sarah would give us. She was far more than a day-of coordinator. She met with us several times before the wedding, asking pertinent questions and always checking in with the bride and groom's wishes. Sarah was organized, thoughtful and responsive anytime we reached out to her. She communicated with each of our vendors at least twice before the wedding. My husband and I made all of the centerpieces for the reception. Since we didn't have a florist, Sarah set up every table. The day before the wedding, I had a momentary concern that the aisle decor wasn't going to work, but I quickly realized that Sarah was a problem solver and she would make it work without involving me. Sarah's presence allowed us to relax and be in the moment.

Worth it! Book sarah!

Sarah helped coordinate my event of ten years in business. At first I was unsure if I wanted a coordinator, but as time passed as I started to plan, I knew I would need one and so glad I chose Sarah!
For the amount of people, vendors, and more, it felt like wedding planning at moments. With Sarah's experience of not only weddings, but all events, she was so helpful in all areas! At times, she would remind me of why I was throwing the event when I was losing sight of it in all the planning & would ground me back when I was throwing out too many ideas that didn't go back with my core idea of the event. If you hire her, she will be your right hand gal when you least expect it, help with so much stress during the planning & of course on the day, and make your event or wedding run SO smooth! Sarah is a gift from the wedding gods

Sarah is amazing, my husband and I got married in April and had chosen Sarah to be our day of coordinator about 8 months prior to that. Thinking she’d only be available day off, we didn’t think much of it but Sarah went above and beyond for us. On the months and weeks leading up to our wedding she kept us in the loop with regular calls, FaceTimes and an updated day of timeline. Then on the wedding day she was incredible, set up all of our games on the lawn at the venue and brought us food, drinks and everything else on our wedding day! She even watched our dog while we took romantic photos together! Sarah is everything you could want or need in a day of coordinator and she truly was the shining star of a venue on our day. Sarah I wish I could get married 100x’s over so I could have you there each time! You were amazing and made our day so special!

Must have coordinators!

Sarah is absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only did she help us through the entire planning process, but she made our wedding day an absolute breeze. I was a very DIY bride and Sarah made sure that everything I envisioned came to life and no detail went unnoticed. She made the extra effort of showing up early (coming from Temecula out to Palm Springs area) and putting all of our final pieces together. Not only did she make the day perfect, she is an amazing friend and supporter throughout every step of the way. She even had my back when my florist stole my flowers! It would not have been the same without her and I’m so so happy we got to share such a special day with her.

Highly recommended

I was the photographer at a wedding Sarah coordinated. She was really professional and organized. The day was filled with unexpected things like huge winds and rain and Sarah stayed calm and proactively made sure none of the chaos was noticed by the couple and the day was gorgeous for them. She was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend her.

Sarah was truly the best planner we could have asked for! She made sure our wedding was just as perfected as we hoped for.

Best decision

Hiring Concept.Create.Celebrate was the absolute BEST decision I made in planning my wedding. Sarah and Danielle were always there answering all my questions and posing ones I had never even considered beforehand. The day of Danielle was there for everything, even when we had to abruptly move everything inside due to a sandstorm. She didn’t blink an eye and ensured everything was still beautiful and amazing for us and our guests.

Magical wedding with concepts create 🎉

Sarah was absolutely amazing she was there for us in every way possible via text FaceTime. Everything was all put together way before our date. I will hire her for our baby’s first baby shower and other events to come. Our wedding was amazing

I honestly can’t explain the amount of appreciation I have for Sarah. She is amazing. As a Type A person (and bride) it’s hard to let go and trust someone to understand your vision. She was SO helpful and was like having myself there on my wedding day. She knows all of the things you’ll never think about on your own and you can trust her to do everything in her power to make your wedding day special. I knew from the first conversation I had with her that I needed her help to feel happy and carefree on my wedding day. I had a venue that provided a venue coordinator, but those people aren’t as personal and actually involved in YOUR day. Sarah worked closely with the venue coordinator to make everything about our day amazing (even coordinated getting me candles when the venue unexpectedly said they weren’t providing them on my wedding day!). I highly recommend giving yourself that ability to have a cherished and carefree day by taking on Sarah’s help. She is the glue that brings all the pieces together and we couldn’t have had the amazing experience we had without her. To top it off she is the sweetest that can be! Thanks Sarah! Sarah went above and beyond not only the day of our wedding but in the months of planning as well. Her response time is quick and worked so well around my busy schedule.
