Joyce was a true pleasure to work with! I was planning a destination wedding from WI and went off reviews and word of mouth. It was so easy to work with Joyce via long-distance. She was very responsive to my emails, flexible, creative, and crafted a customized proposal (so thorough!), mindful of our budget and vision. I chose to go a more simple route with my flowers, and they turned out even better than I had envisioned! There were some really cool wildflowers incorporated into my bouquet that I had never seen before! Joyce and her team were also so kind to help out with the placement of greenery I had ordered through Sam’s Club. Thank you so much Conrad Floral for the exceptional service! -

Joyce at Conrad Floral did an amazing job with our wedding flowers. We met multiple times before the big day as I wasn't particularly sure what I wanted for my flowers. I told her my overall vision, budget and colors I was drawn to and she was able to quickly come up with a floral plan I was thrilled about. The day before the wedding I came by the shop and saw our bouquets and realized I wasn't as happy with the autumn color scheme we had initially talked about and asked if she could remove some of the darker blooms and stick to a lighter palette. With complete class and professionalism, she confirmed what I did and did not like about the arrangements and quickly rushed to change all of them so that I was completely happy with them. She even sent a photo with the changes before fixing all the bouquets to ensure it's exactly what I wanted. This was literally the NIGHT before the wedding and I'm sure it took hours. She dropped them off the next day and they were stunning! I would recommend Joyce in a heartbeat--not only for her gorgeous work and attention to detail but also for her exceptional customer service -

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding florist! Joyce and her team took us on last minute and still delivered the most beautiful arrangements we thought we could only have dreamed of.
Joyce knew all the questions to ask during our initial meeting. She was very thorough and made sure she understood our vision 100%. We gave her our thoughts, budget, and Pinterest ideas, and from there they created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding! All of the flowers and greenery received so many compliments from our guests.
Thank you again, Conrad Floral, for helping make our wedding day absolute perfection. If we could could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!

William Sent on 10/02/2017Joyce,by far is the best florist we have ever used. Her knowledge and the quality of her flowers put our SPECIAL DAY over the top.
After seeing our flowers it was easy to see why Joyce is one of,if not the top Florist in the FLATHEAD VALLEY.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Conrad Floral to anyone. -

User2185946 Sent on 06/18/2015My flowers turned out to be beautiful, my bouquet was everything I wanted; she even imported lilac for me since it had stopped blooming here. We did all of our centerpieces ourselves and got all the loose stems from her and the lavender was perfect! -

Joyce is a talented florists and totally nailed what I wanted for bridesmaid bouquets but we didn’t quite have the same vision for my bouquet. I requested incorporating 2 flowers into my bouquet- one wasn’t available for location/season etc, but then I didn’t have a single peony in my bouquet (my other request). Joyce never mentioned that to me and it was post wedding chat with my mom that she mentioned Joyce told her she didn’t think they would be available. There was supposed to be a planning discussion 30 days prior which her and I didn’t really do but I think it would have been worth to bring up to me and not just my mom. -

Christine Sent on 08/23/2017Everything was beautiful and Joyce totally helped bring my vision to life. The flowers were amazing! There was a slight issue with my planners emails not getting through to her because the email signature was too big - or something along those lines. It wasn't until 1 week before when the two of them realized it and was a little stressful to figure it out on their ends (the bride had zero stress- so that was much appreciated!). Joyce was unsure if the wedding was happening still. Once it was all sorted out, it all came together perfectly. Either on the planner or Joyce's end - should check email to make sure other items are not missed. -

Samantha Sent on 06/24/2016Joyce did a great job with the flowers! They were so beautiful and she helped us stretch our budget. She suggested hanging our centerpieces from shepherd's hooks down the aisle as a way to get double use out of them, which was really appreciated! I would recommend her to anyone in the area! So happy with her work!
