The entire team at the Conrad was a delight to work with! We had a postponed wedding due to the pandemic and found the Conrad ~6 weeks before our actual wedding date! At the time, DC 'pandemic law' was restricting dancing and cocktail parties so we weren't even sure if we would be able to host a wedding in DC. We toured the Conrad nonetheless and immediately fell in love! The interior is so sleek, beautiful and modern with plenty of photo opportunities. I was very particular about the ceiling lighting since you can drape and cover the floor if not to your preferred style but there's very little you can do about the ceiling - the ballroom has the most beautiful ceiling and looked incredible in all of our pictures. Given that we were not sure if we'd even be able to host our wedding, Renae and her team were incredibly flexible and held our date without a deposit. Thankfully, all restrictions went away and we were able to have our wedding in June 2021 at the Conrad. It was their first Indian wedding and even though we signed with them less than 2 months before our date, the entire process was seamless! They worked flawlessly with all of our vendors for a multi-day event. Their responsiveness was unparalleled and they made everything easy for us, whether it was providing various floor access to our guests or parking or providing us with hospitality rooms. The guest rooms are luxurious and the bridal suite was spacious enough to have multiple hair and makeup artists working at the same time. The surrounding area is quite posh and centrally located. The space itself is incredibly beautiful and we could not have been happier to have held our wedding at the Conrad! We live in DC and smile fondly every time we drive by! -

This hotel was the best venue. Aside from how gorgeous the interior is they were more than accommodating in helping us navigate our COVID wedding. The staff from the valet, room service, front desk, coordinators, and chef were phenomenal. All of our guests were extremely taken care of and had the best time. Thank you so much to everyone who helped us make this day as amazing as it was!

The best bridal shower ever!
I cannot say enough about this venue and the quality of service I received, especially during extremely challenging times in the hospitality industry due to the pandemic. The Conrad and Director of Catering Renae Ouellette specifically, went above and beyond to ensure our bridal shower was everything we had hoped and dreamed of! Renae was in constant contact, assisting me along the way with every detail, making our shower one that all of our guests exclaimed was the most fantastic they had every been to. The Falling Flowers space was absolutely exquisite and provided the perfect backdrop for an elegant affair. Chef worked with us to create the perfect menu. The breakfast bento box we started with was so different and unique and the guests pronounced the chicken and waffles the best they had ever had. High praise for these DC ladies who love brunch. The service was absolutely impeccable, think beautiful china, glassware and silver cloches that wowed our guests when their meals were presented. From first inquiry to the last piece of cake served, The Conrad and Renae made this an event my daughter, our guests and I will always remember! -

My fiance and I had originally planned quite a large wedding with a different venue; however, it had to be canceled due to Covid-19. After trimming down our guest list to 20 and with only a few weeks to go before our wedding date, I decided to reach out to the Conrad, since we were already planning on staying there on our wedding night. Courtney responded promptly, very positively, and seemed excited to help us figure something out! She took care of everything and had an answer for all of my questions. On the day of, she ensured that everything ran smoothly. Most importantly, she set things up in a way that ensured everyone could remain socially distant from those outside their household. My fiance and I and our guests were incredibly impressed with the end result, and enjoyed everything moreso because we felt safe and confident that the Conrad had taken every precaution to keep us that way. I would recommend the Conrad as a venue even in non-pandemic times, mostly for Courtney and the other team members, but also for the food, location, and aesthetics.Conrad Washington, DC's reply:

Conrad DC is the Wedding Dream Team
After postponing our destination wedding in Bermuda and searching for venue a small family gathering, we reached out to the Conrad DC. We had always admired this new hotel in City Center DC and were thrilled when they were able to make our wedding dreams come true! Their sales & catering team was such a joy to work with and went above and beyond for us! They were able to offer us a safe and beautiful ceremony venue on their roof top, followed by a 5 star dinner! The food was amazing and the team was extremely attentive and detailed. It was the perfect venue for photos as well, every where you turn there is a photo op, both for your own wedding photos and for your guests. Most importantly, our family felt safe during these uncertain times, which was a relief that allowed us to completely focus on the wedding. To top it all off, the Conrad team surprised us with a beautiful suite at the hotel and a wedding cake!! Yes, a wedding cake!! Amazing! If anyone is looking for a wedding venue that has it all, this is the dream team! -
