  Beautiful and delicious

  Coppelia cake gave us exactly what we wanted! We enjoyed the tasting as all the cakes we tried were delicious!

  ⭐︯amazing ⭐︯

  Kenzie is amazing! My husband and I asked her to design and create our elopement cake with the request that she create something like an Avante Garde work of art. Needless to say, she went above and beyond my expectations. The cake was stunning and as delicious as it was gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice - she's truly an artist. Seriously, stop looking and just get your cake from Coppelia.

  Perfect cake for an elopment

  We hired Coppelia to make a single tier party cake for our elopement in Aspen. We chose the London Fog (vanilla cake with Earl Grey Italian buttercream) and opted for buttercream flowers for decoration instead of real flowers. The cake had a very tender crumb and the buttercream wasn't overpowering. Even three days later the cake still tasted delicious and wasn't dry. The pricing with the delivery charge was very reasonable and saved us the hassle of having to pick up the cake. This was such a great option (compared to usual Aspen prices) since it was just the two of us and we told our wedding planner to add Coppelia to her list of vendors.
