A Wonderful Experience
When we started this journey, we had no idea where we were headed. We began looking at venues that were intimate and unique in size. Then, someone suggested renting a yacht outside of New York and cruising around Manhattan. This idea intrigued us, so we explored various options and ultimately fell in love with the Sundancer, a Cornucopia Cruise Line vessel.
We decided to do a dinner cruise on one of the Cornucopia ships and were amazed not only by the food and ambiance but also by the idea of renting a small vessel to accommodate our party of 40. We met with Lorri Pina, our sales manager, who guided us through the process with incredible helpfulness and knowledge. She was there every step of the way. We also took a tour of the Sundancer with Daisy, who answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel confident that we had selected the perfect wedding venue.
The Sundancer was the ideal size for us to enjoy an intimate wedding with the most beautiful skyline in the world. You cannot beat the views. On the night of our event, Ghassan, our maître d', took care of all our needs, accommodating our every request. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. The captain made sure we saw every possible view to capture beautiful pictures. Every detail was meticulously covered by the team.
A special thanks to everyone who made our day extraordinary. We will definitely be back to celebrate our milestones.

Stella Sent on 09/04/2015My husband and I didn't want to cookie-cutter winning and since we love the water we thought the best opportunity for something different that fit us perfectly was a wedding on a ship. We were on the St. Charles!! We picked this ship because it was moored but still on the water. It is a unique vessel and was renovated beautifully. We had a lot of special requests and never were we told no. All of the special little sparkles and ribbons and bows that we took a year to gather were incorporated into the ships natural extravagant decor. It was perfect! The food was awesome, open bar was appreciated by our guests and we had room for a 7 piece live band. We also had our ceremony on the vessel on a different level. I wanted a runway to come down and the ship was perfectly suited. It was a day to remember!!! -

horrible experience which should not have occurred for an event at this price. The following were events that occurred:
-We were told we could get on the boat two hours before the event. The boat was late docking and we were shortened an hour of setup time and photographer time
-The boat docked a half hour early, clearly violating our contract and ending my party 30 minutes before our paid time. My guests had to stand on the pier for that time waiting for the shuttles for after party and hotel because
-they contacted me the day of the wedding to tell me they never received my final payment that I had mailed six weeks prior, and threatened to cancel the wedding on the day of the event without payment. This was a complete overlook on the part of the accounting department and not a stress I needed on the day of my wedding.
-they dropped one of my Indian catering dishes during delivery, so a whole dish was never served nor reimbursed.
-the day of coordinator did not have the layout I had sent of my table arrangement. I had to scroll through my emails as I boarded the dock to provide information I had already been sent.My tables were setup completely incorrectly, and since they were an hour late for the setup, there was nothing to be done except deal with it.
This company is cheap and inconsiderate. They have not responded to my inquires for refund for over a month so I am posting a review so everyone can know what to expect when working with this company. Wedding days are stressful of course, but this company made way too many errors that should not have happened and did nothing to try to remedy.
