  Above and beyond

  Rachel was the best day of coordinator we could have asked for. She was an integral part of the entire planning process. We had an hour long phone call every couple of months to check in and make sure everything was on track. She made intros to other incredible vendors, and her guidance helped us to craft the perfect timeline and ensure everything went smoothly. Day of she took care of every little detail, from steaming the bridesmaids dresses to last minute changes to the shuttle timing. Through it all she was incredibly calm, professional, and reassuring. We could not have pulled off our dream day without her and her team!!

  Beyond all hopes and dreams

  Our daughter's wedding was PERFECTION. Rachel guided us from start to finish, and she was kind, thoughtful, patient, professional, compassionate, and always listening every single step of the way. To write about our experience in positive superlatives would not do it justice. Rachel proved herself to be invaluable as we worked together up until the start of the ceremony, and then . . . just like all of our guests . . . we were able to completely immerse ourselves in the fun and enjoy every little detail and moment of the reception. Eternal gratitude to Rachel and her all-star team!

  You NEED Cose Bella in your wedding planning life

  Cose Bella was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made for our wedding. As someone who is very type A and very much a do it yourself type of person, it took me many months into wedding planning to realize I would need some help and look for a day of coordinator. Finding Rachel and her team was honestly the BEST THING that happened to me. Although Rachel was technically our Day of Coordinator, she met with us monthly from the time we signed our contract, about 5 months before our wedding, and then more frequently as the day got closer. She helped keep us on track and assigned us monthly to-dos. She thought of many things that I know I would not have. She designed BEAUTIFUL signature cocktail signs that I am truly obsessed with and had our menus printed as it was cheaper to do in her area than ours. She is so thoughtful, kind, positive, honest, and fun to work with. The day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were with us the ENTIRE DAY. They organized all of our belongings, steamed all of our dresses and the guys' tuxes, ran around literally all day, helped set up all of our candles, built our candelabras, put together our table settings, and helped flip the reception room in 30 minutes. And so much more. All while keeping the rest of us on time. Even at the end of the night, Rachel was there packaging cake and desserts into to go boxes for our guests, bringing our valuables into our suite, and cleaning up all of our decor from the venue. We have since gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized our wedding was, and honestly it is all thanks to Cose Bella. I am sad I don't get to work with Rachel anymore, and will be looking for any excuse to do so. We already know they are the first vendors we are calling when my younger sister gets engaged. If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Cose Bella immediately!!!!!! You won't regret it

  Absolutely incredible

  I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century.   Best planner ever

  I had a destination wedding in Portugal and Rachel is the definition of hitting the ground running. She sent us several potential venues, did research on what areas they were in. We did a welcome boat tour the day before the wedding and Rachel helped guests find the correct dock, she even drove to pick people up. The day of the actual wedding i was stress free having breakfast/brunch while she was running around putting out last minute fires. The venue threw us a lot of last minute curveballs ( they over promised and under delivered) and Rachel did not hesitate to hold their feet to the fire. She is definitely more than just your average wedding planner, she will be your biggest advocate to make sure your day that you spend so much time and money on, is one that you will never forget.

  Hire Cose Bella!!!

  We cannot say enough good things about Rachel & the Cose Bella team! She truly went above & beyond for us. We got married at OceanCliff in Newport, RI on 7/8/23 and a few months prior to our wedding day, it dawned on us that we might need a day-of coordinator. We got SO lucky that Rachel was still available on our date. She is worth every penny. She is so personable, kind, helpful, and resourceful. I assumed as a day-of coordinator we'd have a few phone calls and hope for the best but Rachel went above and beyond in the planning process and day-of execution. She attended all of our vendor meetings and even created all of our wedding illustrations from our place cards, menus, drink signage, and guest book item! My bridal party and I kept saying we felt like she was a fairy godmother. Anything we needed she had, she was somehow everywhere at once - it was incredible. She even helped fix my stepmom's shoe moments before the ceremony! We cannot recommend Rachel and her team enough. If you want your wedding to be as seamless and drama-free as ours, you need to hire Rachel!

She perfectly captured our vision for an elegant wedding and not only oversaw this event, but a series of events over an entire weekend.   I’m so thankful I got to work with Rachel, who helped plan every part of my wedding. Rachel is extremely professional and all of her work is very high quality and polished. Her level of professionalism made me feel secure about all of the million of decisions that needed to be made - I had complete faith that everything would get done and taken care of working with her. At the same time, Rachel is so personable and easy to work with. I never felt like she judged my decisions but instead she helped guide me to create the wedding I wanted. Her expertise on vendors in Rhode Island was invaluable. She is clearly passionate about weddings and working with all of her clients, and she is an overall very positive person and joy to be around. She is extremely detail oriented and organized. She was also incredibly responsive - she would respond to emails or texts very quickly and take care of any problems immediately. Clearly, I cannot stop thinking of great things to write about Rachel. After the wedding I had several friends and family members tell me how impressed they were with Rachel on the wedding day and how much they loved her (after only briefly meeting her).   Kind, Detail, Oriented Planner who Strives to do the Best!

  Rachel was the best coordinator we could have hoped for. We hired her for day of coordination and she went above and beyond. From meeting with us monthly to make sure all our details were covered to the actual day she was nothing but professional and kind in understanding our needs for our wedding day. My friends and family noticed how valuable Rachel was to making our wedding day incredible and I highly highly recommend Rachel to anyone getting married in the future.

  After our original photographer had to unexpectedly decline, and our wedding just a few months away, Cose Bella got right to work. Within just a couple days we received multiple recommendations of exceptionally qualified photographers that were all available on our date. After contacting them all and weighing our options we made a decision we are very happy with. Thanks Cose Bella for turning what started as a crisis into an enjoyable experience!

  We cannot say enough about how amazing Rachel was when it came to planning our day and on the big day itself. She was organized, professional, kind, and completely eliminated all of our stress. I would have paid thousands more than we paid for the service we received. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She is so personable and we will miss meeting with her. We love her so much!

  Working with Rachel as our Day or Coordinator was perfect. She was there for anything that Jimmy and I needed without being over bearing. She reached out to all the other vendors and made sure everything went smooth. Rachel was the perfect balance to my Type A Project Manager style and let me run what I needed to but also took the reins when I needed her to. Rachel really went above and beyond for us and I can’t recommend her enough!
