  Last minute elopement!!

  My husband and I decided 5 days before leaving for Costa Rica that we wanted to elope, we were nervous about the process but Costa Rica Paradise Wedding made it SO easy! We filled out some paperwork, emailed our passports, picked out our flowers, and that was it!! Our day was beautiful and CRPW made it so special for us!! I would 100% recommend this to anyone!! Our entire package with our photographer, videographer, wedding planner, paper work, officiant, and flowers ran us around $3500. The best part was I didn’t have to do anything!!! Our photographer was CRPW brother, look for him on IG @papayawedding.

  Everything was great and we really recommend Catherine as wedding planner. She is a good person for help to everybody, from regular type weddings to backpackers like we were at this time.

  Catherine is an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, I can't recommend her enough! It felt like we were planning for so long before our arrival, and there is always some concern that something might go wrong but I can honestly say, everything was 100% perfect and went off better than we could have expected. She was clear, thorough, unobtrusive and just fantastic. Would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a worry free Costa Rica wedding!

  Catherine is the absolute best! No matter what size your wedding is big or small she is the right person for you! Catherine truly cares and it shows in her work. We had a destination wedding in Manuel Antonio, size of 64 people. We hired Costa Rica Paradise Wedding and I'm so thankful we did! Catherine was very responsive (which as a new bride, is so refreshing!) helpful, professional and pleasant. It was like having a friend there making sure every detail you want happens seamlessly! She was worth every $. I spoke with several wedding planners in Costa Rica and I found Catherine to be the most courteous and flexible. She put a package together to meet our needs and budget and then provided us excellent service from then on. From one bride to another, Catherine is the best decision hands down!

  Catherine created the wedding of my dreams! She helped navigate barriers associated with destination wedding and made sure everything sailed smoothly. The vendors we went with were all marvelous. From hair and makeup, photography, cake, flowers... everything was beautiful and within our budget.

  Cody and I can not say enough about Catherine and her team at Costa Rica Paradise Wedding. When I said that Cody and I were non-traditional, Cath didn't bat an eyelash. When she suggested food trucks I knew that she got us and we were in good hands from the beginning. We wanted every color, unicorns, the Jurassic Park theme song as our processional, and she made us feel like we were normal. Everything was perfect and she went above and beyond. There were venue changes, budget cutbacks, and odd requests but in the end she delivered a magical day for us and our guests. Everyone thought the execution of our vision was fun and whimsical yet classy. We had an amazing time. I wouldn't be surprised if she was responsible for the gorgeous weather - she's that good. If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional, and fun wedding planner that will not pressure you into a cookie cutter wedding out of a pre-planned catalog - Cath is your gal!! We loved every aspect and we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Costa Rica Paradise Weddings. If you are engaged and reading this review (congrats!), you will not go wrong by hiring this team of awesome people. Thank you to the moon and back!

  We are absolutely thrilled with how Costa Rica Paradise Weddings handled our wedding. Being from New York, we didn't fly down to Costa Rica to discuss our wedding plans or finalize details. ALL communication was done online. We even live streamed with the our planner - Catherine - and the flower person as they decorated tables for us. This allowed us to select place settings and flower arrangements from the comfort of our own home. It was really amazing.
  
  Then, on the day of the wedding, it was incredible. Not only did she remove any pressure from our side. Catherine took care of everything and allowed us to just enjoy the day.
  
  Regarding the look of the wedding, it was beyond what we thought we were getting. Everything was incredibly beautiful.

  Costa Rica Paradise Weddings is Costa Rica's best kept secret! I was tempted to spend a LOT of money with some of these American coordinators who do work in CR but read a lot of great reviews on this company and decided to choose them.
  
  In the beginning I worked with the company's owner, Sylvia, and closer to the event date I worked with Haslene. Both were amazing and were very familiar with American wedding traditions. They also spoke perfect English! They were so dedicated to fulfilling my wedding dreams which helped me relax and enjoy this process.
  
  I had the most BEAUTIFUL wedding thanks to Haslene. She made everything work within my budget - I got so much bang for my buck. She also worked closely with our venue (The Alta Hotel) which gave me the time to focus on other parts of the wedding planning process.

I was so impressed by how perfect the flowers looked based on just a few photos that I had provided Catherine. Catherine's pricing was much more reasonable than every other planner I had contacted in the area.
