Landfall made our wedding planning experience so easy! Chelsea was amazing with getting back to us quickly, answering all of our questions, and letting us tour the venue as many times as we wanted. We had many guests comment on how amazing the food was and how polite the wait staff was. The pricing was reasonable and we asked for several special requests that were completed without question. The ballroom was beautiful and needed very little additional decoration. We didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day, Chelsea and the staff took care of it all!

With four weeks until the big day, our previous venue was damaged by Hurricane Florence. Panicked, we called Landfall. Chelsea Nelson promptly contacted us and had a solution. She was very attentive and took care of all the details. They provided a beautiful venue with amazing staff and delicious food. Our day was flawless, fun and provided us with an amazing wedding. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend this venue.

We absolutely LOVED getting married at the Country Club of Landfall! It has been my dream to get married here since I was a little girl, and you all helped make our dreams come true!! You helped us from the beginning with suggestions of amazing vendors and ideas, all the way to making sure everything was in the perfect place on our special day. Special shout-out to Megan, our coordinator at Landfall who went so far above and beyond to make our day extra special! Our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful and fun the wedding was. Thank you all so much!!!!

This is an amazing place to have your wedding! The food is great and Megan did an amazing job with our reception! I wouldn’t have done it another way!

The entire team were wonderful to work with. We were from out of town and they made the whole process delightful. We had our daughters wedding reception at Counrty Club of Landfall and i would recommend them to anyone. Chelsea Nelson was our co ordinator and she was delightful and put us at ease. The best thing for me as the mother of the bride was I thouroughly enjoyed the reception because of Chelsea and the team - thank you again Chelsea

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening for our wedding at Country Club of Landfall! Working with Megan and Tianna was such a breeze, and they were so organized with executing all of the plans that we had for the room layout and decor, flow of the event, and overall vibe. Everything was provided at the club - drinks, food, tables, chairs, rentals, etc., so it was so nice not having to worry about when things would be dropped off and how they would be set up. All of the staff at Country Club of Landfall also made working with our other vendors so smooth. The best part was hearing from all of our guests the next morning about how great they thought the service was. We felt as if we were waited on hand and foot, and the service that the Landfall staff provided, along with how beautiful the grounds and facility are, really made our night perfect and worry free!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Country Club of Landfall. From the very beginning, we were SO impressed by the beauty of the venue, the quality of their services and all they provide, and the value of the venue for the price (especially compared to other venues we considered in the Wilmington area). Megan, the events director, is so organized, professional, and easy to communicate with. She made planning our reception a breeze and worked easily with all of our other vendors. In addition, she is warm, kind, and friendly; just the kind of person you want in your corner during the wedding planning process! :) Everything went so smoothly on the day-of the wedding, and my wedding guests are still raving about the delicious food, quality of the service, and the overall venue. CCL went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Landfall enough! If you're looking for a beautiful venue space with delicious food and amazing staff, choose Landfall. I can't even count the number of people who complimented the venue space the night of our wedding. The location is beautiful, as we were able to use the outdoor patio space for our cocktail hour, and the ballroom for dinner/dancing. Megan was so helpful throughout the entire process, making sure to go over every detail of our special day. Also, the day of the wedding, the Landfall staff was so sweet (they brought us glasses of water during pictures on the back lawn, and saved a small plate of hors d'oeuvres for my husband and I so we could try them!). You definitely get what you pay for, it's worth every penny!

We were so pleased with our daughter's wedding at Landfall. The day went perfectly under the watchful eyes of Megan and Tianna. Stephanie made the experience of planning the wedding stress-free. She came up with suggestions that enhanced the day. This venue is a perfect location for a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I was hesitant to serve beef for an entrée as I had never had a perfectly done one at a catered affair. However, the tenderloin was done to perfection and all the guests raved about all the food. The appetizers were very well presented and the sweets table was a big hit! I have to thank the staff at Landfall for the extra care they gave to all of guests. A server noticed that one of our relatives was having some difficulty during dinner and she was right there to provide assistance. Most important of all is that Erika and Brad had a wedding with many beautiful memories.

Our ceremony and reception at Landfall was an absolute dream. Stephanie and her team were amazing and I can't say enough good things about them. They were extremely responsive, so helpful, and never said "no" to anything. We got ready at the club and the set up was perfect. The food was fantastic and all the staff was on top of their game. I wish I could do it all over again. Thank you to Stephanie and everyone who made our day so perfect!!

We had our wedding reception at Landfall and it was simply perfect. Our guests all raved about the food, the ambiance and space, service... everything! We worked with Stephanie and I really cannot recommend her enough. She was so organized, creative, and excited about the whole event. She really helped take it to the next level, while also making my life with planning so much easier and less stressful! We changed our minds a few times about the food and she never complained - on the contrary, she helped create the most memorable, unique, fun, delicious tapas dinner ever! The space was incredible too, it literally took my breath away when she gave us a sneak peak to the "big reveal" of the ballroom. On the day of our reception, the entire staff made us feel so special. The service all night was top notch. Thank you so much to Stephanie and everyone at the Country Club of Landfall for making our dream wedding a reality that we will remember forever.

We had our dream wedding at CCL. We worked with Megan Foltz, Private Events Manager, to plan our event. Megan was absolutely wonderful and we cannot recommend her enough! We live out of state so much of the planning was done through emails and phone calls. Megan was always super responsive and I fully trusted her advice and opinion when it came to the planning. We also worked together multiple times in person when I would come visit. She is so good at what she does and covers every small detail imaginable!

The venue itself is gorgeous. We had the wedding on the back lawn and then the reception in the ballroom. It was perfect and the pictures turned out amazing. There is a lot of space to utilize for weddings of any size and the outdoor space is great as well. The clubhouse is the perfect classic, formal, southern venue to host a beautiful wedding.

The staff at CCL is absolutely amazing. They were all so great and really spoiled us. They asked what my husband and I preferred to drink and our glasses were never empty. We worked with Michael at the club for our event lighting and he was amazing. I highly recommend utilizing his services if you work with CCL. He did beautiful pin lighting on our cake and up lighting that changed color on the walls. It really added a nice ambiance to the reception. All of the staff and managers were just amazing and we were thrilled with the way the evening went. They really thought of everything so we didn't have to.

Lastly, the food was amazing. We did passed and stationary appetizers which were just amazing. The staff found my husband and I and brought us our own sampler platter so we could actually eat. That was a super nice touch because if it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't of even tasted the appetizers between photos and greeting guests. We received so many compliments on the food - it was truly delicious!!

Working with Joan was one of the best experiences of my wedding planning. She was so helpful and made everything so effortless! She and the staff at CCL made my wedding reception run smoothly and they were able to accommodate my requests to tailor my reception to my random ideas. Our brunch buffet was superb! The Dye Clubhouse was warm and inviting. My hot chocolate bar was a hit! It was the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had! All of our guests loved it. It was a beautiful location and Joan even helped me come down from a panic attack I had the morning of the wedding, giving me an alternate location to get ready when my initial location didn't work out. The staff brought drinks and snacks to my hair and makeup artists and everyone who was getting ready with me. I felt special that day, but even more so because of the hospitality and attention to detail from Joan and the staff. With one chance to get it right, my husband and I could not have asked for a better reception.

Everyone at Landfall was great to work with. We had a destination wedding in Wilmington, so finding a venue that could host the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was important to us. Landfall had the spaces to make it happen. The covered every detail on site. It was incredibly easy to make choices about food, rentals and the cake. All of the food was delicious. Our family and friends were impressed not only with the quality of the food, but the professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone felt welcoming and ready to help, which went noticed by all of our quests. Landfall worked seamlessly with our florist, who traveled from out of town, to store and set up all of the flowers. Everything was perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I cannot begin to explain how thrilled I was with my experience at the Country Club of Landfall for my wedding reception this year. I worked with Joanie from the beginning and really, truly don't know what I would have done without her! She was on top of EVERYTHING and thought of the little details that I wasn't thinking of. She was always available for any questions and for my constant emails making sure everything was okay! When the day rolled around, I had no concerns whatsoever about how things would turn out, because I knew that she had worked so hard leading up to that day and wanted the day to be perfect just as I did. I arrived and just as I expected, everything was perfect. Even when I made a mistake and had to fix it at the last second, she was there to fix it without it becoming an issue! I always felt welcome when at the Country Club of Landfall and felt as though my feelings were always priority. I am so happy that we chose to have our reception here because I was able to go through the day without the added stress of wondering if everything would turn out how I wanted it. THANKS to them!!! :)

I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful venue to have our wedding. From the very beginning, my husband and I were sold on the family-oriented event staff and the willingness to make just about any request work. For us, it was about the people we worked with and Landfall assured us that there would never be a glass that was empty or a plate not available or a person lost in the grandeur of the country club. They did just that. Joanie truly made my day magical by having everything at my fingertips. Whether it was her smiling face or the complimentary wine bar my dressing room, she made it work and made me feel as though everything was under control - from engagement to wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or staff to work with.

Joan DeSantis the event coordinator for the club went above and beyond. It was a very large and detailed event and she couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating! I worked with her for a year and I can honestly say she worked liked it was her own wedding. Details, details, it's all about the details and she gets it!

We had the best experience with Landfall for our wedding day. The venue was beautiful, the staff was so helpful and professional, every detail ran smoothly without a glitch and our guests had a fantastic time. We utilized many different areas of the clubhouse, which was so nice for our guests. They had cocktails on the porch, dinner in the dining room, drinks in the bar and dancing in the grill room! In addition to the amazing staff, the thing that I was most pleased with was the food! Everything was so innovative, creative and delicious. As a family of foodies, they exceeded our expectations with appetizers, main courses and signature drinks that were out of this world. From start to finish, our experience was top notch!

I'm not quite sure to how to even begin to say thank you and describe how much we loved having our wedding at Country Club of Landfall. It was perfect. We looked at tons of wedding venues in North Carolina, all over the state, but none of them wowed us. We toured Landfall, and that was it. We booked them that week. The grounds are incredible, the ballroom is gorgeous, and the staff, well they are out of this world. Joanie and Erin handled EVERYTHING, and I mean everything. There was not one concern we had going into the day. Hurricane Sandy came rolling in the day of our wedding and our beautiful lawn ceremony was ruined. I would have freaked out, but Erin was so sweet and promised to make it as beautiful as possible. When I walked into the ceremony space indoors at the clubhouse I was so estatic, the club along with our other vendors did an amazing job. It was gorgeous, for the situation. Landfall just goes over the top with helping. Constant emails with them, and they were always quick to respond. The food is just amazing, their chef is great! We were able to make changes we wanted and everyone raved about the food. CCL also did our cake. The pastry chef was awesome. We gave him a photo and our vision came to life. And was really delicious!! Everything was just perfect, I would do it all over again with them in a heartbeat. I am so sad its over! But thank you, to the entire CCL staff and especially Joanie and Erin for making our wedding day the most magical day of our lives!

Great food! Great Service! simply wonderful!

Overall we could not have been happier with our wedding held at CC Landfall! The set up was beatiful and the food was by far the most amazing wedding food we've ever had. The chef Bobby Zimmerman was quick to create a menu made just for us and he was very accomodating in tailoring it to the likes and dislikes of our family and friends! My parents are still raving about the quality of the experience including the service of the day and the evening's events. If there is one complaint it would have to be that my contact at the club and I had trouble getting on the same page sometimes regarding planning. This was likely due to Landfall making some staff changes about 6 mos. into our planning, but overall the experience was nice. Thankfully Landfall had a great relationship with my florist, Design Perfections, so the day was perfect!

Landfall Country Club is beautiful, elegant, and a perfect fit, for those like me, that wanted to have their ceremony and reception in one place. The staff worked well with my other vendors and made certain I was always at ease. Also, if you have your wedding here they provide the catering services. After having a taste testing I was able to choose all of the food for the wedding. The food was absolutely incredible! The site and catering services were absolutely wonderful!

The staff there was very professional and made some great suggestions to help us if we were stuck on anything. The pricing was reasonable for the quality that we received. They gave us time to get in there and get everything ready and they helped us as much as they could. I would definately reccommend them!

My reception was beautifully done. I only had a few problems with this venue. 1. they didn't really have a place for the wedding party to go when we got there. Before our grand entrance the guests had cocktails on the back porch just off the greens while the wedding party had their own little thing, but we were in the offices of those who worked there. It would have been nice to have a place to sit and wind down for a bit that didn't feel so shoved in the corner. 2. We had some last minute no shows and we asked them to box up their food and we would take it. When asked for the food they said there wasn't any. I wasn't going to press the subject, but it did make me a little mad when we are paying for the food and no one ate it.
Other then that everything looked and tasted lovely.
