  So thankful for this team!

  This review is a little late…7 months or so, but I’m still so thankful for Shari and her wonderful team! When we first met Shari we were 4 months out from our original wedding date at a beachfront home not usually used for events. We desperately needed help!She said no problem, we can make it happen and put us instantly at ease. Unfortunately, that original wedding day was day was in September 2021. A week before the wedding Hawaii shutdown all events and we were forced to cancel. Shari offered us a couple of options and we ended up rescheduling our wedding for March 2022. Thankfully the majority of our friends and family were able to accommodate and Shari was able to find a date that all of our vendors were available.
  
  Day of the wedding was just as smooth as the rest of our interactions with Couture Wedding Hawaii. We had the party we wanted that our friends and family still talk about. Apparently there were some day of hiccups happen (ex. fire alarms going off) but we didn’t find out about them until the next day.
  
  If you want a compassionate, fun and talented coordinator, book this team!

  Where do I even start? My husband & I are from NY & a sorority sister of mine used Shari for her own destination wedding. From the very first meeting we instantly clicked! Truth be told I did not have a true vision for my wedding (awful bride I know!), I initially booked Shari for "day of co-ordination"... fast forward a couple months & I realized that planning a wedding from 5,000 miles away was basically a part time job for me. I frantically contacted Shari &asked if she can help reign in all the questions/ worries I had, and in a heart beat she stepped up to the challenge. I call her my Wedding Fairy God Mother, because she literally saved my wedding! She took a bride who did not have a true vision & somehow produced the most amazing wedding ever! Even a month later, my guests are all still talking about how every detail was amazing. What other co-ordinator will let you ship multiple packages to her, as well as lend you the most beautiful table numbers when the ones you have were just not up to par with the beauty of the rest of the reception?All my guests, & family also adored her the moment they met her. She responds to texts/ emails/ phone calls punctually & worked with not only the time difference between Hawaii & NY but the fact that I work over night. She's worked with so many vendors in Hawaii & can recommend the best people to work with, from hair & makeup, linen, DJs, & flowers. Also our religion is very strict on certain things, & she was so professional, & always made sure that everything was done to show respect. She's so in tuned with giving the bride "that perfect" day, & never did I feel pressured or stressed my wedding day. Everyone always says that the wedding day never does perfectly, & I kept waiting for SOMETHING to happen, but nothing ever did!! Everything happened so seamlessly. With her at the helm, my husband & I were able to truly enjoy the day completely. She is worth her weight in GOLD!!! Love you Shari!

  Couture Weddings Hawaii is worth every cent! I can't emphasize how important it was to have someone trustworthy and experienced to handle my wedding day. On our wedding day I could enjoy every minute because I knew everything was going to be taken care of. Love couture weddings Hawaii!!!

  We worked with Couture Weddings Hawaii for our destination wedding in Oahu and we couldn't have done it without Shari and her team!
  My husband and I hired Shari as our full time coordinator. Right from our first Skype meeting we could tell that she is very professional, devoted, and most importantly experienced. It was apparent that she wanted to get to know us as a couple , and from there would be able to better help us plan a wedding that showcased both our personalities and our relationship together. We quickly knew that we were going to be in great hands!
  My husband and I are from New York and despite the 6hr time difference, communication was never an issue! She was available via FaceTime, Skype, phone and text! When we couldn’t make a decision about something, she was always ready to give us her insight which helped make everything smooth and easy. She was very professional in all our encounters, but kept things fun. I admit that wedding planning was at times stressful, but Shari had her ways to make my husband and I feel comfortable and put our minds at ease.
  When our wedding day finally came, it was absolutely perfect! My husband and I were amazed to see all our ideas that we had spent so many months planning, all come together. Everything looked great, our vendors were awesome and the ceremony and reception ran smoothly! My parents and all our guests kept telling my husband and I how great Shari and her team were with how on point they were throughout the night.
  Shari’s help and suggestions were not just limited to our wedding. She is so thoughtful and caring that she made sure we were well taken care of whenever we visited the islands! Her recommendations of what to do and where to eat made our visits to the island fun and helped keep our bellies full and happy!
  Planning a wedding, especially a destination wedding, can be stressful but if you are in search for a wedding planner than look no further!

  When we started looking for a coordinator for our wedding, we were looking for someone who is accessible, honest, and detail oriented. We weren't planning on visiting Hawaii before our wedding, so in order to organize a sizable wedding, we needed someone on the ground who we could trust to be our eyes and ears. From our first Skype meeting, we saw how genuine Shari is and her no-nonsense, straight answers to our questions helped us decide to work with her. And we couldn't have made a better decision! She was responsive and easily accessible throughout the wedding process. She diligently and meticulously organized to-do lists so that we'd not miss anything and kept us on track. We know from experience, that when you plan a big event, things can go wrong and fixing things at the last minute can be very stressful. However, this wedding went so smoothly that even when things did happen unexpectedly, Shari fixed them so quickly and seamlessly that we didn't even notice that something had gone wrong (until Shari told us about the 'behind the scenes drama' the next day and we all laughed about it). This is why you have professionals... really. Our family and friends also commented how attentive and gracious she was during the wedding and we feel very lucky to have met her and grateful that she helped us plan our wedding from a 1000+ miles away.

  Shari was easy to work with from beginning to end. She worked with our vendors and helped us planned our wedding and it turned out to be such a beautiful day!!! She had everything in control on the day of the wedding and at the end of the day when we returned to our hotel room, they cleaned and decorated our room with our flowers and engagement pictures! It felt like we were on our honeymoon already!!! We enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to any of our family and friends. Thanks Shari!!

  Shari is professional, friendly, and efficient. She listens to what you want and tries her best to make it happen for you! She understands our vision and makes great recommendations to fulfill it! She is accommodating and cares about her couples to make sure they are comfortable and satisfied with everything.

  Perfect wedding!

  Shari and Phuong were absolutely amazing for our wedding day! It went so smoothly without a single hiccup. I can't even think of a single problem we encountered (or at least that I was aware of haha). It was as flawless as could be! Despite us being in Oregon and her in Hawaii, planning our wedding was still so easy. Much love to Shari and her team.
