  THE BEST Prime Rib catered dinner

  Delicious food

  If there was one thing my guest could not stop talking about it was the food provided by Cowboys BBQ. They still talk about it for weeks later about how much they loved the brisket in twice baked mashed potatoes. There was plenty of food and the flavor was outstanding.

  Food was absolutely Delicious! Delivery and Set Up was on time and still Hot! So What Do I Recommend??? The teriyaki chicken, pulled pork, oven baked mac n cheese, green beans and that DARN Sweet Fluffy Moist Cornbread was amazing. Banana Pudding was not too rich. It was Nice light desert. Someone said the Loaded Mashed Potatoes were to Die For!. We will definitely Order from Cowboyz Catering Again. Thanks Tommy, Traci, and Chris! You are an Awesome team!

  My wedding day happened to be on a home UF Gator game as well as a monsoon rainstorm ALL day long. Cowboyz pulled in with their rig and provided the best sit down BBQ dinner for our guests.
  
  We had the hardest time trying to decide on which menu items to go with and ended up with tons of food for guests to take home as well as future dinners for hubby and me.
  
  In searching for other vendors felt that our price was the average for the number of guests, 50, that we had. The brisket was flavored perfectly, fork tender and not too much smoke, the sliced pork was on average, the chicken breast was great, not too dry and also cooked up tender. The twice baked potatoes, awesome, the Mac n cheese, great, Baked beans were good and the green beans, a little too much garlic, but also good. I little disappointed that the sauces weren't delivered in containers so we could take some home and also the drinks that came in gallon jugs did not have lids and ended up being tossed at the end of the night.
  
  All in all the Dees made some great food! The food was hot, which is more than I can say for most wedding foods.

  I can not rave enough about Tommy and the wonderful staff at Cowboyz BBQ. We hired them for our November wedding and could not have asked for a better experience. We both were really looking forward to the food at our wedding after tasting some of Cowboyz food before hiring them. I am happy to say that we were not disappointed. The food was exactly as we remembered, and extremely delicious. The rates were beyond reasonable, and there was more than enough food for all of our guests. Tommy was very professional and reliable, not to mention accommodating. Cowboyz customized our menu perfectly to make sure we had all the food we wanted, even going beyond their menu to get biscuits as a special request. They setup and cleaned up just as expected, without any mess or fuss for us to worry about. Overall, they can not be beat if you are looking for amazing BBQ, amazing quality and amazing value. I would certainly use Cowboyz again in the future, and highly recommend them for any kind of event - You will not be disappointed! To the Cowboyz Team: Thank you so very much for the wonderful food and experience that you gave us on our special day, it was great!

  I had more guests than I could count tell me Cowboyz served them the BEST wedding food they've ever had. Tommy showed up hours early to cook the food on site so it was hot, fresh, and ready when dinner was to be served. He is very professional and accomodating. Amazing prices, highly recommend!
