  Simply the Best

  My (now) husband and I both work demanding jobs. We both wanted a fun party, but had little time and bandwidth to put into event planning. We needed more than a day of coordinator, but I was hesitant because I had no idea how much it would cost. I met with Sherri and her professionalism and transparency set me at ease. We reviewed what kind of support I needed, and discussed pricing at different levels of support. I wasn’t pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was.
  
  Throughout the process she let me know what I did (and did NOT) need to be focused on. We had access to lots of planning tools that broke planning into manageable chunks. The 2 weeks leading up the wedding were surprisingly low stress. Sherri took small decisions that I didn’t care about and ran with them, so I wasn’t dealing with so much decision fatigue.
  
  The wedding day went so smoothly, we were herded where we needed to go, and Sherri felt with all the vendors, set up, take down. We were able to just enjoy the party. Sherri and Jordan were always easy to find when we needed something throughout the night.
  
  Aside from the mashed potato bar for cocktail hour, hiring Creations By Collis was the BEST thing we did for our wedding.

  Absolutely Amazing

  Sherri and her crew were absolutely amazing to work with. She was there to answer any questions and work with me through the entire process. My wedding day was stress free because of her and I was able to enjoy it to the fullest. You can’t beat her professionalism and experience with weddings. I really don’t think I could have done it without her. I cannot recommend creations by Collis enough! 100/5 stars!

  Completely Amazing!

  Sherri and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process! Sherri is extremely knowledgeable and talented at what she does, and it showed on our wedding day. Sherri was very responsive whether it was a call, email, or text, and she was able to help walk us through every detail of our day (including all the little details I forgot about)!
  
  Sherri and her day of team were fantastic. Everything was set up/arranged just as we had discussed, the day ran SO SMOOTH, and my wedding party and guests raved at how helpful and responsive her team was. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, do it!

  Sherri went above and beyond making our wedding day a dream come true. She was always available for the many late night emails/calls. She made sure we had everything and that we were on track, she helped make our day about us and something we could enjoy! Her team Mike and Karen were amazing we did not have to lift a finger the day of and they made sure we didn’t know about anything that went wrong. They made our ideas come to life and it was amazing. We truly recommend Sherri and her team to help you have the wedding of your dreams and to help relieve some of the wedding stress!

  Sherri and her team are the best! She is the only planner I’d trust with my special events. Amazing!!

  We’ve hired Sherri and her team for 2 large weekend events over the past few years, most recently June 2023. I can’t say enough for their professionalism, dedication, great attitude, attention to detail and work ethic. Not only was it felt by us, it was also noticed by many guests as well. It’s been hard in the past for me to give control up to an event planner, but working with Sherri to plan our special weekend events has been amazing. She works hard to execute what was discussed, has fantastic vendor relationships, makes great suggestions and works well with the budget. Our past events included a variety of venues, types of food/drinks and entertainment; themes and settings ranged from casual to dressy. They even included setting up extra curricular activities for guests such as bourbon tasting, hiking, golf, spa and various games. She was super organized, very proactive and had her eye on everything to ensure things went smoothly on event days. She even had to jump in to handle a medical emergency situation one night and stayed with a guest until they were ok. She is the utmost professional and really cares about her clients and their guests. We are so thankful that we found Sherri and have been able to work together on our special events. Her and the team have become like family. We wouldn’t want to plan another event without them.

  Great experience!

She thought of so many details we otherwise would have overlooked, which made the weekend perfect for us and our guests. She also provided recommendations for vendors that were incredible to work with. Her wedding timeline made planning manageable and kept us on track. On the day of, her team made sure everything was beyond our expectations and allowed us to focus on spending the day with our families. We are so happy we worked with Sherri and her staff throughout the process & can't stress this enough!

  She held me up when I wanted to crash

  I honestly could not have done this without Sherri. I chose to plan my own wedding and use Creations by Collis as my day of coordinator. I so wish I had used her from the start. She settled my nerves on numerous occasions and even helped me to deal with some very rude and unprofessional vendors along the way. I always felt like she was there for my best interest. After my ceremony, we were doing pictures and I was not feeling well. She went and got me ice water at the venue and came back and sat and watched me (yes, I saw you, Sherri!). Once pictures were doe she went into the venue and had me wait outside on a bench. She came back with juice and a plate of the Hors d'Oeuvres my guests were eating. She didn't rush me to get in. She let me sit until I felt better. This is just one example of the many ways Sherri went above and beyond. My only suggestion to you, the bride or groom, is to use Sherri for the whole wedding. I know you won't be disappointed!

  Sherri and her team are above and beyond wonderful! They were extremely helpful in planning and visualizing our wedding day and thought of every detail. We could not say enough positive things about our experience and would definitely recommend them to any lucky couple!

  Working with Sherri and her team at Creations By Collis was one of the smartest decisions that we made! Sherri took the time to have zoom calls with us (we live 2.5 hours away otherwise she offered to have meetings in person!) to go over everything as wedding planning started over a year ago right up until the wedding. Working with them comes with a planning software that made everything I thought would stress me out, a breeze! Everything I needed was in one place and it made it so easy. The team really brought my vision to life and made our wedding the most magician day of our lives! You can’t go wrong with Sherri and her team, they are the sweetest humans and truly want to put on the best day for you, and man oh man do they NAIL IT!

  The Wedding Coordinator of our Dreams

  I cannot say enough amazing things about Sherri! Our venue, Birch Hill Farm, put us into contact with Sherri as our day-of coordinator. From our first meeting, Sherri made us feel like we were in excellent hands. She helped make sure we thought of every little detail to ensure the day went fabulously. We had several meetings in preparation for the wedding day, and she also uses an online wedding planning tool so we could continually collaborate. Being able to do the seating chart and meal planning on my computer felt effortless! On the day of the wedding, Sherri’s Team was absolutely amazing. They made sure details that we would've forgotten (like putting out the seating chart!) made it to the wedding. They coordinated with all the vendors and guided the timeline of the day with a gentle touch, so we felt like we could enjoy our wedding just as much as the guests. We are so thankful to have had Sherri - she took so much of the stress out of our wedding and allowed us to focus on having the best day ever! She is a very detail-oriented person and has a lot of experience in the industry, and she was able to provide indispensable advice along the way. I would highly recommend hiring Creations By Collis for any planning services.

  What a dream!

  Sherri and her crew made my wedding weekend SO PERFECT and stress free. Not only can you rent everything you might need (China, flower girl basket, decor) from Sherri’s company, but she really takes special care of every detail. I couldn’t have done it without her and her team. I will truly miss her! Hiring her was the best decision I could have made for my wedding.

  You need Sherri and her team for your wedding day!

  I never knew I needed a wedding coordinator until I had one and realized all the things I would have never thought of myself. Sherri and Karen were AMAZING, thoughtful and so helpful. Karen spent the day of our wedding doing final setup, adjustments and ensuring everything ran smoothly so myself and the bridal party could fully enjoy and be present for the day. She fit in perfectly and it felt like she was part of the family! I cannot praise Karen and Sherri enough. Even if you don’t think you need them, YOU DO!

  Sherri/Creations by Collis was recommended to us by our venue. As a busy physician in another state, I elected to hire Sherri with full services which was the best money I spent for this wedding. She was incredibly prompt with responses including my freak-out texts at 10pm when I would think of something I forgot. Often she responded immediately and had almost always already taken care of my concern. She was organized and supportive and her expertise helped me pull off a beautiful wedding. The rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Sherri. I would recommend her to anyone and plan on using her in the future for my daughter's weddings.

  Amazing wedding planners

  We used Creations by Collis for our wedding Oct. 2021 and words cannot express how truly grateful I am to have had these amazing women as my wedding planner. Sherri Collis and Karen Mussen were like my fairy godmothers.
  
  Our wedding was absolute perfection from start to finish and it would never have been possible with Sherri and Karen, they truly made it the most special and magical weekend of my life. They knew exactly what I was hoping for and exceeded my wildest expectations. They took control and there was not one minute where I felt stressed or worried because I knew I was in the best, most capable hands.
  
  I could go on and on about how amazing they were throughout the process and how wonderful Karen and her husband Mike were while onsite all weekend. Everything ran so smoothly, everyone had a blast, and that is all thanks to these amazing people who made this the most wonderful and memorable weekend of my life. I would 110% recommend Creations by Collis to any future brides!

They knew exactly what I was hoping for and exceeded my wildest expectations. They took control and there was not one minute where I felt stressed or worried because I knew I was in the best, most capable hands.
  
  I could go on and on about how amazing they were throughout the process and how wonderful Karen and her husband Mike were while onsite all weekend. Everything ran so smoothly, everyone had a blast, and that is all thanks to these amazing people who made this the most wonderful and memorable weekend of my life. I would 110% recommend Creations by Collis to any future brides!

  My Dream Wedding

  Sherri and her team are incredible! From the first conversation we had I knew I could trust Sherri to complete my vision! She is organized, quick to respond and truly makes you feel like the only bride she is working with. She was able to take my unorganized thoughts and my Pinterest boards and turn them into reality better than I could have ever imagined. She held my hand through the planning process when needed but also stepped aside when I wanted to take the lead, in other words she follows your lead while making sure you stay on track. The day of my wedding went seamlessly all thanks to Sherri and her team. She deserves all the credit in the world for making my dream wedding come to life. I'm sad it's over now I thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

  Sherri is the best!

  Sherri and her team were great to work with from the start. She is organized and did an amazing job setting up our wedding and making sure everything ran smoothly. She coordinated all of our vendors, and I truly did not have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. Best money we spent on our wedding was on Creations by Collis!

  Highly recommend Creations by Collis

  We worked with Creations by Collis for our wedding at Longlook Farm on July 9, 2022. Sherri is so knowledgeable and was completely invaluable when planning a wedding during Covid times and – in our case – from abroad. She was there every step of the way to recommend and coordinate vendors, provide rentals for drink dispensers and glasses etc., make suggestions for decorations, and just overall help to bring our vision to life. I also appreciated how she was always available to answer questions if we needed, but was also happy to step back and let us take the lead if we wanted. She is a great communicator and so organized; once I emailed her with a question about whether the venue had some obscure item we needed. She not only responded within 10min, but also told me exactly how many of that item there was at the venue, and where exactly they were located! Sherri and her team are very professional and the big day went perfectly thanks to them. We very much enjoyed working with Creations by Collis and couldn’t have done it without them!

  Sherri was an invaluable resource from the moment we selected our venue - she had money saving tips and tricks on every aspect of our planning process! And she provided reassurance when we were still trying to plan our wedding through the pandemic - Sherri is the best! And her team offered to record our wedding on zoom for us to allow our family who could not attend to be there virtually.

  Sister of the groom here. Sherri is a dream. She expertly coordinated a family event with many moving parts with exceptional cheer, professionalism, and efficiency. Sherri contributed wonderful ideas to our event and added just the right touches to make it feel like something that suited our family. Sherri even took the time to add custom labels to 50 handmade mugs that the sister of the groom made for the event, going even one step further and setting up a hot cider station with the mugs for people to pick from and keep for themselves. Perfect for a fall wedding. Sherri's ability to negotiate with vendors more than covered the cost of her services. I cannot recommend Sherri enough. Looking forward to working with her again soon.
