  Great food and service

  I would highly recommend Creative Catering by Carol to anyone. She catered a Celebration of Life event at my home. From the first contact, Carol was friendly and SO helpful not only with planning the menu, but with other questions that I had about organizing the event. The food was absolutely delicious. All of the guest raved about every item, especially the crab cakes! The presentation of all the food was beautiful and the servers were friendly and professional. Carol's support and advice throughout the planning and the day of the Celebration was a big factor in making the event a very special time for my friends and family. I look forward to having Carol cater another event for me in the future!

  What a great experience working with this caterer and her staff. Completely professional at all times and the food was outstanding. Our guest raved that is was the best wedding food they have ever had. We chose tenderloin with crab cake, green beans, mash potatoes and salad. Prices were so much more reasonable then others who wanted to charge us double for BBQ b/c it was a wedding.The staff was always around doing things but I never once notice they were there! It was an awesome experience and well worth the $ compared to other quotes from other caterers/restaurants. For the crab cakes and crab dip Carol went and got fresh meat from Crisfield the night before. Top Notch!

  Carol was very friendly and helpful from the first time we met until the actual event. Their friendly and smiling staff really put our guests at ease. I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future functions. The food was absolutely delicious, they used the freshest ingredients and provided the best quality and service. I would very highly recommend them, a truly outstanding company.

  Carol's cake was one of the most delicious cakes I've had AND beautiful. She had to coordinate with our florist which was done completely on their own. All three layers were different flavors, with the bottom being a 7 layer chocolate cake. To cut costs, Carol suggested using two sheet cakes- strawberry shortcakes-Delicious! The amount was perfect with some left over to serve people the next day. Carol was very easy to work with and had the best pre wedding tasting which she brought to our house!

  STAY AWAY! Great communication during planning process. Catering staff was late due to traffic - not a problem usually but, she had them bringing the uncooked hors d'oeuvres. I had ordered 4 hot passed hors d'oeuvres and a station of veggies, meats and cheeses. The station had no napkins, plates or utensils. Only the shrimp were cooked and passed, my crabcakes, spanakopita and stuffed mushrooms were never seen (not even on the dinner buffet!) My event was understaffed, water and wine never filled, staff serving food did not wear gloves and at one point twisted up melted cheese and put it on a guests plate. Plates and glasses were never cleared from the tables. My icecream bar was melted by the time i went to get some and at the end of the night the bartender tried to steal our alcohol. Good thing we didn't know any of this during the event b/c I would have lost it!
