    CeCe and Apollo are two of the most genuine people I have ever met. CeCe was there every step of the way from the beginnings of planning in November to the day of our wedding in June, and even after. They also had someone help my mother with and out-of-town guest dinner during the night of the rehearsal dinner. There were, of course, things that didn't go as planned along the way, but CeCe always took the stress off and made it work. When I walked in the ballroom for the reception, I was just blown away by how beautiful everything was!! The candy table was just amazing and so pretty! It was a hit and there wasn't anything left over! Thank you so much CeCe, Apollo and the Creative Encores team!!

    Creative Encores was beyond anything we expected. The staff was friendly, professional and beyond helpful. Cece was always calm, directive, and decisive. She understood our vision and she worked tirelessly to keep the everything running smoothly and to our liking. With so many last minute decisions and details, I do not know what we would have done without Cece. As the bride, she relieved me of all stress and made my comfort/happiness her priority. She made our wedding seamless/smooth/beautiful and a day I will never forget!

    I first met CeCe at a bridal show where I bought my gown. I won her services for a candy bar, which we used as our party favors and soon realized she did wedding planning. I thought it would be wise to also use her service for the 'day of' planning so that it was one more stress taken off everyone. My wedding was so much fun to put together but definitely stressful. She allowed the day of to go off without a hitch! She was so on top of things making sure everyone knew their places, rounding up missing groomsmen haha, and making sure the set up was beautiful. She was always very responsive whenever I had questions (prior to the event) or sent her an email responding that day or the next. She did her best to work with my budget, suggest creative ideas and even though we had some slight communication issues/ misunderstandings, she went above and beyond to make me feel like she had my best interests at heart. The day of, to help save on costs she willingly brought chairs from the ceremony to the reception so we didn't have to rent extras which went way beyond just good customer service for me, I felt valued. Everything was completely taken down (chairs, decorations, etc..) at the ceremony before we had even finished with family photos around the corner which was so nice to not have to worry about. At the reception she did a beautiful display with the candy bar which was a big hit! Sometimes its hard to anticipate all that goes into planning a wedding and the only thing I would do over is to definitely hire her planning services for more then just the day off. She was great!

    We hired Creative Encores to be our day of wedding planner. I could not have happier to have Cece and her crew help with our wedding! We did most of the planning ourselves but realized that we really needed someone to help coordinate the actual day, but Cece and her staff did so much more than that! I don’t know what I would have done without their help. The week of my wedding I got really sick, and by the day of the wedding I had lost my voice – it was the worst thing that happened. Thankfully, Cece went above and beyond making sure everything went according to plan and was such a professional that I didn't have to worry about a single thing! All the staff made sure I wasn’t bothered so I could rest my voice enough to say my vows. My husband and I had the perfect evening and I couldn’t have pictured getting through it without their help! Thank you, Cece!!! And, for all of you looking for a wedding planner, definitely go with Creative Encores, you won’t regret it!

    Cece is absolutely amazing! Initially, I interviewed her for her day-of coordinator services. Out of the three individuals I met, she outshined and impressed. Cece has many years of experience in events planning which she has gained many strong skills that are well-suited for the wedding industry. Immediately, you will recognize that she is extremely organized, creative and ultimately works for you, the bride. I did not have a clear vision for my wedding and she was able to tie up any loose ends, provide suggestions, or assist in any inconsistencies. Also, her prices are reasonable and the value is way more than what you pay for.

    Three days before the wedding, I was a frazzled, hot mess. I was disorganized, frantic and unfocused. Cece was able to keep me grounded and took control when I couldn't. She becomes the main point of contact for all your vendors, so that they will go directly to her on your wedding day. The day before the wedding at our rehearsal, Cece is there by your side taking notes and making sure everything goes smoothly. We had an incident where some candles had melted but she made sure I had nothing to worry and got extra candles on the wedding day.

    On the big day, Cece made the entire place look like a dream! She is very visual and using pictures I texted her she was able to make everything look better than I had envisioned. She made sure I was happy and stayed calm, corrected any minor details, and dealt with any mishaps. As a bride you have nothing to worry about and can fully put your trust into Cece.

    I highly recommend her!

    Cece and Apollo were awesome for my heavenly themed wedding. They gave us and our guests everything we asked for and more. They ran back and forth getting the groom and I things we needed, whether big or very tiny. They paid attention to detail and followed all the décor instructions I labeled for them and made sure to return each thing, especially all of the most meaningful ones, all in one piece. We had a lot of décor so we were very appreciative to have it all returned. Words cannot describe how cool this duo was.

    I had initially thought I didn't need a planner, but after getting into the planning I realized that planning along with full-time and out-of-town school commitments was going to be overwhelming. Cece came to the rescue and did an amazing job. She was present and responded so quickly whenever I had questions, needed suggestions, or had any concerns. She was there every step of the way - at a price point that fit well within my budget and way more affordable than most wedding planners.

    On the day of the wedding, Cece was there with her assistants from start to finish. This made the day seamless, and stress-free. They setup BOTH venues (separate ceremony & reception), and did all the tear down. I didn't have to worry about anything and all of my family was able to relax and enjoy the day. The team's expertise, presentation, and professionalism made the day go perfectly. They even agreed to pick up and bring my cake, which turned out to have errors from the store. They resolved all the issues and I never even knew there was a problem until WAY after the fact... they saved me so much stress and headache - I know that without Creative Encores & Cece, my day wouldn't have gone as perfectly as it did. That is a priceless feeling for an inexpensive fee.

    CeCe and her crew are beyond amazing!!! She took care of everything and my day was great. CeCe was able to take all my decor and make my vision come to life. Not only that but my wedding and reception was in the same room and CeCe and her team pulled off am amazing turn over in no time. I would use her again and recommend her to any of my closest friends and family. Totally worth every penny and she made my day so easy and stress free. CeCe and her team are a must have for and amazing stress free event.

    I hired CeCe as a day-of coordinator for my outdoor backyard wedding. We only had one hour a few days before the wedding to relate to her everything we wanted done, and although she did her best, I would really recommend paying for more planning time if you're expecting your coordinator to get all the details right. CeCe herself came across as very professional, but her crew she brings with her (wearing "Creative Encore" polo shirts) seemed less prepared. Our table numbers ended up getting mixed up, and someone used black plastic trash bags to tie down the cocktail tables' tablecloths -- it looked really tacky, and we were so bummed that our parents ended up sitting at the back of the venue. There were also quite a few things (decorations) that never made it out to the backyard -- likely my fault for not spending enough prep time with CeCe. Her prices beat others, though, and she is enthusiastic. I would recommend spending at least two meetings with her before the big day to make sure everything works out smoothly!

    Thanks so much for the feedback, I am sorry you felt our team was not up to par however, because it was an outdoor wedding and it was raining and very windy we still tried our best to go above and beyond and even stayed 2 hours after our contracted time to ensure everything went according to plan (at no additional charge). The catering company used the trash bags because the linen kept bowling off the cocktail tables. We also placed all decor out however some decor was only used for the uncovered cocktail hour which got rained out so we moved them back inside. Since you was an out of town couple we had a limited schedule to meet and discuss your planning options. In the end, thanks for allowing us to be apart of your special day.
