Creme de la Chic was the glue that held our wedding together. I'll explain exactly why.
Victoria is incredible, and I really don't know how she does it, but she is able to manage every single other vendor well. She was able to get all of them on the same page and marching to the beat of the same drum.
During planning, when my husband and I would run into any trouble, we knew the first step to the solution was sending Victoria an e-mail. She was putting out fires left, right, and center in the months leading up to our ceremony.
Victoria is also a fighter. The day of the wedding, another one of our vendors was trying to tell us they wouldn't be able to supply a dance floor. She did not conform, and was fighting literally up until the ceremony. Safe to say, we got our dance floor.
This fighting spirit extends to every area of her business. Things run smooth with her at the helm, and you can trust that your wedding will go according to schedule when she's behind it.
She is also honest with your expectations to make sure you are in the loop of what is and what is not possible. There was a video my husband and I wanted to show at our wedding, but due to the venue, there was a chance we would not be able to show it.
Although she was straightforward with us to manage our expectations, she did not give in and we were able to show that video which everyone loved!
On top of all that, she is very affordable for everything she does. We got our centerpieces, all of our flowers, decor, chairs, her planning services, and her running the show the day of our wedding all for one price. For the value she provides, she is worth every penny. -

Jhenielle Sent on 08/08/2015I used Victoria’s services for my day of coordinator, florist, and decorator. She was an absolutely dream with which to work. As a Type A, right-brained person who is just as opinionated as I am creative, I am probably the type of bride that doesn’t leave a lot of room for error. I have been planning my wedding since 2014, so I selected (or created) every detail of the wedding. I had a vision for what I wanted it to look like, but I also did not want the stress of having to pull it all together the week and day of the wedding. Victoria was the perfect person for my personality and expectations. She did not miss a beat the entire day. She diligently steamed my wedding dress as well as all 10 of my bridesmaids’ dresses. I was not feeling well the morning of my wedding, and she made sure that I had plenty of ginger ale and stomach medicine. Throughout the day and the wedding, she made sure everything was on schedule and flowing as it should be. One thing that I would like to note because I really appreciated it is that she has mastered the art of being organized, straightforward and vocal without being rude. She made sure everyone was always doing what they were supposed to be doing, but she was never mean or offensive. She has a great, calming personality. Also, she recommended some really great décor vendors that offered me some pretty amazing pricing for my budget. In terms of the actual décor, everything looked remarkable. The floral arrangements were all beautiful and the ceremony and reception spaces looked like something from a magazine. Victoria was the perfect vendor for every service she provided. I would highly recommend her for all three! -

Even thought it rained the entire day, Victoria's team made sure everyone and everything was in place for our wedding day. They went above and beyond, and even called tow trucks to be on stand by in case people got stuck (which they did). We couldn't have asked for a better team and are so grateful for the time and love Victoria put into making our day special. Thank you Victoria! -
User1155807 Sent on 05/07/2013Victoria, Lauren, Bethany and Gigi are amazing. I used Creme de le Chic for wedding planning, floral and decor. From initial meeting to the day of, everything was above and beyond professional. Victoria really listened to what I was looking for as far as the vision for my wedding and she was there to offer advice along the way, which was great. The day of the wedding went so smoothly that if anything was wrong, I definitely didn't know about it. They followed up with all my vendors and made sure we went through everything so there were no surprises right before the wedding. They made my life so much less stressful. Love the girls at Creme! -

Kristin Sent on 08/19/2012Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and none of it would have been possible without Victoria and her staff at Crème de la Chic.
I was in an accelerated nursing program while planning my wedding. For the entire 9 months between our engagement and wedding, I only had 4 weeks of breaks to plan. I would consider myself very Type-A. I like to be in control of things and know what's going on. Even when my fiancé tried to help with things, I always wanted to check what he was doing. Once I contacted Victoria, she took care of everything. She coordinated with my vendors, asked questions that I wouldn't have thought to ask, worked out details I would have forgotten, and most of all, she always made sure that I was as relaxed as possible. Crème de la Chic took care of all the flower arrangements for the bridal party, ceremony and reception and all of the linens. After Victoria took over most of the details, I felt extremely relaxed. I didn't feel like I constantly had to be in control of the details. I had seen her previous work, and it certainly speaks for itself.
On my wedding day, I wouldn't have been able to find anything without Victoria. She had everything organized and exactly where it needed to be when it needed to be there. If we needed anything, she was there to make sure it happened.
I honestly can't imagine what my wedding day would have been without Crème de la Chic. The flowers were absolutely AMAZING, and the details for the centerpieces were beautiful. Every detail was impeccable, down to the lace that was hand dyed and used as table runners. We had several requests for the seating chart and guest book, and they were fulfilled beyond what I could have dreamed. Laura hand drew the "guest book" (a tree where guests left their thumb prints as leaves), and we will frame it and cherish it for years to come.
I cannot recommend Crème de la Chic enough. They will work within your budget to create the experience you want! -

Falon Sent on 08/29/2012Victoria Brown and her team at Creme de le Chic were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! I could not have planned such a beautiful, smooth and special wedding day without them. They were so sweet, fun and easy to work with. I had planned many events in the past so I thought I was going to be fine without any help. I could not have been more thankful when I found Creme de le Chic. They thought of things and put things together that had never crossed my mind and I was so thankful. They did my flowers and decorations for the ceremony and reception and I was in complete awe when I walked into each room. They made the venue look so beautiful, it took my breath away. They helped me find the best vendors that made our day so great. They made the day run so smooth and they took care of all the details, big and small. My husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the best day of our lives, thanks to Creme de le Chic! I would definitely recommend them to any bride! -

Stephanie Sent on 06/29/2013I hired Vicki and her staff for day of coordination after a recommendation from our photographer, and we couldn't have been more pleased!!! She is a great value and I couldnt have asked for a better planner. She was able to coordinate all of the moving pieces seamlessly, to where i felt like I could relax the day of (and somewhat before) the wedding. This was by far some of the best money spent. Ladies, you will not regret hiring Victoria and her amazing team!!
