Amazing location for a wedding reception. We could not have had a better experience! Thanks CRW!

From the first time I stepped foot in CRW I knew I wanted to have my wedding there ( I wasn't quite yet engaged)! After my husband and I did get engaged and reserved CRW, the event coordinator, Chlesey, has been nothing but helpful. I could email questions and she was fast to respond, she was very helpful with setting up all the details and making sure I had everything lined up for our big day. When our wedding day arrived, all of the staff were more than helpful, very organized & made our day perfect!! When I arrived in the morning the day of the wedding the Great Hall was already all set up for us! The CRW is very organized and knows what they are doing to ensure your wedding day is grand! We had an outdoor ceremony and about a half hour before the ceremony was to start, storm clouds rolled in. The staff, including Chelsey, made sure all our guests were seated in their seats and that we started on time! Good thing, because about 5 minutes after our ceremony ended, it poured!!

We heard from many of our guests at the reception and since how fantastic and beautiful they thought the Winery was. The Great Hall is very spacious - we had about 175 guests and the tables weren't on top of one another. You could easily move between them to talk to other guests. The dance floor is very large and accommodates a large group of people dancing!

At first, we thought the price was pretty steep but considering what it all includes it is very reasonable. I have nothing but good (no great) things to say about Crow River Winery and their staff!!! I will forever remember my wedding ceremony and reception here!!! I highly suggest to consider them but do it fast as it is a very popular place!!!!

My husband and I first visited Crow River Winery (CRW) while the Great Hall was under construction (as most of the place was). The Great Hall still had dirt floor and partial walls in some spots at the time. We already had a reception venue lined-up but thought we would check this place out, thinking it would be out of our price range etc. As soon as we stepped into the space and were informed of their plans for the building, we knew instantly that we wanted to have our reception here. The price is very comparable to what else was in the area but at CRW, the space is really what sold us.

The space is absolutely breathtaking and it's only going to get more so. The staff are wonderful to work with and truly made our day special. I am so excited that Hutch has a new place for weddings and excited to attend future weddings at this location!!!

Had a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The Owners were very personable each visit we made to see the progress of winery (it was under construction). They made us feel so very welcome and continue to do so when we return back. Friendly staff, they provided a beautiful venue for our outdoor wedding and indoor reception. The wines are also amazing!

Crow River Winery is a GEM outside of the Twin Cities. Yes it is a drive, but we loved the modern and classy feel of the space - the wrought iron and finished woods are stunning. Coupled with the family-run personal feel of the team, we were sold. The openness of the Great Hall, the vast dance floor, large parking lot, and beautiful ceremony (and photo!) spaces were awesome for our wedding of 200. Our event coordinator Chelsey answered our questions thoroughly, personably.

They are flexible and welcome any caterer, dessert maker, etc which allowed us to personalize those aspects to our tastes. And a FUN plus - they have awesome outdoor games when it's not winter for guests to enjoy like bags/cornhole, lawn jenga, etc. I would go through this venue again in a heartbeat!

We had our wedding here this past November and the location and grounds were beautiful! We had an event planner help through out the journey, and they answered every question we had. The night of the wedding we had amazing bar staff and security! One thing is we didn't have anyone there coordinating vendors so we had to step in but I think it was more something we missed setting up, and they would have provided no problem. Great venue! Nice barn and big vineyard to take photos at as well!

I loved having my wedding at this venue. They were great to work with - especially during the uncertain Covid times. I loved working with the venue coordinators, they were always quick to respond and went above and beyond to help. Some things I really loved about this venue; 1) I loved the upstairs area for getting ready, it was huge and was the perfect space for me and my ladies. 2) Their communication was AMAZING throughout the process 3) There are gorgeous spots on the grounds to take pictures 4) The hotels are on the same street! Literally within 5 minutes of the venue - it's great! 5) The outdoor ceremony location was BEAUTIFUL! 6) The dance floor is huge & people said the bar line went REALLY fast! I feel it's important to give critiques and I do have a few. 1) I did not like that you had to make your final call on indoor/outdoor 48 hours in advance, Minnesota weather is insanely unpredictable. Every other venue I toured had a day of policy, so I found this policy to be insensitive and unfair to couples. 2) I didn't like that your only catering choice was Chef Craig. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED the food and so did all of our guests, however, I would have liked to go a nontraditional route and done a taco bar! 3) They don't offer a day-of-coordinator with their prices. We looked at many venues and they were all comparable in pricing and this was the only one that did not offer day-of-coordinating services in their package. 4) You have to pay for the upstairs tasting room area, and if you want in earlier than 11, you have to pay even more. Many venues offer a bridal AND groom suite within their price. The guys had to get ready at the hotel, and we had to pay for the tasting area. Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone! We absolutely loved having our wedding there and it was BEAUTIFUL.

Beautiful venue with great service! A lot of extra fees though that add up quickly. Must use their caterer and bar. We had a wonderful time despite the little extra costs!

Crow River Winery is an excellent place to host your wedding reception, especially if you have a big guest list! The venue holds 400 people and even has outdoor space to host your wedding ceremony at. This location was ideal for our family members who were traveling from Willmar, Sleepy Eye, and the Minneapolis area!

This place was easy to book with and very lovely.

Crow River winery is a beautiful setting to have your reception and or ceremony. We were so happy with how our reception and dance turned out. Not a single thing went wrong!

Beautiful venue. Terrible service. Not very accommodating to their brides. Lots of hidden fees. I was happy with the look, but my parents were not happy with the price and service.
