  Traveled from NJ to Crown Elegance for their great prices! The discounts they give on Bridesmaids gowns are unheard of!! The girls there are really so nice! I purchased my Bridesmaids gowns there and my headpiece / veil. One of the young employees even stayed open after hours for me!! I would highly recc. this store! Prices cant be beat and service is great! xo, M.C.

  Excellent customer service! I purchased my two Flower Girl dresses there as well as jewelry for myself and the Bridesmaids! They are genuine people which is rare to find in business now. They were great!! Thank you so much Crown Elegance!!

  I had an amazing experience here!!! I had originally bought a head piece in a store were I purchased my dress and I hated it with my dress and there was no refunds so I decided to walk into crown elegance this weekend and there was so many different headpieces to choose from!! I had this one sales person who spend 2 hours with me (cause I am a insane bride) and help me pick out a veil and headpiece. She was so patient and help me with everything. I bought a veil and headpiece for under $500 which is unheard of now and days. I rate this place a 5 out of 5! The products in the store are great the prices are even greater. They also had great bridesmaid dresses that I wished I ordered with them earlier. I would recommend this place to any bride!

  Sara and the staff at Crown Elegance helped us to create a custom invitation that really reflected our personalities and our event. Our guests loved the eco-friendly invitation and we loved doing something so unique!
  I also used Crown Elegance to dye my shoes blue for my wedding. They were done quickly and the exact color I wanted!

  I love love love this store! My cosuin went here year ago for her tiara and her veil and she recommended it to me and I was glad to see that they were still in business when so many staten island shops closed! I was really indecisive there is so much to choose from, but the ladies who helped me were so patient, which is rare owadays when you are bridal shopping. I did spend a little more on my veil because it was a cathedral veil but it was worth it.They always got back to me right away (I was deciding between two bridesmaids dresses and awaiting swatches for my girls to decide on) and they made me feel like they always had time for me. I was even late pickng up my invitations one night coming from work and I wanted to get them out right away, so the owner dropped them off herself to my house! My mother was so impressed with their service that she bought her jewlery and shoes there as well. I actually recommended this store to two of my friends who are getting married next year. thanks girls!!

  I love Crown Elegance!! I worked with the beautiful ladies at Crown Elegance for my headpiece, bridesmaid dresses and jewelry. My mom also got her shoes and jewelry for her mother of the bride gown there as well. The crown ladies know their stuff! I worked a lot with Melissa who I absolutely LOVE! She was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. The ladies at crown are the best! They are on top of all the wedding trends and truly love what they do. They are so organized and helpful. I would receive phone calls with updates on how my ordering process was going, etc. The ladies are willing to go above and beyond for their clients. They made me, my mom and my 8 bridesmaids feel comfortable and at ease at all times. They truly make wedding planning so much fun and a breeze for the bride to be. They are a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Crown Elegance to anyone! Love you ladies! xoxox

  The owners are amazing! I loved them! They were friendly, put their customers first, and bent over backwards for them. Anything that we needed or went wrong, they took care of right away. They have everything from bridesmaid dresses, veils, belts, garters, shoes, bags, jewelry, sweat suit outfit for the bride (for the day of or morning after),and flower girl dresses. I highly recommend Crown Elegance for all the extras that you need.

  I went here to get my veil and headpiece and this was last minute i admit. I didn't know you had to order your veil in advance or end up having to wear a sample. My hairdresser recommended this place, otherwise I was going to go to the one on Paige ave (which closed up) or the one on Main St. in Tottenville which my hairdresser said definitely not to go to though didn't tell me why. So I went to Crown Elegance; was quickly greeted and helped. They have like 3 or 4 little stations with mirrors where they put up your hair back and let you try on headpiecees with the veils. The girl who helped me was very patient and I picked out the headpieces I liked and gave her an idea of what i wanted my veil to look like and she brought back a few. She pinned up my hair and pinned each headpiece on me with the veil.
  I ended up picking a very simple headpiece and a veil that I loved; i decided to just take the sample veil since because I didn't want to have to travel all the way back there to pick up the new one (oh you also get a free blusher with any veil you buy there but i knew i wasn't going to be wearing one of those). This was stupid of me and i'll explain why.
  I take the veil home and notice it has some missing beads on the edge and a small tear where the beads were coming out from so i end up having to go back anyway to return that veil. I should've expected a sample veil to not be perfect and knew I should've ordered the new one which the salesperson had asked me if i wanted to do but i stupidly said no out of laziness. Also of note, because that day i bought a veil there, a small feathery white little caplet, a headpiece, and my sister's hairclip i got a 15%discount on each item--I specifically asked about discounts since I was buying a lot of stuff there. The salesgirls were really nice about it.
  So now i'm back in the store and also decide to return my headpiece since my moom thought it was too simple. This time there was a different sales lady and she was super nice; she picked out like 15 different headbands and tiaras for me in my price range; i ended up liking one out of my price range and they gave me a little discount on it though it was still too expensive but i splurged.
  Of note this store only allows store credit, no refunds. I returned the veil and at that point it was too late to order a new veil and i didn't like any other samples so I ended up going to Metropolitan for my veil and lucked out that they had a brand new one in the one i liked.
  I was really happy with my service at Crown Elegance; it's such a nice store and the salespeople are very patient and helpful, and they are willing to give little discounts here and there given the economy, but expect to spend a lot of money here despite the discounts; nothing is cheap. I found headpieces online that were cheaper but then you don't have the advantage of trying them on. I would recommend this store since it is your wedding day, you might've well be happy with your accessories.

  Hate this place. I bought a $200 tiara I ended up not even using. I wanted my tiara customized which turned out to be a disaster. The new stones were placed croocked and were cheaper crystals. I had to go back and demand they fix it.   DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!
  When you first go in to order your dresses, they are nice...BUT it goes downhill from there....I was one of 9 bridesmaids and each of us had an issue! One dress came back with unfinished stitching, the dresses came in a month after they said they would and when you call to find out status they either don't answer the phone or call you back a week later. First they said they had a seamstress we should use because she would be familiar with the fabric then the story changed and they refused to alter the dresses until we all complained. Then they cancel your alteration appointments because of the "snow" when it hasn't even snowed, then they don't tell you to bring the shoes to the alternation, they don't tell you to bring cash to the alteration because they will not accept credit cards, they sent me to an ATM where I had to pay to take out my own money and then they discuss in front of you how much they are splitting between the seamstress and the store. The girl at the front desk is not knowledgeable OR helpful in any way and I had to keep interrupting her texting conversations to get any help and then the seamstress told me the dress would take 1 day to alter and it's day 8 and I still don't have my dress and she doesn't answer the phone...SOOOO just save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else! bridal stores are a LARGE market and there is enough competition around for you to have a more pleasant experience for your wedding!!!!!
