  Having my wedding here was a blessing in disguise

  I could not tell you the happiness i felt having this hotel be my reception location. I worked with a coordinator named Michelle! She was the most professional lady i have met. We had discussed pricing, food options, and table layout in a timely manner. With COVID going on, we were able to have 50 people in the ballroom, which was a good size space. My Dad and I were there to discuss all the details, and he was very pleased with her. Pricing was absolutely reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection (even the vegetarian dishes). The beds were comfortable. The hospitality suite was a good size for me and 7 other people to wiggle in. The jacuzzi suite was clean but not clean on the walls.... My husband and i were so thrilled to have our reception here!!!!

  A big shout out to the Crowne Plaza team especially Jackie, Claudia, Danielle and Jill! They went above and beyond to make my bridal shower look beautiful and run smoothly. Also, Jill was so great and was always available for any type of question we had and we trusted her completely. I must say the alcoholic punch was a huge hit and everyone thought it was delicious! However, that doesn’t even compare to how awesome the food was! Everyone enjoyed the meal and raved about the buffet style. The servers were super mindful when they noticed we needed to be loud during gifts so everyone in the room could hear us, so they brought out a microphone! Again, can’t thank the entire team enough for being so accommodating to make the day very special.

  We had a wedding shower at Crowne Plaza Chicago SW--Burr Ridge for 78 guests. Jill was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests, details and needs . She worked with our budget to make sure we had great food but still stay within our guidelines. The room was set up beautifully and the service was exceptional. Thank you Jackie and Edle. Our guests enjoyed the food and drinks very much. Thank you Jill for going above and beyond to make certain that our event was perfect!
