  Perfect wedding day!!

  People are so friendly and easy to work with! The service on the wedding day was exceptional. Tammy was so great and helped with all of the details to make our day run smoothly.

  Fabulous!!!!

  The Staff at Crown Plaza were amazing, They mad a special day better than I could have imagined. My Daughter had a Great Day. Our Family and Friends said that was the nicest Bridal Shower they have ever attended. I am so Thankful I chose the Crown Plaza to have the shower . The food was amazing!!!. Thank you so much goes to the staff of Crown Plaza!!!! Thank you , Tonya Grant

  Wedding Reception Rendezvous

  We had our wedding ceremony at a local event space and then headed to the Crowne Plaza for our wedding reception, and I am so glad we did! The grande ballroom was the perfect reception space, and the day-of staff for food and beverage really took care of us. They were kind, helpful, and eager to keep up with replenishing ALL THE THINGS.
  
  Crowne Plaza was great for our reception because they provided a deal on booking a group of rooms for wedding weekend, they are located downtown near fun things to do for out of town guests, and after a long day of partying, guests may walk right up to their rooms for the evening. We had a 260 guests along with tables for buffet, mashed potato bar, 2 host bars, cake, wedding gifts, guestbook, pictures, two photo areas, and a TV with a rolling slideshow (plus, of course, deejay booth, head table, and dance floor). It was the PERFECT space. People did not feel like they were on top of one another, yet there was enough space for all of these pieces.
  
  Additionally, if you book with the Crowne, night of the wedding, they will comp the bride and groom's room! FREE STAY!
  
  The aesthetic of the Grande Ballroom is gorgeous, especially when you focus the lighting on the major chandeliers and lower the canned lights. This makes for an elegant and classic reception. Crowne also provides the setup and breakdown of the tables and chairs, linen, plateware/utensils, and centerpieces if you choose to use from their selection.
  
  The one caveat is in the planning process at the Crowne, I felt I had to triple check anything sent my way. When you are paying thousands of dollars for an event, you expect detail-orientedness when you share your thoughts. At times, I felt like they were rushing through changes and not catching mistakes that I had even pointed out. Human error happens, and I made a couple mistakes when we were closer to wedding day, so I understand. The planning team did pull everything together to make sure wedding day was ready by the end, but it could be a frusting at times working up to that day.
  
  Overall, I am very thankful to the Crowne for hosting us and for adding to our special day! It was BEAUTIFUL and EVERYTHING I wanted it to be.

  The Crowne Plaza Knoxville did a wonderful job with my rehearsal dinner and catering for my reception. The rehearsal dinner food was absolutely fantastic. The reception food was also fantastic in taste and grandeur. Though we chose to not spend the extra money on having people at the reception to actually cater the event, the food surpassed my expectations. They are a bit pricey, but worth it if you choose the more sophisticated items on the menu. This corresponded well with the elegance of the reception venue. I am very happy with them and do recommend them for others.
