  Professional, friendly, and talented

  Originally, I hired Tara for 8 people. Then some people dropped out, then some more, then some more, and by the time of the wedding we had 4 people. Tara was completely understanding throughout the process. On the morning of the wedding, she and her colleague were on time and ready to go. They were fun to converse with as we got ready, kind, flexible, and talented. I can't say enough good things about Tara and her team!

  Good Review

  We had Mo, Alyssa and Harley for my wedding. They so fun, funny and easy to get along with. I felt like I knew Mo for years. We all LOVED her.

  A Dream to Work With, Simply Amazing!

  I ended up booking Crowned for an out-of-town wedding outside of Los Angeles after months of searching for the right hair and makeup team. I wanted a natural, elegant bridal look and Tara more than exceeded my expectations. I’ve never felt more beautiful after just the bridal trial and on the day of wedding, I was completely blown away.
  
  Tara and her team, Rachel, Harley, and Alyssa were wonderful to work with, they are punctual, professional, talented, and so much fun. I could not have asked for a better experience on the morning of my wedding! I had a group of 8 people total ranging from a junior bridesmaid to both my mom and mother-in-law, everyone looked stunning and loved their results! The team was very timely and worked fantastically with the schedules of my other vendors, and they were even able to accommodate a last-minute addition for hair and makeup. If you are searching for perfection, search no further, Crowned is it!

  Amazing Hair and Makeup Team

  The Crowned Bridal team did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding party! Tara was so helpful upfront in helping us to assess what we needed and get the right hair and makeup stylists of our needs. Harley and Mo were both absolutely amazing- everyone from the moms to the junior bridesmaids loved how their hair and makeup turned out. They kept everything on schedule and even managed to squeeze in a couple additional people for last-minute hair. On top of it all, they were so nice and fun and helped the make the get ready party really relaxing. I would highly recommend this team!

  I felt beautiful!!

  The whole experience from being able to book services, communication with Tara, and getting my hair and makeup done by Alyssa and Rachel respectively was amazing! I could not have asked for a better team!

  Great Vendor!

  Tara from Crowned was terrific! I'm immunosuppressed, and I was panicked about Covid but I also didn't want to miss out on the "wedding experience." Tara worked with me and made accommodations to make sure that I felt comfortable and that everything was sanitary and safe. She was the only vendor I was able to talk with who explained in detail how she sanitizes all of her brushes and products. I really appreciated her transparency on that. She was also very nice and patient, and she didn't get offended when I wanted to do an aspect of my makeup myself. For instance, there's a way that I like my eyeliner done so I wanted to do that myself. She was also fine with using my foundation instead of hers because I was worried about color matching and my skin reacting poorly to the makeup. She was very patient with me and never made me feel weird or self-conscious about my Covid worries or my persnickety-ness.
  
  I do recommend doing the trial. For me, I told Tara one thing, and I didn't realize that what I wanted was something totally different. For example, I told her that I wanted curls in my hair. But I only realized after the trial that what I wanted was the kind of 1920s/1940s soft waves in my hair.
  
  My wedding makeup lasted all day (apart from the lipstick, but I ate food, so that's understandable), looked good, and my hair held up well all day in the summer heat and humidity. All of that is due to Tara's talent.
  
  Overall, I felt like Tara went above and beyond, and I also feel like she is a kind human being.

  Amazing Work!

  I hired Tara to do the hair of me and 4 of my bridesmaids. Everything from booking to the day of was simple and stress free. Tara did an amazing job on each one of our hair and was friendly and professional the whole time. Definitely recommend her.

  Styled a Perfect Day

  Tara and her team were absolutely amazing! We had our wedding at Sky Tavern and they travelled to meet us and do mine and my bridesmaids’ hair. I had never had my hair or makeup done professionally and Tara blew me away. She was a fantastic guide through the whole process and made the experience so seamless and easy. And everything looked so beautiful! I would certainly recommend Tara for any event moving forward - she’s the best!

  Love, love, love!!!!

  These ladies are absolutely amazing. Tara’s communication is absolutely fantastic!! Mo is now part of my family, she is fricken incredible. Harley is super sweet and did and amazing job on my moms’ hair for my wedding. I am absolutely thrilled I found such an incredible company!!!

  easy, professional, timley

  I was referred to Tara by a friend about a week before my wedding, I was in desperate need of a stylist. She was relaxed, easy and accommodating. She met me the night before for a trial as well as came to me the day of wedding. Very kind and professional, great quality work too.

  Tara did my hair and make up for my wedding as well as my moms make up and my aunts hair. Tara really listened and took time to customize our looks towards our desires.   Tara was amazing! Throughout the entire process, Tara was professional, responsive, and basically read my mind. I wanted something classic, timeless, and elegant, but had a hard time explaining what that meant. After showing her pictures, she put together an amazing bridal look. I also wanted to look like me on my wedding day.
  
  Tara also did my sister and MOH’s hair and make up. She looked stunning and it was exactly what she wanted.
  
  Tara is so talented and detail oriented! I could not recommend her highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book her for your wedding! You won’t regret it!!
