  Heather is an absolute JOY to work with. AND HER CAKES ARE MOUTHWATERING DELICOUS!! I am not a huge fan of sweets but I could eat her cakes time and time again. She was professional, on time for set up, and VERY friendly. It turned out perfect and we could not have been happier with her services!!

  Perfect cake, style and taste

  Heather creates beautiful wedding cakes. It turned out exactly how I had imagined. Her cakes taste great too! It's light and not too sweet like traditional cakes. So glad I found someone in the Dallas area who creates beautiful, modern cakes that are not too sweet. I will definitely work with her in the future for other special occasions.

  Gorgeous!

  My husband and I didn't want the typical white on white on white wedding cake and Crumb and Kettle did not let us down. Our wedding cake was not only delicious but was uniquely our own and was more beautiful than we could envision. It was definitely a work of art.

  Wonderful Experience!

  Heather was a dream to work with! She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process, and we loved her work as soon as we attended one of her tastings. Our cake was delicious and absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend Crumb & Kettle to anyone!

  Best Cake Ever!!

  Crumb & Kettle is the most incredible wedding cake!
  
  We had Heather's Lemon Blackberry and Dark Chocolate flavors at our wedding because they were all so good I couldn't just choose one! Heather uses the highest quality ingredients, and you can definitely taste the difference.
  
  I had so many people come up to me during our wedding asking who did our cake because it was so delicious.

  Amazing and Beautiful

  Our cake was absolutely gorgeous! Heather did an incredible job and not only was it beautiful, it also tasted amazing. She was so easy to work with and created exactly what I envisioned. I would highly recommend!

  Heather's cake is absolutely amazing. From my tasting until the wedding I could not stop thinking about it. And now, after the wedding, I keep trying to come up with reasons I need another cake. Seriously, it's so good. Plus, she was fantastic to work with and comes up with amazing designs as well

  I found Heather on Instagram and fell in love with her perfectly designed and executed cakes. We went for a cake tasting (which she opened an additional late spot for us since we were coming back from out of town) and fell in LOVE. Her cakes were so soft, moist, and flavorful, and the buttercream was light - every flavor we tried was delicious. Even my fiance, who isn't much of a sweets person, couldn't stop talking about how good the cake was - Heather even gave him an extra piece to take home. Booking and communicating with Heather was quick and easy. On our wedding day, our cake was gorgeous and our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. I can't wait for our anniversary until we get to eat it again! I would highly recommend Heather!

  Our wedding planner recommended Whisk until Sweet for our wedding cake. We had our tasting at our venue first and they had their own pasty chef, we had the tasting with Heather and let me tell you it only took ONE bite to know she'd be the one making out cake. We sampled all of them and they were all DELICIOUS!! She understood our vision and we gave her free reign on the design and boy did she deliver!! They cake not only LOOKED amazing but it TASTED amazing!!! I can't wait for another event so i can taste her beautiful cakes again!!!

  Heather Harbord, the owner of Whisk Until Sweet is such a treat. My fiancé, brother and I all went to a cake tasting with Heather after seeing her amazing, artful work online – and boy, we couldn’t have imagined anything better. The hardest part about working with Heather? Deciding what cake flavors of hers to choose! AKA, she was a dream in every way. From her perfectly balanced, simple white to her incredibly delicious banana rum, we were thoroughly impressed – and that’s coming from a bakers granddaughter.
  
  Heather’s motto is all about making cakes as pretty and yummy on the inside as they are on the outside and she definitely has it down to a science. I haven’t seen a cake come out of her kitchen that isn’t absolutely flawless and delicious. Months after my wedding, people are still talking about the best wedding cake they have ever tasted.
  
  Heather’s French style baking includes moist cake and very decadent buttercream – can I say YUM enough?! We loved her eye for design so we gave her pretty open parameters on what we were looking for. We showed her photos of cakes we liked (all hers) and the color scheme of the wedding, and she was off! She sent back several design options and we were in love. ‘The one’ was exactly what we were looking for and more. This sweet girl has definitely found her calling.
  
  The actual cake was elegant and modern – it fit our wedding perfectly and looked exactly like the design. Her attention to detail is unreal and so appreciated.
  
  Heather is amazing and anyone would be lucky to have her bake for their day, not to mention, she is very reasonably priced. I enjoyed every second of working with her and could not recommend her more!

We met her for a tasting and her cakes taste as delicious as they look. We had trouble narrowing down the flavors because they are all so incredible. She is very hands on through the entire design process and even sent us a mock up of what the cake would look like! We got so many compliments on how gorgeous and delicious the cakes were. Not only is Heather a rockstar at what she does she is incredibly sweet and easy going! whisk until sweet is 100% the way to go!

We had never seen someone make a pumpkin spice flavored cake, and as soon as we saw that it was an option we insisted on trying it and decided immediately we had to have it. We paired it with another layer of vanilla bean cake, and together it was heavenly. She also made the semi-naked frosting with succulent decor look absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect whimsical wedding cake! Highly recommend her!

  Heather was so great to work with from the beginning! We were planning the wedding from a different state, but she was flexible and met with us when we were in town. I had a few ideas but wasn't really sure and Heather took them and ran with them. She designed the most perfect cakes for us and we were so happy with the end result! Not only did they look great, but they tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend Whisk Until Sweet to anyone wanting a unique, whimsical wedding cake!

  Heather was so great to work with from the beginning! We were planning the wedding from a different state, but she was flexible and met with us when we were in town. I had a few ideas but wasn't really sure and Heather took them and ran with them. She designed the most perfect cakes for us and we were so happy with the end result! Not only did they look great, but they tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend Whisk Until Sweet to anyone wanting a unique, whimsical wedding cake!

  $25 for some cake to stick to the roof of my mouth

  Had to spend $25 for a wedding tasting box for a cake that was absurdly dense and hard to enjoy. I was under the impression that this was one of the best cake places in my area, but I’m glad I tried it for myself to find out that it is not.

  It sounds like you may have eaten your samples while they were still on the colder side- we always recommend enjoying them once they've come to room temperature. That being said, we do make a cake that is on the denser side- as we use all butter in our recipes. Most are pleasantly surprised- but it's not for everyone. This is exactly why cake tastings are a crucial step in choosing your vendor.
