  Crystal Marie was wonderful to work with. She was such a great person as well as vendor. The flowers she provided were beautiful. I still receive compliments about them almost a year later. She is flexible, reliable, creative, and organized. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

  Chris from Crystal Marie's handled all our flower and linens needs at our wedding. Chris has a creative mind and was able to take what I was looking for and turn it into something beautiful. I had many compliments on our flowers, especially my wedding bouquet. I planned our Minocqua, WI wedding from Washington, D.C. so I had to do a lot of correspondence through e-mail. Chris always quickly responded to my e-mails and was easy to work with. It was also really nice to order our BBJ linens through her. Because of Chris, picking out our flowers was one of my favorite parts of the planning process. Overall, I would highly recommend Crystal Marie's Floral for any event---small or large!

  Crystal Marie's Floral provided fresh arrangement's, linen's, and candles for our anniversary event in January. She did a great job working with the wonderful resturant decor and staff. Our budget was limited but it looked like we spent tons of money. She showed up early and stayed late to make sure everyone was happy and no one had to handle the "clean-up". Thank's to her and her wonderful staff. We will recomend her to all that are looking for a professional personal florist with a creative and budget friendly attitude. Thank's Chris!!!

  Most beautiful roses- full and fresh

  Crystal is very fun to work with and got excited about our event. She is able to design your vision best in person rather than by email. I have never seen such beautiful roses- ever. They were large and fresh and had 5 x the petals of most I have seen. We didn’t get the chandelier decor we expected but tables and chairs were all gorgeous.

  Difficult to work with

  I found Crystal to be highly unprofessional. When she did communicate with us, she was regularly rude and abrasive. We worked with about 12 vendors to plan our wedding and she was the only one who was difficult. At a certain point she completely refused to communicate with us after simply reaching out with typical questions and wedding planning updates. The flowers were acceptable but getting to that point was a tough and painful process. I recommend considering the other local floral options before working with Crystal Marie’s Flowers.

  Way over priced and was rude when delivering the flowers. Only had three bridemaids flowers and my brides and she charged us 500 dollars! We found the same flowers at trigs two days after our wedding for 15 dollars each. She is a ripe off and I would not recommend her at all. Also you would think she would accommodate the bride.... She did not and told us one then and did another. NEVER USE!!!!!! You will regret it!

  Crystal made my event florals just as I had imagined. She is very professional, punctual and has a great eye for detail. If you have an event in the Northwoods she is the one to call.
