  Culinaria did a phenomenal job listening to our wants/needs to provide the most delicious food for our wedding. The service was beyond professional. Guests that attended our wedding still talk about the quality of food and service to this day!! I can’t recommend them enough.

  We used Culinaria for our wedding at the Cider Gallery in Lawrence in November. We were very happy with our entire experience, from a no-pressure tasting, to picking the food options we wanted (and substituting in some custom items we wanted to include), actual delivery and presentation, and most importantly taste.
  
  The initial quote came in over our budget, but Culinaria worked with us to make adjustments that allowed us to stay in budget, while making very minor concessions. We chose to do family style serving, and things ran very smoothly. The food looks great aesthetically, and tasted great too. We got our own plated dinner at the head table, and our server who made sure our champagne was always filled the entirety of the night.
  
  We came up with several custom dessert ideas in place of a cake, like miniature donuts, mini cupcakes, mini cheese cake, etc... and Regan's team made them a reality. They went really fast.
  
  Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say about catering Culinaria did for our wedding and would certainly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. I can't imagine getting more bang for your buck in terms of really high quality food at a reasonable cost.

  Regan and Aaron were so great to work with. They really took the stress and BS out of hiring a caterer. Regan went out of her way to help us with the little details, like coordinating tables/linens/dinnerware rentals with another vendor. And the food!!! My parents wanted a fancy cut of roast beef for our wedding, which made me a bit nervous because it's so difficult to prepare beef to the right doneness for a crowd AND keep it hot for a buffet line. I don't know how Aaron did it, but it turned out perfectly. Our guests raved about how good the food was, and how often do you hear that about a wedding? Don't hesitate to hire Culinaria - your guests (and wallet and sanity) will thank you!

  Regan and Aaron are amazing! The one thing every single one of my guests said was "this was the best wedding food we've ever had." It was some of the best food I've had in my life! They are creative, accommodating, easy-going, and so wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

  From the first time we contacted Culinaria, I knew they were the the perfect caterers to use for our daughter's wedding. Regan is incredibly organized and her communication is always prompt. We appreciated her creativity in helping design a menu that represented our daughter and her husband's style perfectly. The food was amazing! It was beautifully displayed, was delicious and healthy! I appreciate that Culinaria uses local foods as much as they can. Regan also created two signature drinks that were a hit! I would highly recommend Culinaria for any event -big or small!

  Culinaria was absolutely amazing. They did our rehearsal dinner and reception. They were all so professional and so friendly. The food is AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone!

  Aside from actually getting married, the one thing that I most looked forward to on my wedding day was getting to eat Culinaria's amazing, delicious, flavorful food again! Regan was so organized and easy to work with, and she helped us plan out not only our menu but our custom bar plan as well. The catering and bar staff were all efficient but very polite, and service went so smoothly that we almost didn't notice they were there. The one regret I had on my wedding day was that although my bridal gown was gorgeous, it was so form-fitting that I could not devour my entire plate; I only had enough room to eat half of everything! We got so many compliments on our catering from our friends and family; some of our guests went up for seconds and thirds!
  Culinaria is passionate about good food and good living, and I would highly recommend them for any event.

  Regan and Aaron from Culinaria were nothing but amazing!!! They really listened when we initially met with them and made a menu that fit with our diet, interests and our goals for the wedding. They steered us clear of messy foods and did not add food just to increase their profit when we asked if we needed more. They let us have 2 tastings and it was incredible!
  
  We got so, so many compliments on their food at and after the wedding. They brought us some plates too to make sure we ate enough.

  It was such a pleasure working with Regan. She came up with a fantastic menu and we got lots of compliments on the food from our guests (one even said it was the best wedding food she ever had!) Culinaria has many locally sourced food options, which we loved! If you hire them for your wedding, you won't be disappointed!

Aaron is the culinary master and Regan runs the business side of things with such professionalism, excitement, and transparency. You are never in the dark when you are working with these two--you will know exactly what to expect and they deliver. We didn't have much in mind specifically for a menu, but we hopped on basically their first pitch because it sounded so delicious. I am sure that they could do anything you asked. We did a tasting at their facility, and it was just so well presented and delicious and it was a really great experience. I want to plan more parties just so I can have their amazing food again.   Culinaria was a wonderful vendor! From the planning stages through the menu and the personalities who we worked with, we loved it all. The food was probably the most-complimented item at our wedding! We received various compliments along the lines of 1) There were amazing vegetarian options 2) The salmon was cooked perfectly 3) They incorporated another vendor (a local BBQ restaurant at the groom's request) really, really well. 4) It was the best "wedding" food some people had ever had...and 5) My father loved the boxed leftovers all week. Regan and Aaron (and their staff) were happy, delightful to have around, and were even there to cheer us into the reception as the bridal party was announced. We couldn't have been happier with their flexibility and understanding of our desire to work with a bunch of different ideas and vendors (they weren't offended that we had chosen other vendors to compliment their spread - they just got excited and worked with it)! 5 stars all around.
