    Custom Limousine provided transportation for our wedding and my wife's bachelorette party. Their drivers were professional, punctual, and friendly. Contacts at their office were responsive, flexible, and easy to work with. The vehicles were clean, updated, and fully functional. I highly recommend Custom Limousine for your transportation needs.

    As a Model i change my mind constantly. For some places this could be very frustrsting. However Tom never lost his patients with me . instead He has done everything he could do to work with me and trying his best to make me satisified. This is an awesome limo service, i would definitely recommend. Their customer service is out of this world, they are polite, professional, and im extreamly satisfied withtheir services

    We had a trolley transport the entire bridal party around for photos. Our driver was great and they were on time and reasonably priced. What i enjoyed about the trolley versus a limo was that I could walk around and didn't have to scoot into a seat. Navigating around in a full length dress is tough enough and the trolley was perfect for us. Lots of fun!

    We rented a trolley from Custom Limousine to transport guests between our ceremony and reception site. It was a HUGE hit, and it worked perfectly thanks to the amazing folks at Custom Limousine! Setting up the trolley for the evening was a breeze: the associates that we spoke to were all professional and courteous and friendly. In fact, we were so impressed with their customer service that when we later decided we wanted a limo for our rehearsal dinner, we immediately called Custom Limo. Both the limo and the trolley arrived right on time, and the drivers were wonderful. We would highly recommend Custom Limo's services for both trolleys and limos!!

    I can not say enough great things about Custom Limos & Trolleys. We decide at a close last minute thing to get a limo for my daughter's October wedding and they were not only able to provide a limo, but it was one of the most beautiful and clean limos I have seen (and we have hired several). They provided us with the white stretch hummer limo. The driver was seriously the nicest guy we have ever met and knew exactly where to go and when. He took the best care ever of my daughter, her bridal party and then with the rest of the guys when they picked up the groom and his party. In fact, we hired them again on New Year's eve for the groom's birthday and again was very impressed with them. We will only hire them when we need a limo in the future. Comparing them to the limo's we have hired in the past the price is excellent.

    They were great to work with. We had a trolley come and pick us up from the ceremony and drop us off at our reception!They were on time to pick up our wedding party and very professional. The chauffeur was ready and waiting with the red carpet treatment and also waiting with two glasses of champagne in hand, the rest were poured and bubbly waiting inside the trolley for our wedding party The trolley was very well maintained on the inside and very clean. It was also nice and warm, it was a bit chilly outside. The driver was very courteous and was even very flexible, made a few stops for us to take pictures before arriving to the reception. I have already recommended their service to my girlfriend who is getting married in August. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. This company made my wedding extra special and and began are reception with excitement . Thank you Custom Limousine! Laura

    My wife and I could not have had such a wonderful day without the great service provided.All the limo service before and after our wedding was great.Our entire wedding party had a blast going to all of our picture locations.The sales staff and our chauffeur were superior.Thank you Custom Limo we will definitely use and recommend you again!!!!

    We had the trolley for the wedding day and it was perfect! It was a great way to bus around our giant wedding party and not be crammed into a limo. Our driver was great! He was extremely accommodating, especially when I forgot the rings and had to make a quick trip back to get them!

    I would have to say, having the trolley and getting to ride it and drink and have fun with our wedding party, was one of the biggest highlights of our special day. The limo ride for us ladies from the salon was great too, but man, our driver was the coolest and the trolley was fun and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of space and everyone had somewhere to sit. I think we had at least two dozen people on there.
    Thanks again to our driver. He was awesome.

    The "All Aboard" trolley was the San Fran. style trolley my niece dreamed of on her special day. The brass and wood interior is very well maintained, and made a beautiful back drop for pictures of the wedding party. Greg, our chauffer was very professional, patient, and easy going as he drove the wedding party around town and to the reception. He arrived thirty minutes early and made sure the vehicle was cooled down on the hot July evening. The champagne and red carpet treatment rounded out a perfect ride to the reception.

    The company that handled our limousine was very responsive. Everything was beautiful and they were on time, which was very important. The driver was very personal and made me feel like a princess on my wedding day.

    We booked KC Transportation through our planner for a bus to chauffer our bridal party around for pictures. Their rates were super reasonable, the driver was very nice and professional, and the bus was clean. The driver was also early, which let us leave earlier than we had scheduled, which I appreciated! The only feedback I would give them is to invest in a Bluetooth sound system that didn't disconnect when you hit bumps.

    It was pleasure to have Custom Limousine pick up my soon to be wife & I and take us to the rehearsal dinner, then back home after cruising around town. Gary was excellent!!! He even went above our expectations when he had a full Rose Bouquet ready in the vehicle after dinner. After all I was the one that forgot to get the roses. The limo was spotless, and every thing worked (DVD, Fiber-optics, A/C and even the Kicker System) I have used Custom Limousine several times since.

    I booked a trolley to take our guests from the hotel to the venue and back. The trolley was very cute, so I was pleased with it. The driver was friendly and available all night to shuttle any guests back and forth, even if they wanted to leave early. However, I heard from our guests that he went in the wrong direction at first, causing him to make a very dangerous turn out into traffic that was not necessary. But he was fine the rest of the night. I think the price was probably a little high for just shuttling people back and forth, but that's partially our fault - we didn't want to go to any other locations for photos or anything. Extra stops are a service they provide and that's accounted for in this price.

    I had an easy time communicating prior to the wedding. They were very helpful & responsive. The trolley we rented unfortunately broke down in our driveway and the groomsmen were left to find an alternative way to get to the church, on a day that felt like 100 degrees. They found a replacement that showed up to the church right as we were finishing up. We asked for a refund for the 2.5 hours we did not utilize the trolley. We appreciated the quickness in finding a replacement but the fact it broke down was the cost of doing business and we felt a refund was owed to us. After weeks of ignoring us, they agreed to refund half of the time we did not use the trolley. The handling of our dispute was very unprofessional as it took weeks to get a response.

    Very disappointed in this vendor. The trolleys were beautiful, however the service left quite a lot to be desired. We booked 3 trolleys to transport our guests to and from our wedding ceremony and requested that one of those 3 specifically arrive early to take the wedding party to the ceremony around for pictures. We were sent 3 separate invoices for the trolleys, instead of one invoice, which made it quite confusing to keep track of everything. When the trolley arrived, a red carpet was rolled out which was a nice touch. When we boarded the trolley we noticed immediately that the air conditioning was lacking. When asked to have the a/c turned up, we were informed that it was on max. We barely made it to the first site for pictures and the entire wedding party was dripping in sweat. Each time the trolley would stop at a light and try to start again, there was a huge lag. It was obvious that the transmission was slipping. With this obvious mechanical issue it was so very surprising that the driver decided to take a route that would include a steep incline (and several stop lights) instead of the more obvious (and flatter) route. On the ride back, we contacted the company to alert them to the transmission and a/c issues and they sent out a replacement trolley, however it was unfortunately too late at that point. It was too late and everyone was too overheated to finish pictures. I was completely shocked that the company did not think ahead to cool down the trolley before sending it to pick up guests on a 100+ degree day out, or to inspect the vehicle before allowing to be sent. To me that shows a complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

    Driver was the biggest issue in our experience with this company.

    Our photographer asked the driver to take us to a spot a couple blocks away from the reception hall for a couple final pictures, he drove us there and as soon as we left the trolley he came out to tell us that he would have to charge us extra to drive us the 2 blocks to our reception hall because as of that minute we were out of time. Had he told the photographer or us that information before dropping us off we wouldn't have made that final stop but he chose to wait until we got there so they could make extra money. Which made our entire bridal party with cooler walk to our reception hall.

    Driver also was uncommunicative and played with his yoyo during the 3 hours we needed him to act responsible.
