Amazing officiant

Brian was amazing to work with and really made our ceremony special. From the first day I spoke with him all the way to our ceremony he was extremely responsive and professional. I even changed things a few weeks before our wedding and he got it done. I would highly recommend him you won’t regret it.

Everything we could have asked for!

We were so fortunate to find Brian. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful and responsive to any requests we had. Brian took what we wanted for our ceremony and adapted it such a great way! We didn't feel the need for anything too long or religious, and Brian was able to put together such a beautiful ceremony that fit the bill just right. I had a lot of my friends and family gushing about what a great job he did afterwards. I definitely would recommend him!

Perfect Ceremony!

Brian was phenomenal! We had our officiant back out a month before the wedding but Brian was able to step in for us. He was extremely helpful and willing to work with us on what we wanted during the ceremony. On the day of, Brian was at the venue early, ready to go and lead a perfect ceremony. I highly recommend Brian and can't thank him enough for officiating for us!

Great Experience!

We originally booked Bryan because he officiated my sister's wedding and loved him! Thankfully he was available for our wedding date. We shared with him our vision for our ceremony and he exceeded our expectations with the final result! Bryan was professional, affordable and thorough! I would HIGHLY recommend him to any couple getting married!

Simple and perfect!

I would recommend to Brian to anybody! He was originally booked to officiate our wedding on 6/6/20 but then we moved it due to covid. He worked out a deal with us to still marry us in a park on our original date of 6/6/20 then also officiated our vow renewal ceremony on 5/8/21. He was also quick to respond to my emails and was on time to both ceremonies as well as the rehearsal. He did an amazing job!

Brian was very flexible when it came to planning our wedding. I had written our ceremony script and he was very flexible with using it. He added in his own personal touches and made it even more unique. When it came to our rehearsal he made it as easy and quick as possible, but everyone felt comfortable afterwards. On the day of our wedding Brian read without staring down at his script, which is exactly what I was looking for. He was natural in front of others and made our day go smoothly. Thank you!

Brian was very awesome! He was very detailed, patient and had a great sense of humor. He helped us to calm down when everything seemed to go wrong, the night of the rehearsal. He had input ideas and guided us first timers on how things typically should go. To be honest, out of everyone we hired or needed for the wedding. We will always remember Brian being the best person we hired for our wedding. We made a great choice and definitely happy with the outcome. The prayer, the words he spoke for the ceremony was beautiful and non the less true for a couple like us. We want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN BRIAN!!!! We really recommend anyone picking Brian.

Brian was the perfect choice for our wedding ceremony! My husband and I are so happy we went with him. He was very responsive and professional. We weren't exactly sure what we all wanted for our ceremony, but he had many great suggestions and options and answered all of our questions that we had which put us at ease and gave us one less thing to worry about. Our wedding was about an hour away from where Bryan normally travels to, but was more than accommodating and never made us feel like it was inconvenient to work with us. Our ceremony couldn't have been more perfect - it was more than what we expected!! Our guests were so impressed with Bryan, we received compliments on him all night and even after the wedding! My husband and I highly recommend Brian if you are looking for an officiant!

Brian was awesome! My husband and I had a small, traditional ceremony prior to our "big party" ceremony and we wanted it to show our personalities and have people laughing. Brian did a perfect job! I had a very odd request to have him do a princess bride quote, in the same tone as the priest in the movie. He laughed when I asked him and he pulled it off perfectly. We got so many compliments that he was funny and engaging. My mother in law loves to show the video of the ceremony to people. Brian was responsive, flexible and completely professional! I could not have asked for better service! Highly recommend.

Brian was the absolute perfect choice for our ceremony and we couldn't be happier. When my husband and I started looking for an officiant we had no idea where to start or what to expect. We found Brian here on weddingwire and at the first meeting we knew he would be perfect for our big day. He was extremely easy going, responsive, and patient. He walked us through rehearsal and made sure we had everything we needed to make the ceremony go smoothly (and it did!). He was willing to write a custom ceremony if we desired it and went with the flow from day one. Highly Recommended!

Brian was very responsive and friendly. He always answered our emails promptly and offered ideas and insight from his years of experience. We had changed many things up and until the day and Brian was very flexible. He was very helpful during the rehearsal and professional during the ceremony. He was great during the ceremony and wasn't just reading lines off of a piece of paper.

I can't say enough how much Dave and I truly enjoyed working with Brian to prep for our wedding. We met with Brian about 8 months prior to our wedding, and Brian was there for every step of the way. He was completely focused on us and we felt completely comfortable in his hands from the beginning to the end. Brian worked with us to fully customize and personalize our ceremony , plus even researched other options based on the direction we wanted to go. Brian has such an easy to work with personality, but also took charge so we needed not worry and were able to enjoy every moment. He made the rehearsal at the chapel so calm and reassuring, that we were so excited for the ceremony to start the next afternoon. He was full of great ideas, suggestions and recommendations. Our ceremony was so perfect and so personal. Our guests really enjoyed the ceremony-we still are hearing all the wonderful comments. We even had one guest who loved the ceremony so much, she's contemplating flying Brian out to Hawaii for her 25 year anniversary vow renewal! Brian was exactly what we were looking for as a wedding officiant. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He provided so many different readings, prayers, and ceremony outlines for us so that it was personalized for us. He provided us with expert advice to help our ceremony flow and included everything that was important for us. We heard so many good things from both our parents and wedding guests about how much they enjoyed the ceremony.

Brian was professional, easy to contact and quick in response and providing updates as we changed our ceremony. If you are in the area and are looking for an officiant my husband and I highly recommend Brian.

Brian was sensational from the first correspondence all the way to the final congratulations at the very end. First, he helped us out on a really short notice. Then, he wrote the best vows we could have ever imagined. In fact, I have a degree in Management and Communications and I was expecting to find something to revise, but instead I stated it was perfect and would not change a word. Indeed, I cannot tell you how many of my guests raved about Brian's vows, even days past the ceremony people still continue to boast about the beautiful vows. When I read Brian's reviews, I felt strongly I only wanted Brian to do our ceremony, but after having Brian do our ceremony, I know he was the only one meant to do our ceremony! Needless to say, we highly recommend Brian!

This is an wonderful man who is adaptable for the unexpected and ready at the helm with multiple recommendations for the undecided. He's kind, genuine, and gives off a warmth which shows in the ceremony. I am not giving 5 stars because it is uncomfortable to grade lower. I am giving them because he's earned them.

Bryan was great! We planned our wedding on short notice and needed an officiant. I contacted 5 or so officiants from "weddingwire" and received 3 replies. Of those Bryan was by far the most professional and was also close to where our ceremony was performed. He asked many questions about how we wanted our ceremony to be performed and had excellent suggestions and help to make everything run smoothly. He was readily available, took time to speak with both of us, showed up dressed appropriately and on time, took care of the marriage certificate, and just made everything run smoothly. Our wedding was definitely a success with Bryan as a part of it and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant.

We found Brian on here (WeddingWire.com). We don’t live in Wisconsin, but decided to have our wedding in Racine. Brian was kind enough to meet with us on Memorial Day weekend; the holiday we took advantage of to travel to Racine to finalize many of our wedding details.

In our first meeting Brian explained the process of getting married: marriage application form, wait times, marriage license, and who is responsible for which things. He asked many questions to get a feel for what kind of ceremony we would prefer. After which he sent us a package with a variety of options for parts of the ceremony. He met with us a few days prior to the wedding to finalize our plan for the ceremony.

Throughout the entire time, from selecting what to say to his attire for our special day, Brian was sincerely interested in making sure we had the ceremony we wanted. We enjoyed our ceremony and consider ourselves fortunate to have him help us through the process. Many of our family and friends commented on what a fine job Brian did as our officiant.

We have all positive things to say about Brian Bynsdorp. He was very professional the whole time. He worked with our schedules. He came to our house to meet and discuss plans. He had all the necessary paperwork and answered all our questions. He gave us contact info regarding our marriage license. And made sure we knew what we needed to apply and where to go. He was available via phone, text and email. He provided us with many different options for the ceremony, including many prayer options and sand ceremony options. He typed up the entire ceremony, start to finish, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the whole thing. During the rehearsal, he conducted the whole wedding party through their responsibilities. He also reminded us to bring the rings and the marriage license to the ceremony. He made us feel at ease and in good hands. During the ceremony, he spoke clearly and loudly (with no ad-libing). He didn't add anything on his own. We felt the emotion and heart he put into what he was reading for us. He coached us through every step. We received compliments all night from many guests on Brian's job-well-done. He also dropped off our marriage certificate at the court house on Monday. We were more than impressed. I would recommend him again and again. One last positive thing to say about Brian is that he's good looking. He's in a lot of our pictures while we're standing up there and to me, that was important! It was the most incredible day of both our lives and wish we could do more to show our appreciation! Great Job Brian! :)

Brian was definitely one of the smoothest parts of our wedding planning. He took the time to educate my fiancé and I how the marriage process works and checked in with us along the way to ensure we were progressing as expected with the license and such. Since he was traveling for our wedding, he checked in and was always available through emails/texts/phone calls. He was willing to work with us on incorporating some mild religious aspects to ensure both my fiancé and I were getting what were both wanted out of the process. He sent several example ceremonies to us and helped us narrow down what we wanted. He was able to orchestrate the entire wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knew where they were to be when and what to say. He even incorporated a few last minute changes to the ceremony on the ride over to the wedding! Talk about commitment! He also made sure to understand the look of the wedding so that he was able to align his attire to the "look" of our wedding, which was an added touch of professionalism. His voice carried perfectly for the ceremony and we had no complaints of not being able to hear despite not using a microphone. I have nothing but the highest praise!

Brain did a great job performing our ceremony. He was very patient, easy going and easy to work with. There are many stressful parts to putting a wedding together but this was not one of them. Brian was awesome from the beginning to the end. My husband and I were unaware of all of the variables that can be incorporated into your vows. We had not done much research before meeting. He was very understanding and gave us examples and ideas, but ultimately he was out to make sure we were happy with the end product. We wanted short, sweet and to the point he made sure on his end everything we legally needed was incorporated. He also made sure that we felt the vows reflected us. He was very funny, easy going, flexible, as well as knowledgeable. (He has some good moves on the dance floor!)

Brian has an amazing personality and I knew right away he would be the perfect officiant for my wedding!! I couldn't have been more pleased with his words, demeanor, and smile. He made my wedding ceremony absolutely more than I could have hoped for!!
His presence made my husband and I, as well as our guests, feel extremely comfortable and laid back which is exactly what we were looking for. He knew exactly what to do with all the paperwork making it something I didn't have to worry or think about! Thank you so much!
