  Great Pre and Post Wedding

  Great experience working with Cutting Edge. 2 things stand out. 1. They got to the location early, set up, and didn't need any extra help getting ready, they even came and met the bridal party before the walk in to reception to clarify names, order, and song choice for each. 2. They brought REAL SIZE PIANOS. I was worried that it would be keyboards and not sound as real as legit grand pianos but when I walked in I was very pleased to see the real thing.

  Unique Entertainment!

  Jacob Wolfson, with Cutting Edge Dueling Pianos, was fantastic. He was so responsive and flexible. Anything and everything I asked him to do, he did! They sounded great, and really made the party special. We added drums and guitar (optional) to the pianos, and we're so glad we did. Couldn't have been better! Guests for our daughter's wedding reception raved about the entertainment! No one wanted to leave at the end of the night. Way better than a DJ, and a unique twist on a band.

  Made our wedding reception unforgettably fun!

  It’s about a month after our wedding, and everyone is still talking about how much fun they had at our reception, largely thanks to Cutting Edge! They took requests and played music to fit the room, and everyone who was able to walk was on the dance floor. It was a great mix of oldies and new music. They followed all instructions the night of and emceed our intros and played a playlist and songs we provided for during dinner and our dances. Would 10/10 recommend!

  These guys were my wedding splurge, and they were worth every penny. They are responsive, professional, and a total hit. When you hire them, you are paying for 3 hours of guaranteed mic time, but they will emcee or play any kind of recorded music before/after that. My wedding planner was concerned because they didn't write in scheduled breaks into their contract--that is because they played for THREE HOURS STRAIGHT. They were the absolute highlight of our wedding, people kept asking us how we found Jacob and his team and everyone had a blast. I'm sure they get tired of playing the same songs over and over, but for the guests, it is an absolute treat. My mother commented on how good they were at reading the room and playing songs to get folks on the dance floor. Seriously...hire these guys immediately.

  They are awesome. Made our reception so fun- played requests and kept the party going. So worth it. They have now played our wedding and our brothers wedding. Hopefully the tradition will continue because it's so fun and they are so good.

  So much fun! Everyone was raving about their reception performance long after the wedding was over. They can play almost any song request on the spot. Jacob was EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating - he allowed me to update to the 5 piece band the week before!

  Stop searching and book these guys. Seriously. Jacob and his team were the highlight of my reception. They got everyone, literally everyone, up dancing (and we’re not at all a dancing family!)
  
  They were very accommodating and prompt in communication. I was a long-distance bride, so having their punctual responses to emails / phone calls was very important to me. They showed up early on the day-of, had everything set up on time, and even set up an outdoor sound system for my ceremony music (my family performed, but they came through with a full sound system, keyboard, and speakers).
  
  My family isn’t really a DJ family, so I was looking for something more unique and personal. I listened to a few multiple-piece bands, but I couldn’t really tell them apart. Then I found Cutting Edge – they were exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciated that they were interactive and read the audience very well. They played piano renditions of whatever songs were requested, which made it even better. There were songs that I never would’ve thought could’ve been played on the piano – but they were awesome versions, even better than the original!
  
  They did a lot of fun dueling pianos-things, and even made my husband stand up and sing the chorus to “Let It Go” from Frozen, because one of the toasts mentioned that he knew the words to the song. They played and sang, then put him on the spot when the chorus came and just stopped singing. Everyone loved it! You could never do that with a DJ!
  
  I got so many compliments on their performance, and really, I can’t emphasize enough how different it was that even my aunts and uncles were out on the floor dancing. It was so unique and fun; I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who’s interested.

  Cutting Edge Dueling Piano’s was our favorite vendor for our wedding! Every guest raved about their performance and how enjoyable they made the reception. If you’re looking for live entertainment or a live band for your wedding or event, look no further! Jacob and his team will give you a high quality and customizable experience. In addition to the dueling pianos (which by the way look incredibly professional and beautiful…not those cheap shells that fit over a keyboard) Jacob whipped out his trumpet a few times, he included a drummer, lights, and DJ services! He also had no issue with learning two new songs for our first dance as husband and wife and a song for the father and daughter dance. Between the ceremony and the reception, chaos was ensuing due to unexpected rain. Regardless, Jacob had a way about keeping the atmosphere calm and focused on what the day was really about…so add morale coach to this guy’s list of offerings! Jacob was also very responsive and timely with all the pre-coordination and was willing to work with me long distance since I live in New Mexico and the wedding was in Virginia. In other words, he was very easy to work with and hassle-free. Needless to say, my husband and I have not a single regret in choosing Cutting Edge Dueling Piano’s to make our very special day memorable.

  I hired Cutting Edge for my wedding reception and they didn't disappoint. I had people on the dance floor all night long. I haven't EVER seen my father dance and we couldn't drag him off the dance floor! They were professional, accommodating and most importantly played great music!
