We knew from the moment we met Don that he absolutely had to DJ our wedding and it was the best decision we could have made!! His personality would make anyone instantly love him. He kept in touch several times prior to the wedding day to make sure all the details and song selections were perfect.
Don and his assistant kept things moving through the evening and kept our butts on the dance floor until the lights came on (my feet still hurt!!). Our guests continue to tell us how much fun they had at our wedding. He has a way of making the songs flow so that you never want to leave the dance floor. So talented!! Also, the up-lighting really set the mood for the evening - highly recommend!
Side note - Don clearly goes above and beyond as I'm pretty sure I spotted him help serve food at one point :)
We can't thank Don enough and promise you are making the right decision by hiring D&J for your wedding! You will be more than pleased! -

Sean was the DJ at my wedding, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he did an amazing job that truly made our celebration unforgettable. The energy he brought to the event was incredible; we never left the dance floor!
What impressed me most was his ability to seamlessly blend different music styles. As someone from Colombia, I had a diverse guest list that included both Latino and American friends and family. Sean expertly curated a playlist that catered to everyone, mixing Latin rhythms with popular American hits, ensuring everyone was happy and dancing all night long.
His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the planning process. Sean and Don took the time to understand our preferences and even offered suggestions that enhanced our vision for the wedding. On the big day, they arrived early, set up efficiently, and were incredibly easy to work with.

Wedding 9/14/24
Don was my DJ for my wedding in September, my husband and I knew a DJ would make or break our wedding and we’re party people; so we needed the best. After some research and word from mouth we found Don from D&J. He was polite, funny, dad like humor & made us feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond during our wedding day to coordinate with my caterer, photographer, and everything inbetween. Dons music choice was top notch -a good time for all ages! -

Don REALLY knows what he's doing with music selection, sound EQ/quality, PA equipment, lighting, and MCing, etc. It all came together so nicely and our guests keep bringing up how incredible the DJ was. Don was also really great to work with leading up to the wedding (answering questions, providing recommendations, etc.). We were simply blown away by how much he leveled up our event, and I truly recommend Don and his crew to anyone that's starting their search for a DJ! -

If you are looking for a DJ that has state of the art sound and lighting, is also a great Master of Ceremonies and knows how to read the room to keep the party going look no further. We hired Don and his team for our wedding with only three weeks notice. He is incredibly organized and professional and he coordinated with the band that we hired without making me be the go between guy. The DJ really is the life of the party and not only was our ceremony beautiful but the reception was a killer party. Thank you to Don and D&J Service Sound and Lighting. -

DJ Mike was an awesome addition to our big day last weekend on 5/13/23. We had a brunch wedding so it was important to us to have a DJ that could sense the room’s vibe and switch between more chill acoustic music and dance music when everyone was ready to party! Mike was just what we hoped for. He was communicative with us and our other vendors, he was kind, and helped ensure that our day went off without a hitch. Our day was so special and we know Mike was a crucial part of that! Our Nonna said he was so good she wants him to play her funeral 🤣 Thank you for everything, Mike! 10/10 -

While searching for a DJ, my parents had suggested Don, who was their wedding DJ as well. We set up a meeting and knew immediately that Don was our guy. He’s got an excellent personality and makes it known that he wants your wedding to be as perfect as you do. Also, Don is an absolute trooper because my husband and I are horrible at making decisions and picking songs for different things, so we have him a lot of freedom to do so. When the wedding day came, he knocked it out of the park! Everything was absolutely perfect, and we would recommend Don to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding! -

DJ Don was great at keeping the energy going at our event. We were not entirely sure what we wanted in a DJ at first, but after meeting with him, he helped us with our ideas for the night. He helped keep things moving along on schedule. We were not so sure that everyone in our families were going to be all that into dancing, but nearly all of them were on the floor until the end of the night. -

When I hired Sean McKeown as our DJ, I had a feeling he was the one for us. Not only was the music, lights and speaking excellent, Sean made this a personal experience for everyone involved. I've received multiple compliments, and still receiving more as days go by, on the wonderful job the DJ did. Sean was a big part of our wonderful day and it wouldn't have been the same without him. I received a wonderful message from my mother on how she connected with Sean not just as a business relationship but also personally. I would without a doubt refer him to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism and a great personality to connect with people. -
