Ashley and Carter are such good people and fun to work with! The food at our wedding was great (get the bruschetta!) and their staff was unbelievable. I am so thankful to all of their waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff that helped my wedding run smoothly despite the rain! Ashley worked hard for me throughout our planning process to help me save money where I could, but was also always honest with me when things were “worth it.” I changed the menu multiple times and she was always accommodating and kind about it. Great team all around, I highly recommend them! -

We just had our 2 year reception after an early-covid marriage and I am still on cloud nine from how perfect DaH helped make our day. We hosted about 150 people. The food was fantastic and folks consistently tell me how smoothly the day went and how great the service was. From start (3 years ago...!) to finish, Ashley and Carter were responsive, knowledgeable, flexible, and kind about not only the food but rentals, alcohol, setup, layout, etc! Their established rapport with other professionals like rental companies and coordinators made everything seamless and easy. On the day of the reception, despite some classic Virginia spring rain, everything was stunning and executed perfectly. Ashley and Carter made what could have been an exhausting three years of wedding planning feel relaxed and fun, and we'd do it all over again if we could. -

Working with DaH for our wedding was a dream from start to finish! Ashley and Carter were professional, responsive, and lovely to work with in the lead up to our big day. They walked us through the whole process including what we needed to know, what decisions we needed to make, and when we needed to make those decisions. I also appreciate that they partner with a company that provides equally-excellent service and high-quality rentals. Once we said “yes,” everything was smooth with planning. We couldn't have been happier with how things went on the day of our wedding. The cuisine was outstanding and the service was excellent. We appreciated the variety of dishes that DaH offers, and were very pleased with our final menu choices. Each dish was fresh, delicious, and memorable. In terms of logistics, the whole event went smoothly and seamlessly, a huge credit to the DaH team orchestrating things from behind the scenes. I would absolutely work with DaH for future events, small (like ours was) or large. Thank you again, Ashley and Carter! -

We loved working with Ashley and Carter. They were so flexible with us and helpful with our budget. We had 220 people at our wedding so it was a big one! We really appreciated their kindness and professionalism and the food was delicious! We would absolutely go with them again. -

We hired Dinner at Home for our wedding and were very impressed with their professionalism. They were affordable and were able to help craft a menu that worked with our budget. Ashley & Carter were quick to respond to emails and handled our last minute changes with ease. Our tasting a few months out was great, but I felt like my meal was even better the night of the event. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-catered event. -

Just call DaH first!
We chose to work with DaH catering for our wedding after contacting several companies who either a. could not be bothered to return my call or b. had ridiculous minimums for their services. Our event was an intimate gathering with around 50 guests. Carter was super responsive and friendly to work with. Ashley is awesome, understanding our tastes and vibe we wanted for our day and helped us craft a delicious menu. Their team executed it perfectly. Our friends and family raved about the food, especially the pork belly biscuits and lemon bars. As stated by many other reviewers, I would definitely recommend DaH for your event. -

User1843760 Sent on 10/03/2014Ashley and Carter are amazing chefs. Our wedding menu was exactly what we wanted. We worked with them to craft the elegant, healthy and fresh menu we wanted. We had food options for everyone, delicious food, plenty of alcohol, delicious dessert. Our guests raved about the food and some mentioned they went back for seconds and thirds. Ashley and Carter and great to work with and provide incredible service for a great price. We are already recommending them to all of our friends and contacts for parties and weddings.
