I recently had the pleasure of using Daily Chew Catering for my wedding in San Marcos, CA, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their professionalism was outstanding, from the initial consultation to the big day. Communication was seamless, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. The quality of service surpassed my expectations, with a team that not only delivered delicious food but also went above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience. Daily Chew Catering provides exceptional value for the level of service and culinary expertise they bring to the table. Highly recommended for any special occasion! Carly and the team were incredible. We had a backyard wedding with plenty of variables to figure out on wedding day, and they made adjustments immediately and easily. Everyone on the team was cool and capable, and they all worked hard the whole night.
The food was also AMAZING! Plenty of people there said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. We got the bowtie chicken pesto pasta, garlic lemon butter salmon, and chicken piccata as entrees, and they were all equal hits. The bacon wrapped dates were awesome as appetizers, and the strawberry goat cheese salad was also a major hit.
Overall, I can't imagine a catering staff out-performing this one. This is an all-star squad who enjoy working together, and they didn't even cost that much. Super happy with this decision.Daily Chew Catering's reply:

We had an AWESOME experience with Carly and her team. This was the first event we had in our new home so I was nervous and starting from scratch.
Carly was an excellent communicator, thought outside of the box for the meal to ensure everyone could partake, accomodating a variety of dietary restrictions. She came early, stayed late, and helped us set up and really brought my vision to life.
The food was amazing - from the charcuterie board to the handmade ravioli and all of my friends and family are still raving about it!
In addition, she has a rental business so it was super convenient to rent all of the items directly from her.Daily Chew Catering's reply:
