    We love our video

    We only hired Dallas as the videographer, he did not edit the film himself. Dallas gave all of the footage he took to someone else who then made a highlight video for us. When we received the highlight video we LOVED it! We were both very impressed with the footage Dallas got which helped make for a very impressive video. He had a 2nd shooter, used a drone, and was pleasant to work with. When we needed to communicate with him he was available, I found text message was the best way. I would recommend him to film a wedding. We couldn’t be happier with the footage we received.

    Not worth the headache

    Leading up to the wedding and the day of, things were fine. However, it wasn’t until after that we heard nothing from him. We have reached out MANY times by phone, email and through his website. We don’t hear back. We paid for 2/3 of the total price. Our contract says we are to get our video back within 2 months, and if we don’t have to pay the last 1/3. However, we reached out after the 2 months (which would be on 12/09/31) and after multiple only heard from him right before Christmas. He said “sorry I’ve been busy, Youll get it by Christmas.” We of course did not. Since then we continue to reach out and have not heard from him. Dallas has poor communication skills, because truthfully if he had been honest and communicated all along - all this could have been avoided. At this point I’m not sure if we’re even getting our video. The worst part isn’t even that we lost out on money. We cant have that day back. I would advise any engaged couples to seek another videographer. This has been a very upsetting experience.

    Stay far away

    never received a video that we paid for. reached out dozens of times with no response or update. very unprofessional

    Limited Communication AND Corrupted Audio Files

    Summary: Dallas was easy to work with planning our wedding and helpful during the wedding day. But the problems started to appear after our wedding day on Sept 3, 2020, as his poor communication skills came to light.
    1. Highlight Video late: We didn't receive our highlight video until 4+ months after our wedding, at the end of December. And this was after multiple phone calls and emails.
    2. Audio files corrupted: While we are unsure of the cause, we gave Dallas the opportunity to use a professional service to attempt to recover the damaged files. He sent them to a service, but didn't keep us in the loop. When we last spoke in fall 2020, he said he would try using another vendor. We haven't heard back since.
    3. Communication Lacking: As alluded to in the previous points, Dallas is a poor communicator. No answer is an answer. When we last spoke in Fall 2020, he assured us he would continue to attempt recovery of our audio files and create a full-length video of our ceremony.

    My wife and I reached out to Dallas via e-mail February 11th, March 25th, April 5th, and April 20th, and April 21st with NO response or acknowledgement of our emails as of May 8th.

    After e-mail, we continued other routes of communication, leaving a voice mail on the phone listed on his website.
