  Captured the magic of our wedding day

  My wedding planner had provided me with a few photographers as we were planning our wedding, but none of their work resonated with the way I envisioned our wedding day being captured. I searched on Instagram & once I saw Danielle's work, I immediately thought, THAT. THAT is how I want my wedding day captured.
  
  My favorite part of working with Danielle is how unobtrusive she seemed, yet when we got our photos back, it was clear she had covered every corner of our wedding. Along with her assistant, she captured the reactions of our guests throughout the day, the intimate moments with myself & my husband, & the happiness of our families in our family photos. I would describe her as calm, friendly, professional, & a master at her craft. She built a relationship with me & my husband just from our wedding day alone, which really put us at ease & created photos that were relaxed, romantic, & intimate. She is passionate about her work & it goes beyond being a livelihood for her. On your special day, she is completely invested in capturing it in a way that you will want to remember for the rest of your life.
  
  1100 photographs later, I can confidently say Danielle was the perfect photographer for us. As I look at these photos, it stirs up all the emotions I had on our wedding day. Our photos are beautiful, full of light & love, & pure magic.

  Amazing wedding photographer!

  Working with Danielle was amazing, we could not recommend her more. We found Danielle based on her online reviews for our wedding, and she absolutely lived up to her stellar reputation. We appreciated how patient she was being able to stick with us after a 2 year long COVID delay. She really gets to know her couples and made us feel at ease. With big families, it can be difficult to organize so many people for different combinations of photos, but Danielle did it with ease. We loved all of her pre-wedding advice and surveys since it helped us ensure all the important moments that we wanted captured were captured and we now have beautiful photos to look back on from our special day. My whole family loved working with her so much that my sister said she would love to work with her one day when she gets married.

  The best photographer out there!

  There’s so much I could say about Danielle- she is detail oriented, truly cared about our experience, she is personable and made us feel comfortable, and she delivers the dreamiest most beautiful photos! She took our photos for both our engagement and wedding- I cannot recommend her enough! We had the very best experience and she made our wedding day such a dream!

  Love love love her!

  To be honest, we don’t even know where to start with our review for Danielle. From start to finish, Danielle was the most amazing, sweet, attentive, genuine photographer we could have ever imagine for our engagement photos and wedding. We never had professional photos done before and were a little nervous, but Danielle made everything so easy and fun! We felt like we had known her for years. We absolutely loved her and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone! We live in San Diego and she drove to us for both our engagement photos and wedding. We had to postpone our wedding date due to Covid and Danielle was understanding, made the date change easy, and even would check in with us to see how we were doing and feeling. Not all vendors make things easy or care, but she did! We are very organized people and wanted to make sure we stayed on track with photos and time and Danielle definitely delivered. She was on it and we appreciated that so much. Directing a lot of people where to go can be a challenge, but she did an exceptional job of it. We can’t thank her enough for our beautiful photos that took our breath away when we saw them. All our photos were beyond gorgeous that now we are having a hard time deciding which ones to get framed! You will NOT regret having Danielle as your photographer. She is simply the best!

  Above and beyond!

  We hired Danielle Bacon Photography for our engagement and wedding photos, but due to the pandemic, we decided to push our wedding date back. Danielle was so professional and incredibly accommodating to this change in plans, which helped take the stress out of the postponement! We chatted on the phone several times over the months and I felt so confident that she understood who we are as a couple and what our vision for our wedding was. We ended up deciding to do a small backyard ceremony with our closest friends and family on our original date and with only a few weeks notice, Danielle was able to travel to capture these moments for us. Without a coordinator for this smaller event, Danielle was so helpful every step of the way in thinking through the best place and time to have the ceremony and where we should take family photos. Even when we completely changed the plan on her less than 24 hours in advance, she was so calm, cool, and collected and was more focused on making sure I was feeling relaxed! She arrived early on the day of to scout out the neighborhood to find the best location for bridal photos -- and her spot did not disappoint! Danielle's demeanor is so lovely and pleasant, but also assertive to ensure that rogue family members or bridal party stay focused! We are so thankful for her thoughtfulness in capturing these special memories and are looking forward to working with her next year for our engagement and wedding (round two) photos! If you are looking for a photographer who is invested in your relationship and committed to delivering the highest quality product, we could not recommend Danielle more highly!

  Pandemic Wedding Success

  Danielle is an extraordinary person and photographer. I hired her a year out from our wedding and she persisted to get to know my husband and I the entire way. I was recommended to her by another photographer who accidentally double booked herself. I am so glad I landed DanielleBaconPhotography, I freak out thinking I could of had someone else! I have never hired a personal photographer before and I love the questionnaires and surveys she sends over to get to know the client. I now realize how IMPORTANT they are. Due to the pandemic, I never met Danielle until the day of our wedding, but you would never tell. She was as fun and professional as she was on the phone which made my husband very comfortable, he doesn't like the photos as much as me! I highly recommend her work to everyone who not only likes her style, but also to make the day run smoothly. Danielle was an exceptional communicator to my coordinator, especially since there were countless changes regarding new COVID guidelines. Together they collaborated to create the most memorable day. These two people must be flexible and Danielle has the personality to ease the nerves! I have received some sneak peaks of our day and I cannot wait to get more! She moved my hair from my mouth, expressed the good angles and the bad angles, and made sure my husband had his "real" smile on. My friends and family are ranting and raving over the quality of her photos. They are not too dark, not too light or washed out, lots of color, bright and beautiful.   Hire Danielle Immediately - you will not regret it!

  We found Danielle through our wedding planners, Pure Lavish Events. We booked a package that included engagement photos so we first met Danielle in June of 2019. We were a little nervous going into the pictures and she was AMAZING. She put us both at ease, helped pose us, got us to loosen up a little bit and we had a great time. Her energy was contagious and we clicked with her immediately! I felt like I knew her prior to the shoot. We walked away from that experience knowing we made the right decision with Danielle. The pictures turned out STUNNING and I knew our wedding photos would be amazing as well. I highly recommend doing your engagement and wedding photos with Danielle. It was great to meet her beforehand so when the wedding came around, it was so fun to see her again! We were supposed to get married on 6/7/20. Due to Covid, we ended up postponing twice and finally got married on 7/11/21. Danielle was so flexible, kind, and supportive along the way. She sent us a very detailed form to fill out prior to the wedding and a phone call a week out to make sure everything we were looking for got photographed - the vibe, details, etc. We hired Danielle for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. She was amazing at both. Danielle went to our venue the day before the wedding to scope out the best lighting and areas we should take pictures. This made our first look and bridal party shots smooth sailing. She knew exactly where we all needed to go and was very efficient with everyone's time! She was very detailed and kept it fun!! She brought a second photographer day of, Rebecca, to assist. She was also amazing and so friendly! Thank you Rebecca!! Both Danielle and Rebecca worked with us all day to get all the photos we were hoping for. They were patient, attentive and so sweet to work with! They kept it light and fun and never seemed tired (it was a long day). We've recently received a sneak peek of the pictures and we are in love. I was blown away looking through what she sent us so far. I can't wait to see the rest. If you are looking for a photographer in CA, please stop looking and hire Danielle. She made our day so much less stressful and being able to look back and remember the day through the photos she took is priceless. She goes above and beyond and is honestly worth every penny. She captured us perfectly and made our experience so great the 3 times we've been lucky enough to work with her! I cannot recommend her enough. We are grateful to Danielle for being such a huge part of our big day and for giving us such amazing photographs that we can look back on forever. Thank you for everything! You were truly a joy to work with and I hope we can do it again soon!

  The photographer of our dreams

  We hired Danielle for both our engagement and wedding shoot and she is absolutely the best. Danielle is so talented and amazing! She definitely made sure to get to know us and constantly checking on us until the day of our wedding. For our engagement shoot she made sure that we were happy, comfortable and most importantly having a good time. The pictures came out amazing she definitely captured us as who we are. She is so detailed from the beginning to the very end. The quality of service she provides is the very best.   Perfection!

  Danielle is insanely amazing at her job! She did both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures! They came out beyond perfect. Absolutely blew our expectations out of the water! Her photos are something that we get to treasure for the rest of our lives!!!

  Danielle took our engagement photos and photographed our wedding.

  Danielle is absolutely amazing! From the moment I met her I knew she would capture the best day of our lives perfectly! Danielle did our engagement photos and photographed our wedding! She did such an amazing job at capturing all of our details. She definitely loves what she does and it shows! She responded quickly to all of my emails and answered all of my questions! Danielle also made our wedding day go smoothly with her directions we were able to accomplish all of the important photos. We just received our wedding album from her and it’s absolutely amazing! She captured our special day so perfectly that when I look back on all of the pictures I can remember that day perfectly! We will definitely use Danielle again for our family photos to come!

  Danielle Bacon is not only super professional, but she was amazing to work with on the day of our wedding! She was fun, lively, sweet, has great personality and made the picture taking process so fun and memorable! The quality of our wedding photos is absolutely gorgeous!!   Photography was one of the most important aspects of our wedding. We knew we wanted a natural style and not too heavily edited. We did lots of research and inquired with several photographers before making a decision. Danielle was gracious enough to work with our busy schedules and took the time to meet with us in person to address any questions and concerns we had at the time. From the moment we met her, we felt comfortable around her. We felt like we were chatting with one of our friends. We have both never been that comfortable around the camera and posing for our pictures, but Danielle made us feel at ease. Having our engagement session was so much fun and she did an excellent job at capturing our inner joy. We were so delighted with our engagement pictures and received so many compliments. After our engagement session, we kept in frequent contact with her during the nine months leading up to the big day. One of our biggest concerns was with doing a "first look". We opted not to initially, and then changed our minds at the last minute. She was so accommodating and boy, we do not regret doing it. We gave a long list of different combinations of family we wanted to be photographed with, and Danielle and her assistant were very professional with working with everyone and different personalities. When we received all of our wedding photos, looking at them brought us right back to that joyous day and brought the same emotions to us that we felt then. We have received so many compliments (such as "Wow! These pictures should be in a bridal magazine!"), and requests for prints. Overall, we had a such an awesome experience working with her, and will work with her again in the future if we have anymore milestones :). Thank you Danielle for capturing one of the most important days of our lives!

  Danielle did an AMAZING job capturing my wedding day. All of her photos are breathtaking and I couldn't be happier to have picked her as my wedding photographer! I'd recommend her (and already have) to anyone! In addition to her talent, she's super sweet, funny and easy to get along with! She's seriously the best. Thank you, Danielle!   Danielle exceeded our expectations & more! She truly is the BEST at what she does. My husbands never a fan of taking pictures .. but Danielle brought it out of him. She has the best personality & made us feel so comfortable! She's super easy to work with & knows exactly how to pose you & make you look good!   I don't think I could ever truly describe just how amazingly awesome Danielle is. She was truly a blessing to us who automatically made us both comfortable in front of her camera. She made the day seem like we were hanging out with a friend instead of a stranger which coming from someone who is on the shy side that's saying a lot. She left us feeling exciting to see the end results of one of the greatest days of our life's and let me tell you she did not disappoint at all.

  Will definitely be using Danielle in the future! She has the most amazing lighting and is super creative! The whole process was super smooth as she always checked in and created a perfect timeline for wedding photos. She got the photos done faster than expected and I have already favorited over 500!!! As a former model, I have high expectations and Danielle exceeded them! She literally loves love and her photographs prove it!

  Danielle did an absolutely incredible job with our photos. She has a great artistic eye and was able to produce some incredible shots not just with her editing skills but using the shooting environment and the personality of her clients. I felt like she took the time to get to know my husband and I and our families. She also does a great job of helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera. I know I get camera shy and can produce some weird faces, but her direction and warm personality really helped me to feel comfortable. And the shots look natural! I definitely recommend Danielle!

  Danielle is wonderful! I loved her laid back energy on the day of the event, she made sure we got all our pictures and she had awesome time management. Her photo album is included and also gorgeous and high quality.

  Danielle was quick to respond and very professional with everything. Her personality is why my husband and I booked her- so sweet and easy to get along with. Her photos look so natural and can make anyone look great:) on our wedding day there was a mishap with my dress getting wrinkled and you literally can't tell in any of the photos...neither my husband or I are into taking pictures... she did a great job at making us feel comfortable and look great. My one HUGE recommendation to all of the brides out there is to give yourself lots of time the day of the wedding and definitely choose her photo package with the longer time frame!;) Thank you so much for everything, Danielle- you're a fantastic person :)

From the first time my now husband and I saw her portfolio online and then chatted with her over the phone, we knew she was the photographer we were looking for. Danielle has a very warm, sweet, and fun personality which makes working with her for your entire wedding day an absolute dream. She definitely seemed more like a friend taking photos than a hired photographer, which is exactly what you want on your special day! The fact that she does an engagement photo shoot session is also fantastic so that you can get to know one another more personally before the actual wedding day.
  
  Danielle is also great at giving direction and instruction on how to pose for photos. She does it in a very friendly and patient way. She will even come up with great scenarios to get you and your partner looking genuine and natural. She has a fantastic eye for backgrounds, lighting, and placement. All of our photos turned out absolutely gorgeous. She keeps her aesthetics consistent across her entire album and provides high quality photos that captures the scenery, mood, and your love for one another.
  
  Lastly, Danielle goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are happy with their photos and with her services. She answered all of my emails very promptly, worked with me on revising my whole wedding day schedule, and kept time to our itinerary throughout. She also took candid photos of our family and friends throughout the whole day and constantly checked in with us to see how we were doing and who/what we'd like to take photos with as the reception was under way.
  
  I cannot recommend Danielle enough! Grab her for your big day before she's no longer available to book! You won't only leave having hired a wonderfully talented photographer--you will actually leave with someone you consider a very close friend. :)

  Danielle was such a wonderful addition to our wedding team. She immediately saw my vision for the day and was so excited to capture the moments. She beautiful captured the essence of the space and of every person. Every smile was genuine and we all were laughing throughout the day. She was on quick to respond and so awesome to work with.
