  I own Midwest DJ Productions. We recently had the pleasure of working with Megan Potter and Dare to Dream Weddings at Jan Serr studios for Nikki & Felipe’s wedding. From the start, communication was amazing. She was polite, professional and very detail oriented. During the event she worked hard to keep everyone organized and on task but was always calm, cool and collected. She is a leader in her industry and it definitely shows. Everything turned out absolutely phenomenal. Can’t wait to work with Megan and her team again in the future! If you are considering hiring this company, I would highly recommend you do it.   Jamie was Amazing!

  Jamie was an amazing coordinator. We worked together as my day of coordinator, so we connected about 6 weeks out from the wedding and I really can't imagine going through the final stretch without her. She was flexible, professional, communicative, and so friendly. We had some extra complicating coordination pieces towards the end since Milwaukee was a destination wedding for us, and we weren't able to get in and start decorating the venue until about an hour and a half before the ceremony started but she was able to get everything done. We couldn't have asked for better support!

  Jamie was an amazing coordinator. We worked together as my day of coordinator, so we connected about 6 weeks out from the wedding and I really can't imagine going through the final stretch without her. She was flexible, professional, communicative, and so friendly.   1000% hire DTD

  I used DTD for month-of coordination for my wedding a few weeks ago. I worked with Megan and could not have been more pleased. She is SO responsive, even before one month out I could email her and she'd get back to me promptly. We had a few last minute changes and she took them like a champ and handled everything. We planned our event from out of state and Megan made it feel completely effortless. She is so professional while also being approachable and has an air of authority that no one in the wedding party will question. She was incredibly helpful at the rehearsal, as we had a friend officiating our wedding and he had never done one before. He had a lot of questions and Megan was crucial in helping him work out an quirks. She also handled all of the clean up after the reception and it was so quick! Before I knew it everything was packed up and loaded into cars - it was such a breeze. If I had to choose one vendor to recommend to other brides - it would absolutely be Megan with DTD.

  Completely stress free!

  We worked with Megan for about 5 weeks before our wedding. I wanted someone to figure out all of the logistics, tell me what to do and when to do it, and execute the entire wedding day so I could relax and basically just show up to my own wedding. Megan went above and beyond. She understood our non-traditional choices (standing ceremony, no bridal parties, no formal dances, etc.) and seamlessly worked with our vendors to make sure it all worked. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator but Megan was 100% the most valuable part of my wedding planning.

  We worked with Megan for about 5 weeks before our wedding.   Stress free wedding!

  We worked with Jen for a full year before our wedding in September and she was amazing! She kept us on track each month, and made sure everything we wanted was included in our wedding. She had great recommendations for vendors, and had no problem working with different vendors that we wanted. We definitely felt in control of our own wedding plans, but we knew she was always there to help point us in the right direction and keep us on track. Our wedding went perfectly (as far as I know!), and we know it was all because of Jen!

  I worked with Sara S. as our Day of Coordinator. We live in Australia so I knew I wanted someone on the ground to help with all the last minute things that pop up. I honestly couldn't have done it with out Sarah. She was professional, insightful, calming and a pleasure to work with.

  Jen from Dare to Dream was our day of/month of planner for our May 27 wedding downtown Milwaukee. We met with her when we were interviewing planners and I got a good feeling right away. She was hands off up until about a month and a half before the wedding.   I can't say enough great things about Megan at Dare to Dreams Weddings. I talked to 4 or 5 different vendors and I knew right away that Megan would be the best fit for my Type A personality. Not only is she personable and helpful but she goes above and beyond to help make your wedding day perfect.

  Day of Coordination with Dare to Dream was incredibly helpful! We were able to check-in throughout the planning process and then Dare to Dream took over right when I got stressed. On the wedding day, it was so great to know someone was making sure everything ran smoothly. Megan was great to work with - my fiance, parents, and myself - all very different people - always had positive consultations with Megan. She was professional and followed through with everything!

From the very beginning Megan answered my million questions with a timely response and always had a solution to something I wasn’t sure about, whether it was a vendor or small design details.
  
  The weeks leading up to our wedding Megan took over everything and finished all of the final details. She worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect and all of the vendors knew where to be and when. Megan was easily able to get the attention of our 20 person wedding party and run our rehearsal with about 30-40 people. Our wedding day went off without a hitch - and if there were any issues I was completely unaware because Megan took care of every little thing so I didn’t have to worry and could just enjoy our big day. (Which is SO important!)
  
  Megan is very knowledgable of the industry, hard working, and so sweet! Not only did we love working with her but so did our family and wedding party. I can’t recommend her enough for your big day!

She's very on top of talking with all of the vendors and is really good with email correspondence. She also meets with you and is very flexible with meeting dates which was awesome for my husband and I because we had very busy schedules and little time to meet. I couldn't be more happy with having hired Jen, and even my family commented on how nice she was at the ceremony practice/wedding!   Megan did an amazing job for our wedding. We did the Diamond dreams package, so we had assistance with planning including vendor recommendations, monthly to-do's, setting up the day-of timeline with vendors, and then organization on the day-of. The monthly planning and vendor recommendations was really helpful because we were planning from out of town. She also set up a budget for us so we knew about how much to spend on each vendor. She went to our tasting with us and was really helpful when talking to all vendors to know exactly what questions to ask them.
  
  Really the best part of having her for our wedding planner was her services on the wedding weekend. We met with her Friday to give her all the stuff for our reception and ceremony, so we didn't have to worry about it. She ran our rehearsal, as our officiant was a friend. On the actual wedding day I had nothing at all to worry about because she had set up a timeline with the vendors and was in contact with all of them throughout the process. I had one vendor contact me on the morning of the wedding, and I just sent Megan a text with their questions and she took care of everything. It was really priceless to have her there on the day of to make sure everything was on time and take care of any last minute problems. There is really nothing I wish would have gone smoother - we had a completely perfect day with no hiccups.

  Megan did an amazing job for our wedding. We did the Diamond dreams package, so we had assistance with planning including vendor recommendations, monthly to-do's, setting up the day-of timeline with vendors, and then organization on the day-of. The monthly planning and vendor recommendations was really helpful because we were planning from out of town. She also set up a budget for us so we knew about how much to spend on each vendor. She went to our tasting with us and was really helpful when talking to all vendors to know exactly what questions to ask them.
  
  Really the best part of having her for our wedding planner was her services on the wedding weekend. We met with her Friday to give her all the stuff for our reception and ceremony, so we didn't have to worry about it. She ran our rehearsal, as our officiant was a friend. On the actual wedding day I had nothing at all to worry about because she had set up a timeline with the vendors and was in contact with all of them throughout the process. I had one vendor contact me on the morning of the wedding, and I just sent Megan a text with their questions and she took care of everything. It was really priceless to have her there on the day of to make sure everything was on time and take care of any last minute problems.
