  Truly a God send

  I am late posting this review. My wedding was in September 2023. However, Trudy is the best day-of-wedding coordinator I could have asked for. As soon as Trudy joined my wedding planning party. Everything was smooth sailing from then on. I was LESS STRESSED with her by my side planning this massive day. She is stern and serious about her responsibilities relating to your wedding. However, she is SO KIND, thoughtful, and generous. I cannot thank her and her team enough for just taking over and making my husband's and I's day what we dreamt it to be. She and her team had to manage a crowd filled with 97% African family members. I am more than pleased to say they did a fantastic job making sure the entire day ran smoothly and every guest was well-informed and having a great, fun time. Thank you Darling D's for sending us Trudy. We forever appreciate all of her and the team's efforts in making our wedding a beautiful day.

  Best coordinator

  Darcie and her team made my day the easiest day I could of ever asked for. Darcie was with me every step of the way, always answering any of my questions, always helping me with any concerns and worries. I couldn’t imagine having a better coordinator than her.

  Rustic Chic Wedding

  It was amazing to work with them! Darcie reminded me about small details for the wedding that I hadn't even thought about. 20 minutes before my outdoor ceremony it started to rain, but Darcie was able to move it inside to the barn instantly to make it a comfy, cozy, beautiful barn ceremony without hesitation which took the stress off of me. Highly, highly recommend working with them!

  Responsive, Professional, Good Eye for Style

  Darcie and her company did a fantastic job providing our arbor for our backyard wedding. They were always available to talk on the phone, update, were flexible, positioned the arbor exactly where we requested, and they did a beautiful job with the drapery. Highly recommend.

  I know a perfect 5 star rating is rare however, so is this team of ladies!

  Darcie and Trudy are AMAZING at what they do. They truly brought my vision to life with an amazing array of silvers, rose and mint. Do not hesitate. They were with me through this whole thing and i'm confident they will treat you so good. I felt like a princess on my day and the decor was perfectly done. Every time i saw them, it was nothing but support. They worked in the background just flawlessly. I can't say enough.....I actually find myself now missing my check ins from Darcie. On point business. Highly recommend to anyone looking to feel like a real VIP!

  Absolutely Amazing!

  Darling D's Events made planning our wedding so easy! I kid you not they helped me to stay on track and keep in mind I was a full time student while I was planning our wedding (therefore I was prone to forgetting everything). Darcie and Trudy were so kind and loving toward us. We felt like such close friends during the whole planning process. Everything we dreamed of came to life with the skills of these lovely women. We couldn't have done it without them. If you guys see this, love you!

  Created my dream wedding!

  Darcie and her team made my day an amazing experience. All of the worries that people told me I would experience around my wedding were non existent thanks to her help! She planned my wedding with me for almost a year and a half and through COVID and still managed to make my Pinterest board come to life. She also dealt with my goofy bridal and grooms party with the patience of a saint. I have gotten endless compliments about my wedding from family and friends about how perfect my wedding was. I would highly recommend the packages she has because all of the vendors she works with are amazing! Thank you, Darcie and crew for the most amazing wedding ever!

  Personal, caring, detail oriented...the best of the best!

  Wow these ladies are above and beyond from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. Although we planned our VA wedding from FL, they made sure we were in the loop and made everything possible. The day was a dream come true and I can’t thank them enough. Even with the big day going by so fast and seeing so many faces, we recognized all the hard work Darcie and Victoria did during the wedding and appreciated every single bit of it. They are such an amazing team and have nothing but great things to say about them. We didn’t have one thing to stress about thanks to them. I am so blessed to have the best wedding planner that made our special day so magical. 1000% recommend!!!

The whole day was flawless with Darcie taking care of every single detail (even having extra seating and place settings when two guest showed up without RSVPing).   Perfection

  Darling D's was absolutely amazing! Getting married this past summer was scary because of covid, but Darcie handled everything perfectly! I had nothing to worry about and my wedding day was the best day of my life! I would recommend them to everyone!!

  Covid weddding

  We had originally planned to get married in May of 2020 but unfortunately had to reschedule to September. Darling D’s helped us seamlessly move the date and was there every step of the way even when we needed to make guest cuts. The use of Vintage is for Lovers gave us everything we needed to ensure we had a great day!

  Trudy and Darcie are the best it gets! They coordinated my wedding at the Glasgow Farm on November 3rd and it was truly perfect! They made us feel like they actually cared about making our day special and we couldn’t have pulled it all together without all of their very inciteful and creative help! We are so grateful for them!

They were extremely responsive through-out the year with monthly check-ins and to-do's, helped with rentals (Vintage is for Lovers) and was such a nice shoulder to lean on when you're a first time bride and have no idea what you're doing. :) Darcie handled everything the day of our wedding and everything went smoothly! Definitely will use them again for another party event and highly recommend!

  Darcie and the Darling D's staff did a fantastic job for our wedding. She was terrifically organized and helpful. The wedding was exactly what we wanted and was the result of her expertise and, at times, patience. She recommended some top notch vendors including Clearwater Grill catering (The food and service was amazing and was much complimented by our guests. We would recommend Nathan and Clearwater Grill to anyone!!) And Kerry Renee Photography (who worked with us at all phases of the wedding). We would highly recommend Darling D's Events to anyone and everyone that is planning a major event or wedding!! Magnificent job!!! Thank you.

  We used Darling D's as a day-of coordinator for our wedding this November, and couldn't have been happier. They were responsive, kept to our schedule, and helped us throw the wedding of our dreams. And while we planned the wedding ourselves, Darcie reminded us any missed details and with Jeannie, helped set up, breakdown, and oversee a perfect event.

  Darcie is an amazing person! She helped us organize everything for our wedding including rentals and decorations. We used her month of services and she made sure all of our vendors were in order for the big day. She sure took a lot of pressure and stress off of us and our families. We had such a perfect wedding because of Darcie!

  We hired Darling D's for our rentals, decorations, and month/day of coordination and I honestly can say that our wedding would not have happened without them! We were stressed and struggling and Darcie was able to take control of the coordination with all of our vendors and Jeannie was a fabulous day of coordinator. We were able to enjoy every minute of our wedding without any stress or worry. Darcie is amazing at responding to emails, using her rentals to design your vision perfectly, and encouraging you that the wedding will be amazing despite the rain. The decorations were beautiful, I was amazed when I walked into the reception venue and saw the design, it was perfect. You will not regret hiring Darling D's for your event!
