  Pefection for Our Small Wedding

  David on guitar and his accompaniment on violin were absolutely wonderful for our wedding. They provided background music that was recognizable, based upon a recommendation play list we presented in advance, and professionally performed. We received so many compliments from our guests. The business end was simple and efficient and David was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. I enjoyed the music so much, I would consider hiring David again just to have at a dinner party! Thanks so much for making our special day so memorable.

  David is the Best!

  David was an amazing performer. He arrived on time and ready to perform, and his guitar playing was beautiful. David responded promptly and professionally to all of our emails, the process of working with him was smooth and well organized. We even had a special request for a song, which he transcribed to play on the Spanish Guitar, as an amazing rendition! I highly recommend David!

  Excellent!!!!

  David and his partner Romulo exceeded our expectations (which were very high already since we knew they are high caliber musicians). David was so helpful from day one, helping us choose the music and learning new songs per our request (our song was a salsa, and I can’t even imagine how he transcribed it to guitar and violin!) Their music was so wonderful, it felt like such a luxury having them! All of our guests were charmed and asked about the incredible musicians as well. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

  We could not have been happier with David's music. He's a true pro. We had pretty unique song choices for our wedding (contemporary songs from old alternative bands) and David was able to master them just within 2 weeks. He also played Cuban songs, classical etc. His range is impressive along with being a genuinely good person to work with.

  David did the music for our ceremony only, but he did a really great job! I chose "In My Life" by the Beatles for the processional, and "The Wind" by Cat Stevens as my entrance song, and his arrangements were gorgeous and romantic. The transition was seamless, and he was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. David also played as my guests were entering, and did a beautiful job. All in all, it was about an hour and a half of music. I would highly recommend him as a vendor for a small to medium sized venue.

  I just signed up for Wedding Wire purely to recommend David Galvez. We asked for a classical guitar & violin combo, and David Galvez and Romulo Benavides were amazing. They played a series of songs we requested for the ceremony, in a way that seamlessly wove them together. This was especially impressive because the songs were indie pop, one or two even a bit experimental, and listening to beautiful string renditions as we walked down the aisle made the ceremony even more meaningful. For the cocktail hour, they played an incredible mix of classical and bossa nova. I kept fearing that I was being too demanding, as the songs we requested that they learn required so much translation and customization. Throughout, they were warm, professional, and exquisitely skilled. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  David was wonderful at our wedding and even learned one of our favorite songs for our ceremony, which was a very special touch on our wedding day. He was attentive in the planning phase and gave a great performance at our wedding. We were very happy with David and would highly recommend him!

  David is a wonderful guitar player. We hired him to play for our daughter's wedding ceremony and specifically requested "Musseta's Waltz" as her processional.   David is a true professional and talented musician. He performed at our wedding last weekend and brought beauty, balance and passion to the ceremony. He was responsive from beginning to end, meeting with us in advance to select pieces within our specific parameters of Spanish Classical and lesser-known baroque...he blew away the music snobs in the audience for sure! Highest recommendation.
