    En David's Bridal encontramos una gran variedad de vestidos de novia con un trato excelente, profesional para conmigo(novia), mi mamá, y el séquito. Su gerente Marianela y nuestra anfitriona Astrid fueron muy atentas, dedicadas y muy sensibles gracias por ayudarnos a que el dia de mi boda fuera uno inolvidable.     Work with a professional group it's always good, but work with these ladies was extraordinary! I went a year before the wedding to find my dress and they found 4 styles of Vera Wang new collection (2011-2012). The third style that I put on was the chosen one. Me and my bridesmaids found the perfect dresses and we were happy and excited shop on David's Bridal Puerto Rico. I highly recommend this store and it's manager!

    This was the first gown I tried on during my first visit to the store and immediately knew it was the wedding gown of my dreams. I tried on five other ones and then put this one on again.

    Very good employees. I have been there so many times and they always treat me like family and they are very respectful! Now when it comes to the fitting they are very expensive. That's my only complain!

    I live in the Virgin Islands but flew to Puerto Rico, just to go to David's Bridal. When I entered no one notice me because they were busy helping a group of teenagers who seems to be preparing for some type of formal even. When someone came, she was very friendly but seems like she just wanted a sale instead of finding the best type of dress for my body type (14). Money was not an option but the dresses she keep saying looked the best was the most expensive, long dresses.. I was getting married on the beach. With David's Bridal you cant go wrong with the prices but there was not a variety of dresses in my size and I had to settle. If I could do it again, I would have flew to the mainland, closest Miami to get my dress. They were able to prepare my dress for me the same day since I was flying back to the Virgin Islands.

    Love, love, love my dress! I went in different days and the service varied from person to person, but overall was happy with the experience.

    I went here because I knew i could find a great dress and an even greater price. I did. i love love love my dress. Yet, the service was not OK. I went so excited with my mom and sister, but when i showed the sales person pictures of dresses i would like to try on... her firsts words were "in your size i dont think we have much but let me check".. Im an 8. 'Making the bride feel fat is not the way to sale a dress. I stayed because every other store was to expensive. That a side, and with the help of my sister I found a beautiful dress. When i went back for the first feting one of the girls asked me if I wanted a push up cup because i looked flat. i almost cried... and the person doing my adjustments was in training i left scared. Thank god all went well.
    If you are looking for a great dress at a great price this is the place. They have a lot of different options. But be sure to go with an awesome support group.

    I had mixed feeling regarding my experience. I bought my wedding gown and a dress to wear at the reception as well. The first time I was greeted pretty quickly and was attended by a lovely young lady who showed me the dresses I wanted to try as well as gave me one that she believed would work for me. I ended up with the one that she chose because it was perfect! I have no complaints on my first visit.
    My second visit was to find a short dress to wear to the reception and they were busy that day. I waited over an hour to be attended, the service that day was awful except for one attendant that saw I was distressed and unattended and took the time to try to see and meet my needs.
    As far as alteration services, the lady was also very lovely but the price for alteration was about as much as the cost of my gown. Spent $800 on my wedding dress on sale, $250 for my short dress and spent about $500 on alterations alone.

    Overall, try to make an appointment on a day you consider to be a slow day (like a weekday) so they're not overwhelmed with customers, buy a dress that fits like a glove and if you need alterations try to compare prices somewhere else. The prices are steep.

    It wasn't a bad experience, but it could have been better and it's not as cheap as they may make it seem.

    In terms of variety and cost, no one beats David's Bridal: you're almost certain to find a dress that will make you happy. However, they try to sell you everything they can --even things you don't need (like, in my case, a slip even though my dress already had a slip attached to it)-- and their return policy is awful since they do not return your money, only give store credits. The tailors are excellent, though.

    The place was hard to find, and the girls working in the store were not able to provide sufficient directions. Once I arrived to the store, the women spoke about me in Spanish, thinking I did not understand, which I did not appreciate. They were rude, and not helpful. I had one attendant who was working with me decide she was not going to work with me and transferred me to a new attendant because I was refusing to buy a veil for $155. I love the dresses they offer, but the service at this exact location is horrible. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Ever!

    This review is for my bridesmaids, maid of honor and mother dresses. My wedding party lives in PR so I travel and went with them to select the dresses, after the selection I was told that the dresses wouldn't arrived on time for the wedding. It was 2/6/08, and the wedding date was 5/3/08. Apparently, they have a 14 weeks delivery period. We had to change the dresses styles and the color of the maid of honor for those that could be delivered within 9-10 weeks. I honestly don't understand why was this since I ordered my dress, and specifically one of my bridesmaid dresses at another location (Woodbridge, VA) after Feb 10th and both arrived within the week. I had to call several times to verify the dresses status as the wedding day got closer, each time I called I was told a dress had arrived but I was never contacted and the dresses were on location for several days. Also, one needs to give them 6 weeks for alterations or they required an expedite fee (all my bridesmaids ended going for alterations outside the shop, at lower costs and return time). My mother's dress was the wrong size and we received it 2 weeks before the wedding, they asked if we wanted to reorder the correct size (????-14 more weeks?). I ended asking for a voucher (which they gave us) and finding the perfect dress at the David's Bridal in Woodbridge, VA.

    Fui a David's Bridal y esta tienda me dejó triste de ver tanto vestido mal diseñado. Hice una cita en Isabella Bride con Elda Samano y me hizo el vestido de mis sueños. Hizo también los vestidos de todas mis damas y mi mami. Fue bien detallista con las cosas que se necesitaban añadir o quitar, dándole un toque clásico. Busquen en la Ave Domenech #120 San Juan, Puerto Rico o traten al 787-751-9848.

    Worst services ever!!! They you do not understand customer services at all. We were treated like I was us how have to served them. They did not acknowledge that the customer is spending money and time. The worst was the manager that talk to us like we were animals.
