    I took my first dress back and ultimately ended up with an Oleg Cassani on clearance for a fraction of the original price!

    Friendly staff. They even exchanged my shoes after the size I ordered didn't quite fit right.

    Going to Davids Bridal was a Wonderful experience at first I brought my dress and it fit just right but I brought it three months early and I lost 40 pounds before the wedding so I called my consultant Zundra and she told me to come up and bring the dress so I took my dress and they exchanged it with a smaller size with no hassle at all. I brought my veil, garter, shoes, bustier and accesories from here and if I have to say so myself I was Beautiful!!!!

    What can I say? They were great! But watch out for overpriced accessories. You can get the same slip for less money at a department store.

    I got my shoes from them. They were not the most comfortable things but they were cute. If I had it to do over, I would go for comfort.

    Great service! My bridesmaids and I had to wait less than 5 mins before we were greeted by our consultant, Antwon. He was able to guess everyone's size just by looking at their body shape and find a dress that we all fell in love with so we didn't have to try on more than one dress. When it came to finding my wedding dress, Antwon made sure to ask me what I did and didn't like in a dress and selected dresses that were all in my price range. If you have to go to this David's Bridal store before the end of Jan. 2016, I highly recommend requesting Antwon as your consultant before he transfers to the New Orleans store.

    Everything was fine, They only seemed to have a problem getting back to me quickly...My dress was beautiful, and they fit it JUST perfect.

    David's Bridal is an amazing place to go and shop for your wedding needs. I made an appointment, found my dress. Made another appointment for the bridesmaids, they went and found all their dresses fast and easy. They are professional and very cooperative. Willing to help find everything we needed to make My special Day as wonderful as possible.

    Our particular associate was amazing! I married an army soldier and wasn't sure of the military dress colors... her brother is an active army and she calls him to verify everything for me. She was great!

    I went to David's Briday just to look for a dress and I ended up finding the perfect dress. The service wasn't the best, but I knew what I wanted before I went in there so I didn't need that much help on finding a style.

    Had a lot of problems with this vendor. Would not agree to ordering new dress, would only sell dresses off the floor. Once agreed to new dress, did not get new dress, they just ordered another dress from the AL store. Wanted money back, but they wouldn't give it. Ended up having to get a completely different dress. It was okay in the end, but I still wish I had gone somewhere else.

    I was aggrevated by David Bridal's service because they rushed me to make a decision on my bridesmaid dresses by stating that it would take 6 weeks for the dresses to be shipped and another 6 weeks for altermations. I hastily decided on a dress and once my girls placed the order, the dresses were shipped within 2 weeks. I feel like I could have had more time to make my decision if the sales lady wasn't so pushy.

    I think David's Bridal could stand to have a little more creativity in its choices, but overall, the store is recommendable.

    Terrible experience at the David'd Bridal in Jackson. The sales associate had to be new or just did not know what was going on. She got me the wrong sizes for my undergarments and dress and said "well we don't have your size, so I guess you should just order a size up to be safe." Now I have a dress that is 2 sizes too big and will cost me a fortune in alterations. The only good thing was that it shipped very quickly.

    I got my veil. Matched perfectly with my dress but i didnt get much help because i had already purchased my dress from somewhere else.

    My experiences at Davids Bridal were good and bad. For my first appointment I had a really sweet consultant who seemed eager to help me find the perfect dress...however it would take 4 appointments later to find "the one". The consultants in between were very rude and impatient and tried to persuade me into buying dresses that were beautiful but just werent me, they seemed more concerned about making a sale than helping me to find my dream dress. I would advise all brides-to-be to not be persuaded by the sales consultants when choosing the perfect dress, but choose the perfect dress based on how you imagine yourself looking on your wedding day!

    I had the worst experience dealing with David's Bridal. I never give bad reviews and never complain but being a new bride and a nervous bride, the quality of service was awful. There one guy in there I think his name was donte, he was always nice and cordial and willing to help you but I Also noticed that becAuse he was this way everyone wanted him to help them so he juggle a lot on his own. The lady that was suppose to be over my appointment showed me no attention she would pull a dress and leave and we had to often go look for her when we needed something. It was not personable at all and no bride should be made to feel that way. There was also other appointments going on during your appointment so there would be men or boys back there by the dressing rooms so when you step out and your back is out or under garments showing it's in front of these men that should not happen and not be tolerated. I did not come in to get embarrassed or made uncomfortable. I found my dress at David's Bridal with Donte help and I thank him for his help bit because of the other areas I will never go back to David's Bridal. My experience was ruined and that's not what I waited my whole life for.
