  Our wedding

  She CRUSHED it! Every meeting was productive and she saw our vision immediately and took so much off our plate. Our venue had a few issues and she had our back and straightened them out fast. I couldn’t recommend a better day-of coordinator. My wife and I are very happy and feel like we also made a great friend in the process. Our entire wedding went on time and we weren’t even feeling rushed. Very affordable too!

  Lindsey was amazing!! She made sure everything wen t well ok wedding day and it truly wouldn’t have gone as good without her. 10/10 recommend!!

  Lindsey is the best!

  I highly recommend Lindsey to coordinate your wedding. She had open and easy communication throughout the whole process. She really sees your vision and makes it the best it can be. During the day she was there when I needed her, took care of all the vendors and set up, and made the day run so smoothly.

  Perfect fall wedding

  Lindsey was a pleasure to work with and helped with every part of our wedding planning. She reduced my wedding planning anxiety and made the wedding day a stress-free experience.
  Specifically, Lindsey helped me set up a wedding day timeline, develop ideas for the ceremony, and come up with realistic plans given the budget we were aiming for. She did all the month of coordinating with each vendor, and ensured everyone arrived at a good time to prep the area for the wedding day. She also ran our ceremony rehearsal, which ended up being critical - she noted all kinds of details I didn't even think about!
  Lindsey was friendly, warm, and professional - everyone in our family and friends that worked with her had nothing but wonderful things to say. If you need help planning your wedding and need a person who will listen to you, provide great ideas, and help you make the wedding truly reflect you and your partner, Lindsey is perfect!

  Excellent experience with Lindsey

  Hiring Lindsey was possibly the best investment that we made for our wedding. We purchased the day-of coordination package, but she was also incredibly helpful in the days and weeks leading up to the wedding! She made sure everything ran very smoothly so that my husband and I could enjoy our special day without having to put out fires or coordinate with vendors. She was wonderful! I would highly recommend her services, especially to couples who are planning their wedding on their own.

  A great decision!

  Hiring Lindsey as our day of coordinator was one of our best wedding decisions. We had several meetings with her before leading up the event. Lindsey remained responsive and detail oriented throughout the process, and kept everything on track on the big day. She is incredibly easy to work with and really cares about her job. We highly recommend her!

  Hire for a stress free day

  Lindsey was amazing and made our day as stress free as possible. We used her for the partial planning option and she was great at helping us tie up any loose ends that we needed and some that we didn't realize we needed. She was very communicative throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family for their wedding planning needs!

(She literally got drenched moving in our decor from outside to inside when the rain decided to show up before our ceremony- she was truly a rockstar!) She constantly checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. We cannot recommend her enough to couples wanting support on their wedding days.

  Beautiful & Special Wedding

  Lindsey did everything to make sure our day was perfect! She made sure our wishes were carried out in timely detail. She made suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of, but never tried to influence our decisions either. Stress was minimal, as she had taken care of everything possible.   I hired a day of coordinator as I had a DIY wedding so I hired a coordinator for the wedding day. She was always punctual for our scheduled appointments. She gave feedback and suggestions on how how event order should be, decorated the wedding venue and coordinated my wedding. I didn't have to handle all of the problems that arose during the wedding and unexpected events.
  She did everything I had requested except that I had to take majority of my wedding favors, and all the wedding menu and the wedding programs as she didn't put them on the table. Overall, she did a great job with the entire event, she was very professional, extremely reliable and saved me from the stress of coordinating the entire. Would recommend her services.
