  Dustylynn and Leroy were very helpful through out my process of choosing what i wanted to eat for my wedding. They would get back to me quickly and helped me every step of the way. They made my catering very easy to book.

  We felt so good going with a husband and wife duo for our wedding catering. They were such nice people and willing to work with us in so many ways. The food is phenomenal and we were complimented all night on our choices. They helped make our day very special and everything went perfectly.

  LeRoy & Dusty were Amazing. They were professional, polite & respectful. They had a beautiful set up, for our food tasting & the selections of meats were exquisite! Not to mention that the portions were more than normal. The taste was highly enjoyable & great in taste. Both my husband and I, were blow out of the water when we sampled their food choices. My guests were really impressed with the food & that made us, extremely happy customers!! We highly reccomened Dusty & LeRoy not only for their expirience but for their positive personality & willingness to make your needs.

  These people are perfect - hire them! Our price came out to about $14 per person for 150 guests (so affordable) for the most delicious meal - BBQ Chicken sandwiches, red potatoes, the most delicious mac and cheese, and a very tasty spinach salad. I received so many compliments from guests about the quality of the food. They are professional, serve the food for guests so you don't have to worry about running out (so many delicious leftovers), and made the buffet table look nice too. LeRoy and DustyLynn hosted a wonderful tasting for my partner and I and our parents before our wedding to help choose our menu (the fajitas are so good too). They responded to messages quickly, made choosing a menu and making arrangements for the day-of easy, and were kind and pleasant to work with at all times. We would definitely hire them again for another large event, or even for a family anniversary party or something of that nature.

They were on the ball the entire time, and never let any of the food hit empty. We loved our wedding, and we thought it went really well, but if I had to sort out all of the compliments we received, De La Hi was the most frequent!
  
  If you want to have a sure-fire piece of your wedding plan, they are it.

  They were very willing to work with food allergies and did not charge us any additional fee because we had people with allergies in our family. We had the food cooked on site it smelled wonderful. It was done on time and our guest loved it. We also had them do the cake cutting.

  The food is absolutely outstanding and I would recommend them to everyone I know for all of the above reasons! Best Chili Colorado I have ever had and their Tamales are simply irresistible!!!
