  LOVED our photographers!

  We cannot recommend Dear Fern Photography enough! Lizzie and Jacob were so supportive throughout the entire year prior to our wedding - checking in with us periodically, helping us build our wedding timeline, and staying in touch to support us through the ups and downs of Covid wedding planning. Walking around with them for a few hours and taking photos before our ceremony was honestly one of our favorite parts of our day...they are so cool and fun, and made us feel SO relaxed the entire time. We were a little nervous to pose for the camera, but they made us feel like we were just hanging out with close friends :) They gave us an amazing sneak peek of our photos the night of our wedding, and it was so special to enjoy them together at the end of the night. The images they captured are GORGEOUS and we cannot stop looking at them!

  Fantastic!

  Dear Fern did an wonderful job on our photos! It was pouring rain, but I had my heart set on photos in downtown Detroit. I went back and forth on if it was still plausible with all the rain when looking at the forecast ahead of time. And Jake and Lizzie were great at recommending indoor locations and assuring me that my hair, dress, and makeup would survive the rain. The photos turned out perfect! They were everything I wanted, and my husband and I had a great time taking photos and running between locations avoiding the rain! Jake and Lizzie made us so comfortable and coordinated our first look perfectly. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for photographers who not only take amazing photos, but genuinely care about you getting what you want on your day. They were flexible, helpful, and so great to work with! Do yourself a favor and hire them for your big day!

  Wonderful Photographers

  My wife and I were very happy with our choice of photographers! They did a spectacular job. We really enjoyed the multiple poses they put us. I also liked when they had our bridal party walk in front of us, soo cool!! I would highly recommend them and we love our photos!!!

  I couldn't say enough wonderful things about this husband and wife duo! They were on top of everything, made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera, got all the shots we wanted, and helped keep us on track. They were more than happy to give us pointers and laugh along with us during the silly moments. The photos we received were so beautiful, crisp, and we got soo many! I would give them 10 star rating if I could!!!
